Control System for a Mobile Platform in a Test System of Solar Collector Based on State Machine

A mobile test system for solar collector is introduced in this paper. The mobile test system for solar collector is a flexible and convenient testing device. Its design is much more difficult than that of a fixed test system for solar collector, because it needs consideration so as to make the test system accurate, reduce the volume of the test system, ensure the stability of the test system, increase corresponding removed devices and so on. For an effective integration of the test system and a vehicle, this paper discusses a mobile platform and its control system. A movement control of the subsystem adopts ac servo system based on PC. The system takes LabVIEW which is used in a virtual instrument as the development platform. And it employs a state machine model to monitor the process of removing and taking back for the mobile platform.

A moving platform and a solar tracking mechanism of a system for testing the thermal performance of solar collector have been researched and designed, worm gear and servo system are used in as well, which improve the precision of the control and the reliability of the movement. The control program based on standard state machine model is designed in the development platform of virtual instrument, and it achieves the precise control of the moving platform and the solar tracking mechanism, which guarantees to test the thermal performance of solar collector.

With piezoelectric acceleration sensor, charge voltage filter amplifier, data acquisition card, PC and vibration experiment table for hardware development platform, and LABVIEW for software development platform, virtual instrument technology was applied to the design of mechanical vibration test system. This test system mainly consists of data acquisition, time domain analysis, amplitude domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, time-frequency analysis module. Experimental results indicate: The system not only can perform real-time data acquisition of multiple channels signal, waveform display, data storage, signal analysis, playback measurement and output printing etc, but also has good expansibility, high speed, high accuracy and friendly interface. It is suitable for engineering personnel and laboratory use.

For the study dynamic characteristics of three-dimensional roll forming machine, this paper develops a dynamic characteristics measurement and analysis system of three-dimensional roll forming machine, which is based on the U.S. NI company software development platform, including the development of hardware and software part .The realization of dimensional roll forming machine dynamics parameters collection and analysis, the experiment proved that the test system can be easily field measurements demand dynamics parameters, to improve the three-dimensional roll forming machine precision and control accuracy to provide an experimental basis.

This paper proposes the method of multi-point VSR control system based on virtual instrument for the single-point aging cannot meet the problem of eliminating large and middle-sized the residual stress of workpieces. The system could achieve the setting of parameters on stress relief and the automatic controlling of the work process on PC by using LabVIEW as the development platform. By using data acquisition card USB-6229 BNC, it can realize the output voltage and the frequency pulse and the collection on the acceleration by the way of real-time and frequency variation sampling. At the same time, it has provided the theoretical basis for the effect of vibratory stress relief, and the system has realized the design and test in the laboratory, compared with the development method of single-point vibratory stress relief, this system has many advantages, such as the shorter aging cycle, the effect of eliminating residual stress and so on.

The thermocouple calibration temperature control system is constructed USB - 4716 200 ks/s, 16 multi-function USB module, JKH-C series thyristor phase shift trigger, PC machine as the main hardware, the U.S. National Instrument (NI) company Labview as the software development platform. According to the precious metal, base metal thermocouple wire thermoelectric EFM method to determine the temperature test point, the temperature control system using automatic control to test furnace temperature, and realize the visual operation interface. Temperature control accuracy: temperature deviation calibration point is less than ± 5 °C when testing the thermocouple, constant temperature stability: constant temperature's change is less than 0.2 °C /min in the thermocouple testing process.

Three-axis processing of laser inner engraving machine control system can carry on multi-axis linkage control. Furthermore, it ensures multi-axis of high feeding speed and trajectory control of high precision. This article introduces the design of laser inner engraving machine movement control system. The core is a digital integrator of linear interpolation algorithm to generate the desired trajectory and control XYZ axis linkage. Wide speed range of servo motor and position detector resolution is adequate to constitute a half-closed loop drive. With integral separation algorithm being introduced in the controller, the speed of numerical control system, track speed and positioning accuracy are guaranteed in order to achieve optimal specification for dynamic and static characteristics of the whole system.
