The objective of this research was 1) to study community participation in tourism management at Busai Village Home Stay, Wangnamkheo District, Nakhon Ratchasim Province, and 2) to study the effect of the attitudes upon local tourism, particularly in Busai Village Homestay, Wangnamkheo District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This research used both qualitative and quantitative methods, and the population studied was 155 family leaders of households in Busai Village Homestay. In addition, we used content analysis in the qualitative method, and in the quantitative method, we analyzed 155 questionnaires utilizing percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation with the SPSS/PC program. The findings were as follows: Community participation was high with regard to developing ideas for tourism management, in planning locations for tourist attractions and use of natural resources, in budgeting for supporting and developing tourist attractions, and in viewing tourist attractions as financially beneficial for the community. Villagers’ participation in keeping attractions clean and safe, in beautifying the attractions, and in receiving information on tourism were also high. The community’s overall attitude toward tourism was at a medium level. A widely held opinion was that Tambon Administrative Organization (TAO) should accept the people’s ideas in order to develop a tourism management system because TAO has not cooperated with the local people in tourism management as it should have. Apart from this, the local people believe that all people are the owners of natural resources serving as tourist attractions and that all should be responsible for taking care of them.. The local people should not protest tourism management, and neither should they consider it as the responsibility of TAO only.

Although integration of wind distributed generation directly into the distribution level has considerable advantages, increased penetration of wind distributed generation (renewable distributed generation) alters the network configuration and jeopardizes the protection system operation and system stability; for this reason, necessary changes in power system protection philosophy must be achieved. Modern numerical relays offer extraordinary features and fast and accurate methods for spotting and detecting different unbalanced operating conditions and can be used to mitigate the influence of integrating wind distributed generation into distribution network. In this study, an adaptive directional negative protective scheme was implemented in the medium-level distribution network to investigate and evaluate the performance of protection system and introduce new adaptive protective scheme based on negative overcurrent protection to increase the selectivity and sensitivity of the protection system in case of unbalanced faulty conditions. The medium-level distribution network of Libya Eastern electric network had been implemented in ETAP software to address and evaluate the efficiency of the proposed approach.

In recent years, the legal-social struggle against inequalities and / or discrimination based on sex is also played out in social security relations, not only in labor relations. Together with the movement in favor of the elimination of the "gender wage gap", another parallel is being developed aimed at reducing the "gender gaps in social protection". Gender gaps in social protection are more difficult to solve than legal-labor gaps. First, because the gaps in social protection derive from gender gaps in the labor market. Second, because, in addition, they require other decisions of an institutional nature, to compensate inequalities not only in law but in fact, both in the labor market and in the sexist distribution of reproductive work. The Spanish social security system is making notable efforts to reduce the gender gaps in public pensions, and in other branches of social security system protection. However, the results have not yet been successful enough for the correction to be sufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to advance faster and faster in gender equality in terms of social protection. A task that mainly concerns the legislator, but also the courts of justice, through interpretation with a gender perspective on social security

Accurate forecasting of daily tourism demand is a meaningful and challenging task, but studies on this issue are scarce. To address this issue, multisource time series data, relating to past tourist volumes, web search information, daily weather conditions, and the dates of public holidays, are selected as the forecasting variables. To fully capture the relationship between these forecasting variables and actual tourism demand automatically, an ensemble of long short-term memory (LSTM) networks is proposed with a correlation-based predictor selection (CPS) algorithm. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in daily tourism demand forecasting for the Huangshan Mountain Area, benchmarked against 11 forecasting methods. This study contributes to the literature by (1) introducing the use of big data in daily tourism demand forecasting, (2) proposing an ensemble of LSTM networks for daily tourism demand forecasting, and (3) providing an effective predictor selection algorithm in ensemble learning.

At the international and national level there is a strong connection between culture and tourism, tourism representing an important factor of the economic development by capitalizing the tourist potential of the cultural elements. Romania has a rich and valuable heritage potential with tourist attractions included on the map of European cultural routes. The challenge for Romania is the weak promotion of the cultural tourism due to the difficulties in developing a better infrastructure for a high accessibility to cultural attractions. The literature offers a wide range of definitions of cultural tourism which emphasize the complexity of this phenomenon. The Romanian literature lacks a thorough documentation on the cultural tourism as a whole, most of studies being concentrated on general approaches i.e. introduction to cultural tourism, analysis of the cultural tourism trends, sustainable development and perspectives, Romanian heritage, promoting strategies. Some papers are concentrated on specific areas of Romania such as Transylvania, with the medieval cities, fortresses and castles, Bucovina, with the painted monasteries and traditional artefacts, Maramureş, with the rural tourism and cultural heritage, as well as Black Sea Coast and Danube Delta. Other papers are related to cultural attractions like museums, orchestra performances, restaurants, hotels in some developed areas, and to traditional or religious rituals, popular art or folklore events in some less developed areas and how they could promote and revive the Romanian tourism or other areas with a low or medium level of capitalization of cultural attractions. Within this broader context, the paper aims to review and discuss the definitions and concepts of cultural tourism in Romania and identify the main types of cultural tourism practiced and addressed by the literature.

The higher the value of a data, the higher the risk of damage or loss of the data. This is understandable, because high-value data is like "life" for humans, so if a data has been damaged or even lost, then the data has no meaning anymore. There are many ways to protect data. Data protection uses a method called encryption process which encodes the code in the original text into arbitrary characters. So that the contents of the encrypted data can be read again, it is necessary to change the contents of the data to its original form, this process is called decryption. In this study, a File Security System Protection Application Design was made using a hybrid affine cipher and the RSA algorithm. This application is made using the Delphi 7.0 Programming Language.

Abstract. The CHOUCAS project aims at helping mountain rescue services to locate a victim who describes her location by means of spatial relations with reference geographic features. In this context, the study presented in this paper aims at better understanding what reference features and spatial relations are used to locate oneself in a mountain area, with the ultimate aim of designing tools to help the rescuers. Audio tapes of real emergency calls were used as starting material. The core of the work is the design of a template to transcribe the location information contained in these calls while structuring it. A first analysis of the transcribed calls shows that projective or directional static spatial relations are the most used, and that a finer classification of reference features and spatial relations is needed. In order to synthetically present the location information contained in a call, an additional representation by means of a sketch map with a dedicated symbolisation is proposed.
