In the process of construction, with the mixture ratio design and appropriate construction conditions of SAC asphalt concrete mixture, it can not only have dense gradation with typeIasphalt concrete which has good durability and small porosity with its skeleton dense structure, but also it can be compatible with typeIIasphalt concrete which has the ability to resist deformation and the depth of the surface structure. This paper is making an effective exploration on the construction technology and the mixing ratio design of SAC asphalt concrete with the aid of the authors construction test results of a certain highway construction.

In this paper, the asphalt mixture proportions for Hao-Tong highway was investigated using Sup25 gradation design method. Marshall Test was applied to estimate performance of asphalt concrete. Based on the actual project application, the methods of construction technology and construction quality control of Sup25 asphalt mixture were discussed in this paper. The test results showed that water permeability, degree of compaction and rutting of the Sup25 asphalt mixture layer meet the requirements of Chinese specification.

The influence of fly ash content, water-cement ratio, sand ratio and polycarboxylic acid type water-reducer dosage on the early-strength and performance of C50 concrete is investigated combined with engineering application. The concrete mixture ratio is optimized by the orthogonal experimental design. Concrete strength, slump and slump loss are verified by experiments. Application results show the designed concrete mixture ratio reaches the expected requirements

norganic polymer concrete of a new environment-friendly material has been the hot issue in engineering research so far. For this new material, the main job of the paper includes: we design mixture ratios of inorganic polymer concrete by ourselves, testing the concrete in the age periods of 3, 7, 28 d. The results indicate that this kind of material strength develops mainly in the first 3 d, the strength grows slowly in the later stage; the dry shrinkage of the configured concrete properties are measured, the curve of dry shrinkage shows that the dry shrinkage occurs mainly in the first 14 d and develops slowly in the late; And measure the expansion performance of the concrete member mixed the different categories expansive agent, the results show that the volume growth of mortar specimens to join HCSA expansion agent are obvious; Test results provide a certain basis for the inorganic polymer concrete of micro expansion.

The coefficient of permeability of hydraulic asphalt concrete is in the range 10−8–10−10 cm/s. Laboratory test results show that triaxial specimens in axial compression can undergo axial strains up to 18% without any significant increase in permeability until approaching the compressive strength. For temperatures between 5 and 20 °C and strain rates between 2 × 10−3%/s and 5 × 10−3%/s, conventional hydraulic asphalt concrete can tolerate 1%–3% tensile strains before cracking in direct tension tests and strains up to 3%–4% in bending. At 20 °C the tensile and bending strains at cracking are 2–4 times higher than those at 0 °C, and at −20 °C they are approximately 0.2% and 0.8%, respectively. Asphalt concrete possesses pronounced crack self-healing properties. In the experiments, the crack leakage rate dropped 1–4 orders of magnitude within a few hours and the cracked specimens regained 55% of the intact tensile strength after only 1 day of self-healing. In summary, the comprehensive series of laboratory tests documents that asphalt concrete has characteristics that make the material extremely well suited for use in impervious barriers in dams, and the test results reported herein can be of great use in barrier design.

Combined with the paving of the test section of Self-monitoring Asphalt Concrete, the electrode burying mode of pavement construction is designed according to its characteristics, and the best mixing method and spreading rolling construction technology are compared and analyzed. The results show that the construction structure of the test section is reasonable and feasible, the best mixing effect can be obtained by adding conductive phase material and asphalt at the same time, and the rolling process. The order of rubber wheel and steel wheel compaction has no significant effect on compaction degree.
