Continuous change of business environment of information system requires it timely respond and support these changes. A major challenge faced by information system is system reconfiguration, namely capability to quickly respond to changes of the system. Based on description of the concept of reconfigurable information systems, the idea of component was introduced into design and implementation of Reconfigurable Information System (RIS). Overall architecture and implementation method of reconfigurable information system based on component was analyzed in detail. Specific design of RIS based on component was provided combining with design and development of specific document transmitting system based on CORBA middleware platform.

Due to the complexity of the router, its professional configuration leads to the phenomenon that operation and maintenance personnel of the information systems can not be competent for the configuration tasks. In order to lower the practitioner threshold of their operating and maintenance personnel, a WYSIWYG router configuration software in graphical interface needs to be developed. With the reduced quality requirements of employees, the main functions of the router configuration are achieved. This article describes the development and design of this kind of configuration software.

The study aims to prove empirically; (i) the influence of the business environment for the application of management accounting information systems; (ii) the influence of ethics on the application of management accounting information systems; (iii) the influence of organizational culture on the implementation of management accounting information systems; and (iv) the effect of the application of management accounting information system on the quality of management accounting information. The motivation of this study due to a phenomenon of having an integration on management accounting information system whereby the information generated is not qualified, as well as the uncertainty of business environment, ethics and organizational culture which are yet to have optimal conditions. The method used is explanatory research with a survey approach, using a statistical tool of SEM Partial Linear Regression, with the aim to obtain facts concerning the occurance of phenomena, seek actual and systematic information on the application of management accounting information systems, and the quality of accounting information management. The results showed that all variable of the business environment, ethics, organizational culture affect the application of accounting information management system; and the application of management accounting information system affects the quality of information management accounting.

In general, land information includes all information that is related to the land and its resources. Among the necessary considerations in the design and development of a land information system, the topological aspects are fundamental as they refer to the interconnectivity of the information. Graph and information theoretic considerations, based on the natural topology of the information, are also required for system analysis, optimization and other purposes. Some practical aspects of these considerations are briefly discussed with suggestions for further studies and investigations.

The surveying profession has the opportunity to make an important contribution towards the design and development of information systems of the urban physical environment. However, the achievement of this role will require an awareness of the urban information process and, more especially, an understanding of the needs for urban information. This can only be attained through a rigorous urban surveying research program.

The design and implementation of key technologies for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the information systems in the power companies are analyzed. The IT monitoring techniques based on open architecture are thoroughly investigated. A prototype of the auxiliary systems for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the information system (MOMIS) is proposed. Experiments are carried out to verity its effectiveness. Experimental results show that the proposed system can rapidly locate the faults in the information system and achieve automatic recovery, enabling the operation and maintenance personnel to better manage the information system. Hence, there is a bright prospect of its application.

The development of modern trade is strongly influenced by advances and conveniences in information systems. Business and marketing services are supportive of accessing the digital world, which we usually know as e-shop or e-commerce. E-commerce is virtual in the sense that it exists on the Internet, and physical existence outside the Internet is limited (Azam 2012)[1]. PD. Indrasari is a home-based business or IKM whose scope of business is still conventional, meaning that business and business applications are still manual without the interference of information technology.Research in PD. Indrasari is only in its external business environment, so researchers use the method described by Ward and Peppard to obtain a business strategy. The methods are PEST analysis, PEST analysis (political, economic, social and technological)[2] and Five Porter Forces analysis The Porter’s Five Forces Model includes Bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of new entrants, and threat of substitutes [3].With this PEST analysis to determine the condition of governance / regulation, economy, social and technology in the area of research object and the Five Porter Forces analysis to determine competition in terms of production and marketing needs. By knowing some of the results of the analysis, it will be formulated as a component in the planning of an information system strategy, in order to obtain recommendations for information systems and applications that will be implemented based on the planned time.

In building cooperative distributed information systems, a methodology for analysis, design and implementation of security requirements of involved data and processes is essential for obtaining mutual trust between cooperating organizations. Moreover, when the information system is built as a cooperative set of e-services, security is related to the type of data, to the sensitivity context of the cooperative processes and to the security characteristics of the communication paradigms. This paper presents a methodology to build a trusted cooperative environment, where data sensitivity parameters and security requirements of processes are taken into account. The phases are illustrated and a reference example is presented in a cooperative information system and e-applications. An architecture for trusted exchange of data in cooperative information system is proposed. The requirements analysis phase is presented in detail.

With more and more public attention and rapid development of computer and information technology, it is necessary for comprehensive games being equipped with information system. Venue Result System (VRS) is the core system in communication and information system of the Comprehensive games. In this paper, the existing problem and deficiencies in current information systems used in important games which are held in China or other countries are analyzed. According to the building and developing experience of information systems used in comprehensive games in many years into full consideration, the system is analyzed and designed by means of software engineering and then there are the overall technology framework of the system, different functional subsystems and the mechanism and flow of data interaction.
