The technology teaching of university basketball general course is a focus which all sectors of the community should pay more attention. How will the technology teaching of university basketball general course carry out optimization of integration, to play the biggest role, is also the key point of this paper. This paper from the main content of post-modern education and university basketball general course technology teaching, to understand the current situation of university basketball education, and construct basketball general course technology evaluation system. At the same time, using fuzzy evaluation method to do statistical analysis on the situation of basketball general course technology education, and in a targeted manner to set up teaching mode of basketball general course technology under Post-modern educational perspective, use the society, network, universities' and other resources effectively, to sharing the resources, realize technology education and the optimization configuration of resource.

In the paper, we establish an evaluation system in the study of four aspects such as people, regulation, equipment and technology management, field management and engineering construction. We present an entropy weight multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in power plant security on the basis of reliability identification. Firstly, it identifies the reliability of power plant security evaluation system. Secondly, it can meet the condition that the system is reliable. Then it obtains the indicator weight of all levels in the evaluation system by the entropy weight method. Finally, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation in power plant security by the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.

By combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) together, a safety assessment model for overhead traveling crane is set up in regard to deficiency of safety assessment method for crane at present, which can evaluate safety of overhead traveling crane in-service qualitatively and quantitatively. Through a safety analysis and assessment on general overhead traveling crane, the result of assessment is in accord with the practical situation of overhead traveling crane. It can reflect more fully the safety of the whole crane system and the influence and level of each factor to whole crane system safety, witch an effective synthetic evaluation method is put forward for the safety evaluation of crane.

In order to correctly evaluate urban comprehensive disaster-carrying capability and then to establish scientific basis for disaster prevention and reduction, a fractal method for urban comprehensive disaster-carrying capability is proposed on the basis of system principle which is that structure determines function. The fractal dimensions of 29 cities are calculated and analyzed. The results show that relative stronger, middling and weaker are respectively 13.79%, 65.52% and 20.69%, which are completely consistent with the actual situation. So the method can construct a characteristic index, and the main impact effects can be analyzed according to the result. Tested by examples together with the other two methods, i.e. the fuzzy assessment method and exponent method, the results verify effectively that this method is useful and feasible.

The competitive power of enterprise in the evaluation usually by enterprise economic benefits financial standards, in order to make the results more reasonable, this paper applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, by one insurance company management, human resources, market control ability to carry on the analysis, summarizes the influence of the competitiveness evaluation index, and use the weighted statistics calculation of index weight, the establishment of the enterprise competitive power evaluation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and formed a relatively systematic and comprehensive evaluation system, this model is helpful to understand the development of the enterprise locus for enterprises to formulate the corresponding development strategy, to promote enterprise's sustainable development has a certain function, for the enterprise competitive power evaluation provides a quantitative analysis, so that the evaluation work to achieve satisfactory results. This method can also be extended to more the enterprise the competitive ability for transverse comparison.

This paper describes the basic models of network security state evaluation system and concentrates on researching the situation assessment method with stochastic model. In the paper, which makes use of the Hidden Semi-Markov Model (HsMM), tries to simulate the operation of network system. The alert statistics, deriving from network defense system, is used as data sources to realize the evaluation of network security situation. HsMM modifies the HMM model concerning the hypothesis of some state-duration time in relation to exponential distribution, which coincides the description of the network systems operation in the real world. The experimental results imply that HsMM is an ideal security evaluation method.

Abstract Port shoreline resources are the basis of port and shipping development, and its assessment method has become one of the hot issues in port research. On the basis of constructing a reasonable index evaluation system, this paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix based on the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the maximum membership degree of the port shoreline resources. Compared with the traditional port shoreline Resource evaluation methods, the new one got more advantages in objective and quantitative. Finally, Combined with the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as a case for verification, the results show that the model can accurately solve the problem of resource evaluation of port shoreline.

This paper applies AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method to establish evaluation system of CBM well type in Junggar Basin. Conclusions are drawn as follows: weight of each factor which determines well type optimization is very different, coal seam depth is 0.402, coal seam thickness is 0.295, coal permeability is 0.163, coal seam dip is 0.14. Sikeshu area and center of the basin is not suitable for CBM ground drilling. Changji to Fukang area and Muleihasakexian to Wucaiwan area and East Wuerhe area are favorable for vertical well drilling. Jimusaer area is favorable for horizontal well drilling. Other areas in Junggar Basin need vertical and horizontal well joint drilling.
