Experimental Research of Rebound Detection in Steel Fiber Concrete

For the application into country point highway of Xiamen to Kunming, a series of the C40 concrete with fly ash and slag have been studied by rebound detection and compression strength, the detecting wave of rebound value and compression strength is set up by regression analysis of the testing data. It is shown from the example that the compression strength and rebound value have good relativity, this rebound detection method used in steel fiber concrete is simple and practical.

For the application into country point highway of Xiamen to Kunming, a series of the C40 concrete with fly ash and slag have been studied by ultrasonic detection 、rebound detection and compression strength, analyzed the influence of ultrasonic velocity 、rebound value and compression strength with steel fiber content, fly ash and slag, the ultrasonic strength detecting wave of ultrasonic velocity、rebound value and compression strength is set up by regression analysis of the experimental data. The results show that the compression strength 、ultrasonic velocity and rebound value have good relativity, this ultrasonic-rebound detection method used in steel fiber concrete is simple and practical.

Temperature and elastic modulus of mass steel fiber concrete change as time in casting process. If not well handled, it is easy to crack in the process of construction. In order to hold the temperature distribution of mass high strength concrete in pouring process, we set up the model that meets with engineering characteristics. It is based on the partial differential equation of heat conduction and elastic modulus value from test and cement hydration heat of concrete on site. By contrast, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

Based on the experimental research, the prism compressive strength and cubic compressive strength of specified density steel fiber concrete are studied. Through regression analysis, the influence of type of steel fiber, volume content of the fiber and substitution ratio of lightweight aggregate is studied. According to the test results, the formula of prism compressive strength and cubic compressive strength is given.

The article presents the results of experimental and theoretical studies of strength and deformability of steel-fiber concrete double-sided pre-stress slabs under the action of transverse loading. The simulation of such plates in the software complex LIRA-SAPR was performed taking into account the physical nonlinearity of materials.
