The analysis of the state and prospects of recycling construction waste in the Republic of Belarus has been carried out. Aspects of the current waste management system of construction activities, including the features of terminology and classification of waste, qualitative and quantitative parameters of education, indicators of use, have been studies.

The concept of a "green" economy is an important tool for sustainable development. The old "resource-intensive economy model" leads to higher costs and lower productivity. The idea behind the "green" economy model is that material well-being is not necessarily ensured by increasing environmental risks, environmental deficits, and social inequalities. Basic principles of the UNEP green economy: fairness and objectivity, both within one generation and between generations; consistency with the principles of sustainable development; preventive approach to social and environmental impacts; assessment of natural and social capital; sustainable and efficient use of resources, consumption and production, etc.

The use of parametric modeling and calculation tools to assess the insolation characteristics of architectural objects allows us to make a qualitative assessment of the degree of heating of the building exterior, which therefore accelerates the stage of the preliminary design of sun protection elements and clearly demonstrates their effectiveness. Rhino and grasshopper are convenient tools that can be used for this purpose. Using grasshopper plug-ins, we have a visually clear diagram that demonstrates the stability of the use of various additional facade solutions. Optimization and improvement of the exterior help to avoid energy loss, which contributes to savings and improves environmental friendliness, this allows architects to follow global trends in energy efficiency sustainability.

The main tasks of the "Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2025" are in development and reconstruction of the city, improvement of its infrastructure and environmental protection, which perfectly correlates with the basic principles of green building. This is the modern practice in construction, reconstruction and the exploitation of buildings, in which they im-plement optimal architectural solutions, advanced engineering systems and materials for re-ducing of energy consumption and material resources, it is the process of improving the qual-ity of buildings and the comfort of their internal environment, improving of impact of build-ings on the health of people by minimizing the negative impact on the environment at all stag-es of life cycle of building structures. The practice of the tasks outlined in the Strategy will significantly contribute to the implementation of international environmental standards and to the application of constructive solutions of green building technologies. In particular it ap-peals to such urban development sectors as city development and land relations, housing and communal services, transport and urban mobility, environmental policy and environmental protection, public space, security and civil protection, historical and architectural heritage.

The article is devoted to the possibilities of purification of rainwater drains by using "green roofs" and their further using for domestic needs: watering the garden and the roof itself; toilets washing; laundry. To collect rainwater it is proposed to use the storage tank. The basis of the calculations are taken by the German method Wilo, adapted to the conditions of Ukraine. A significant contribution to this methodology is taking into account the uneven distribution and precipitation throughout the whole year and the lack of costs for watering the garden and roof in the winter period. Purified rainwater from "green roofs" can be assembled into tanks and used for technical needs. For collecting rain water from an intensive flat roof with an area of 200 m2 for the family of 4 people a tank of 5 m3 is required. In this case, the total needs for the house and watering the garden are 111 m3 / year, and daily needs - 0,341 m3 / day.

The subject of the article is the study of specific problems of professional suitability of the labor force to the needs of the labor market in Ukraine by statistical estimation of the dynamics and structure of some indicators in 2015 and 2017. The study used general scientific and special statistical methods: analysis of dynamics and synthesis, analogy and comparison, expert assessments, etc. On the basis of the study of the numerical characteristics of the main indicators of the labor market, an analysis of certain professional aspects of the problems in the field of employment and unemployment in Ukraine was conducted, and the main prospects for their possible future development in the modern conditions were investigated. It has been determined that the professional training of specialists and their formation as an integral personal formation necessitates a comprehensive and systematic study of the essence of this phenomenon, and should meet the requirements of the labor market and the tasks of progressive dynamic development of the country.

The subject of the article is the study of specific problems of informal (unformal) employment of the population on the labor market of Ukraine by analyzing the statistical estimation of dynamics and structure of some indicators in 2015 and 2017. The study used general scientific and special statistical methods: analysis of dynamics and synthesis, analogy and comparison, expert assessments, etc. On the basis of the study of the numerical characteristics of the main indicators of the labor market, an analysis of certain aspects of the problems of the informal sector in the field of employment and unemployment in Ukraine was conducted, as well as the main prospects for their possible future solution in the modern economic conditions. It is determined that coordination of efforts of the authorities at all levels in the implementation of the employment policy and reduction of its shadowing scale is impossible without a scientifically based comprehensive national program for promoting employment, aimed at ensuring a balanced supply and demand for labor in the labor market.

The paper proposes an approach to the identification and elimination of conflicts of technical regulation parameters contained in the normative and technical documentation of the design and construction industry. The approach is based on comparing the complexity of the methods of defining the same parameters of technical regulation in various normative documents, followed by an analysis of the validity of only one of the studied methods. It is proposed to apply a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the associated parameters of technical regulation, which are involved in various investigated techniques and regulatory documents, in order to identify the depth of integration of one or another of them in the actual practice of design and construction work. If one or more of the techniques under consideration are less substantiated from a scientific, qualitative and/or quantitative point of view, then it (they) is (are) subject to withdrawal from the relevant normative documents with the provision of appropriate recommendations and references to that normative document, which is accepted as the main one for determining the investigated parameter of technical regulation. After removing unnecessary parameters (duplicated to optimization), all editable regulatory documents should be subjected to expert advice to supplement and provide guidance on the use of other existing normative documents related to the data when determining the specific parameter of technical regulation. In addition, expert opinion will help to avoid possible shortcomings in the narrative of normative documentation, as well as prevent the loss of some important part of descriptive information and simplified approaches to an approximate assessment of the investigated parameters of technical regulation, which can be used for integrated assessment calculations, the execution of project documentation at the stage of sketch design and pre-design works.
