Super high-rise building seismic design of complex shape is very important, can not be carried out according to the traditional design method. This paper gives a design principle based on behavior, it in the engineering design and more attention. Method based on behavior on the properties of reaction structures under earthquake is evaluated. High-rise buildings must be based on the method of state to confirm that the building to meet seismic performance.

With the project case, the seismic performance of girder transfer floor member and the plate transfer floor member were discussed. Contrast calculation was carried out in girder transfer floor member and the plate transfer floor member with SATWE method to analyze its reasonable and unreasonable places. Based on overall structure calculation of a high rise building, the seismic design requirements for buildings applying thick transferring plate have been presented. The conclusion is that the seismic performance of girder transfer floor member is more advantageous and affordable, more convenient and more economical in ingredients.

The application of performance-based seismic design method in super high-rise building is studied in this article. The two-stage design process of a super high-rise building is introduced. On the base of proposing the performance standards and objectives of the super high-rise building under earthquake actions of different levels, optimal solution is provided after computational analyses with different softwares. Computational analyses indicate that the design could satisfy all seismic fortification requirements and seismic performance objectives of China's seismic codes in force. The performance-based design idea can provide a reference for similar projects.

In recent years, high-rise buildings have developed very rapidly in our country. Because of the particularity of the high-rise building, more strictly technical measures should be taken in seismic design to ensure security. Three level fortifications, two stage design method have been used for seismic design in our country. Combined with the practical, the key points of response spectrum, time history analysis and performance design which related to seismic design of high-rise buildings were analyzed.

Construction process design for high-rise building has been brought up by many researchers. In traditional design method, loads are applied to the structure once. Obviously, this is not the real loading condition. For concrete structure, shrinkage and creep during construction also effects on the structural deformation. An emulation analysis was done in this paper in an attempt to clarify the effect of construction process in structural analysis.

With the continuous development and progress of society, the structure of high-rise buildings has been paid more and more attention by the engineering community. However, the existing high- rise structure design methods often have a lot of redundancy and have a lot of room for optimization. Most of the existing seismic design methods of high-rise structures are based on engineering experience and manual iterative methods, so that the efficiency of design can not meet the needs of the society. if the method of design automation is adopted, the workload of designers can be greatly reduced and the efficiency of structural design can be improved. Based on the digital modeling theory, this paper proposes a MAD automatic design algorithm, in which the designer provides the initial design of the structure, and the algorithm carries out the modeling, analysis, optimization and design of each stage of the structure, and finally obtains the optimal structure. The structural design module of this algorithm starts from the component level, when the component constraint design meets the limit requirements of the specification, it enters and completes the component constraint design and the global constraint design of the structure in turn. In this paper, taking a ten-story braced steel frame high-rise structure as an example, the optimal design is carried out, and its seismic performance is analyzed. the results show that the MAD automatic design algorithm can distribute the materials to each part reasonably, which can significantly improve the seismic performance of the structure and realize the effective seismic design.

In this works 3D modeling, design and safety management of high rise building using building information modeling (BIM) technology is carried out.. Initially a AutoCAD plan with all its salient features is developed following byelaws of high rise building. Then the 3D modeling and rendering of high rise building is done in the Revit architecture of the 2D plan which is imported from the AutoCAD. The analysis and design of high rise building is carried out using ETabs software. Apart from the structural design Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services design is carried out using BIM technology . The layout of fire safety system is specified efficiently with use of BIM in co-ordination with MEP services. The application of BIM based design process resulted in considerable time reduction in compression with traditional design process and the holistic design of the high rise building is carried out with the compatibility of different softwares.

Anomalistic architecture especially overhanging structure has become a trend of architectural development, Based on the characteristics of a large vertical eccentric, more prominent facade and strong reverse effect, overhanging structure is often serious super-norm and extremely detrimental to the seismic design[1], Now it has become an important part of seismic review. By the analysis and comparison on the coupling of the translational and torsional seismic response from ANSYS program[2]. The behavior of seismic catastrophe of cantilever building structure is studied under bi-directional earthquake action and the change law of cantilever member with the length is obtained, the suggestions on engineering design are put forward for future seismic design of such structures.

A case of the long-short-pile composite foundation in liquefied soft soil under a 30-storey high-rise building is presented, in which the long and short piles are made of cement-flyash-gravel (CFG) and lime. A new design calculation method of bearing capacity and settlement of composite foundation is introduced, and the calculated value is compared with the actual measurement. The results show that the liquefaction of soft ground is eliminated and the demand of load and settlement for upper building is met. At the same time, it is proved that the design method is feasible.
