In this paper projection method based on combination weights is inducted and applied in comprehensive evaluation for highway network planning. Considering the subjective and objective factors,the combination of AHP and entropy weight is more accurate. Index vector of each road network plan is projected to the most ideal solution vector,the quality of various plans can be differentiated by the projection values. An application example is given that has proved the model is right and valid.

The paper studies whether the opening of community can improve the road capacity. First of all, based on the consideration of road space and traffic quality, the evaluation indexes are: road network density, road network connectivity, non-linear coefficient, traffic volume of main road beside community, delay time of intersection, travel time consumption and vehicle accessibility. Secondly, the weight of the index is calculated by the method of relative comparison, the variation coefficient method and the entropy weight method. Then, we sort the three weights, using the correlated coefficient and degree of spearman rank to combine the three weights, so as to get combined weights of various index and achieve the effect which makes good use of the method. Finally, we combine indicators and weights, establish a comprehensive evaluation model, and assess the road capacity before and after the opening of the road. Through the calculation, it is found that the comprehensive evaluation index after the opening of the community is higher than that before the opening, that is, the positive impact on the surrounding roads.

This paper conducts an in-depth research on applications reliability in highway network planning and optimization of construction sequence. It introduces the concept of reliability to the layout of the importance of the road network node and establishes a fairly comprehensive theoretical method of highway network planning based on the reliability from the aspects of the road network layout, evaluation, and construction sequence arrangements. Case study illustrates the proposed layout optimization method has achieved satisfactory results in the road network reliability analysis, displaying strong practical promotional value.

The environmental quality of the ecological protection zone directly affects the water quality and air quality of the area, thereby affecting the quality of people’s life. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the environmental quality of the ecological protection area and determines the classification standards of each index, proposes the extension evaluation method of the environmental quality of the ecological protection area, and uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each level of index. Its purpose is to understand the development trend of environmental quality in all aspects of the ecological reserve through the dynamic evaluation of the environmental quality of the ecological reserve, so as to take corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy development of the area. The constructed model was used to dynamically evaluate the environmental quality of the ecological reserve in Zhangjiakou City from 2008 to 2019. The research results show that the environmental quality gaps in different aspects of the ecological reserve of Zhangjiakou City are relatively large, and the overall regional ecological environment characteristic value is decreasing year by year, reflecting that the environmental quality of the ecological reserve of the region is getting better year by year.

Comprehensive evaluation of distribute network planning is a multi-factors decision-making problem in complicated system. Combining with the factors of distribute network planning, established for the distribution network planning project evaluation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the entropy weight method is led into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation. It overcomes the shortages of traditional method, which requires to the independence of each index, and the weight coefficients of factors are automatically determined according to the opinion of experts. Finally, one example is used to verify the feasibility and practicality of the method.

In this paper BP neural network based on matlab is inducted and applied in comprehensive evaluation for highway network planning. Network model is constructed through the training of the sample data (make sure weights and threshold) .In this model,the internal relationship between input and output is determined objectively without the influence of the subjective factors. An application example is given that has proved the model is right and valid,the evaluation results should be more objective.

On the basis of that this paper from network capacity, network traffic environmental carrying capacity, social benefit continuity and management system and policy this four aspects to set up the evaluation index system for the degree of highway network sustainable development, and illustrate the quantitative method of the attribute value of quantitative and qualitative indicators. This paper put forward the comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the Fuzzy AHP. Finally take the trunk road network of Zhang Jiakou city for instance to study.

There are lots of methods of evaluating the environmental quality of groundwater. Based on a comprehensive analysis of those common methods, this paper puts forward a method named fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on water environmental quality based on entropy weight with consideration of toxicology of evaluation factors. Developed from the entropy-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this method takes into account the influences caused by the toxicology weight and over standard weight of evaluation factors on the calculation of entropy weight. Through some water samples, the evaluation result of this method is more reasonable, objective and comprehensive than the one which is concluded from the entropy-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
