Based on mobile communication platform, the dynamic measurement system of component virtual instrument structure assemble model was proposed according to the conditions of bad commonality and mobility of tradition measurement system. Reconfiguration virtual system of mobile communication platform was realized by the use of virtual instrument system of measuring different parameters at the Android operating system and accomplished wireless network testing capabilities meanwhile, and the flexibility and scalability of wireless interactive operation and meassured data in real-time monitoring system can be enhanced.

With the maturity of mobile Internet technology, the mobile terminal performance improves continually. Real-time and mobility in measurement system will become an inevitable trend . To solve the poor generality and mobility problem of traditional measurement system,this paper will combine reconfigurable virtual instrument technology and mobile Internet technology, develop a set of reconfigurable measurement instrument platform to adapt to the mobile devices (mobile phones, tablet PCs, etc) characteristic by using Eclipse software, which enable the wireless interactive operation and measurement data real-time detection, meet the demand of various measurement tasks as well as enhance the system scalability. At last, through building measurement instrument platform of wireless weighing to realize the instrument system online reconstruction.

As it is difficult to measure the temperature accurately under actually environment, this paper develops a virtual temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW. The system consists of AD590 temperature sensor and virtual instrument, and the properties and structure of AD590 is discussed in this paper. In addition, we do some research on the measurement method, and use soft filter and Normalized method to remove noise and improve the measurement accuracy. The structure and soft system of the virtual instruments system are designed and a high value measurement system is achieved using the resources of the virtual instruments. The experimental results have shown that the system can satisfy the accurate requirement in harsh condition.

A degradation measurement system has been developed for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells to reveal the relationship between degradation rates and electric load variations. The system involves a dead-ended stack of 10 single cells and an electronic load device that functions as a time-varying load to each cell of the stack. Use of a stack enables the temperatures of the cells to be kept almost the same and the supplied gas conditions to be constant. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the feasibility of this test system. The polarization curves of the multiple cells were simultaneously measured, and the load of each cell in the stack can be individually controlled. Therefore, this system could be applied to reduce the time and cost in measuring the degradation and lifespan of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells.

New standards in the automotive industry highlighted the situation of the actual operation of the alternator and a variety of harsh environment simulation limit test. Using new standards in the automotive industry as a guide, this article presents a virtual instrument based on the durability of automobile generator integrated test system. The design adopt virtual instrument technology in designing the system, Graphic language, LabVIEW is applied in writing measure-control program. The system uses a lot of features on LABVIEW, including Data acquisition, control of serials port, etc. Test implementation uses the host computer via RS232 and RS485 communication port and the data acquisition card, NI PCI- 6221, to control the frequency hybrid motor, temperature control box, electronic loads and other intelligent devices, and to simulate a variety of automotive alternator working conditions and real-time monitoring to monitor the status of generators. Using this system, two separate automobile alternators can be tested in terms of high-speed vehicle impact and high temperature durability test and electrical performance test and other tests at the same time. As a result, the generator speed measurement error is within 1%, the control error is within 2%, voltage and current measurement errors were within 0.5% and 0.4%, which meets the requirements.

According to a number of issues in the traditional temperature measurement, the multi-channel temperature measurement system based on virtual instrument is developed. In terms of measurement range and accuracy, Integrated Temperature Sensor TMP36, platinum resistance Pt100, and K-type thermocouple are selected to achieve multi-point temperature measurement, signal conditioning circuit is designed to match with every sensor. On this basis, combined with the technical parameters of each component, by means of the theory of uncertainty, analysis of the total uncertainty of system has been made. The calculation results show that the selection of each component for the temperature measurement system is reasonable, which can completely meet the measurement requirements.

In order to facilitate dynamic analysis of spindle, improve the vibration characteristics of the spindle and achieve the goal of control of spindle motion stability. A spindle vibration testing system is developed with necessary sensor, signal conditioner and data acquisition card based on Labview software in this paper. The spindle vibration testing and analysis system is formed based on virtual instrument graphical programming language Labview. The hardware is reduced in testing process. At the same time, acquisition, processing and analysis for vibration signal are realized, and the costs of hardware are greatly reduced. The testing work is made more convenient and quick by this system, and test is made more intuitive by its real-time display function. It will provide a scientific basis for searching for measures to reduce the spindle vibration and developing a new generation of mechanical structure of the spindle.
