In2O3/ITO multilayer thin film thermocouple is a new type of semiconductor thin-film thermocouple, which has broad application prospects. The interface diffusion between the layers is the main cause of its thermal oxidation failure. In this paper, an interface diffusion model of multilayer films is established based on Fick's second law. A sample of In2O3/ITO thin-film thermocouple was prepared, then designed and conducted high temperature test. According to the test results, the diffusion of substances between the film layers was analyzed. Based on the established interface diffusion model, a simulation calculation is carried out. The influence of interface diffusion on the life of In2O3 and ITO sensitive layer was quantitatively analyzed.

Current sustainability frameworks and tools to assess and track social and environmental impacts of textile and apparel (such as life cycle analysis) along the chain, although important, provide a narrow focus on metrics (such as a reduction in inputs) or on economic value. This paper proposes a tailored method which combines value chain thinking with qualitative value mapping techniques to identify what sustainable value means and to whom, who benefits both in and beyond the chain (such as wider society, the environment, local communities), as well as opportunities to create sustainable value in the future. Results from interviews with stakeholders of a single connected cotton value chain demonstrate that this approach can identify sustainable value propositions specific to different actors in the chain, temperature-test whether stakeholders are willing to pay a premium price for sustainability efforts, and identify novel sustainable value opportunities that disrupt the chain. In addition to extending knowledge around sustainability in the textile and apparel industry, our contribution also lies in the development of a tailored tool which can be adapted and used for other value chains.

As the human population grows and technology advances, the demand for concrete and cement grows. However, it is critical to propose alternative ecologically suitable options to cement, the primary binder in concrete. Numerous researchers have recently concentrated their efforts on geopolymer mortars to accomplish this objective. The effects of basalt fiber (BF) on a geopolymer based on fly ash (FA) and basalt powder waste (BP) filled were studied in this research. The compressive and flexural strength, Charpy impact, and capillary water absorption tests were performed on produced samples after 28 days. Then, produced samples were exposed to the high-temperature test. Weight change, flexural strength, compressive strength, UPV, and microstructural tests of the specimens were performed after and before the effect of the high temperature. In addition, the results tests conducted on the specimens were compared after and before the high-temperature test. The findings indicated that BF had beneficial benefits, mainly when 1.2 percent BF was used. When the findings of samples containing 1.2 percent BF exposed to various temperatures were analyzed, it was revealed that it could increase compressive strength by up to 18 percent and flexural strength by up to 44 percent. In this study, the addition of BF to fly ash-based geopolymer samples improved the high-temperature resistance and mechanical properties.

Many air pollutants are inhaled by human breathing, increasing the prevalence of respiratory disease and even mortality. With the recent COVID-19 issue, the number of air pollutants affecting humans is demands further investigation. However, there are not many adequate air measuring devices that can cover a variety of air pollutants. In this study, the developed air measurement system is able to measure sixteen air pollutants (PM10, PM2.5, PM4.0, PM1.0, CO2, CH4, temperature, humidity, VOCs, O2, H2S, NH3, SO2, CO, O3, NO2) in real time. The developed ‘multi-item air quality monitoring system’ can measure sixteen air pollutants in real time and transmit them to the server and the smartphone application at the same time. It was developed to reduce air pollutant damage to humans by emergency alerts using the smartphone application. The development system is composed of hardware development (measurement device) and software development (smartphone application, server). To verify the reliability of the developed equipment, a comparative test, temperature–humidity accuracy test, and operating temperature test were conducted. In the comparative test, difference ratios of ±5% for PM10, ±6% for PM2.5, ±4% for O3, ±5% for NO2, ±7% for CO, and ±7% for SO2 were found compared to the professional measuring devices. The temperature and humidity accuracy test result showed high reliability at ±1% and humidity ± 2%. The result of the operating temperature test showed that there was no problem in normal operation, However, further tests including the long-term comparative test and the closed chamber test will be carried out for all sensors. Additional work including a long-term test for more clear reliability of the device and closed chamber accuracy test for all 16-item sensors, data acquisition rate, and data transmit rate are in progress for commercializing the device.

The Covid-19 virus is currently rampant in the world, especially in Indonesia, the spread of the Covid-19 virus is getting faster and wider. Even the spike in cases was unpredictable. Since entering Indonesia last March. In an effort to prevent it, almost every area carries out a body temperature test and sprays disinfectants on people who enter the area. This study aims to produce an automatic disinfectant sprayer and test its effectiveness. The method used is the data collection analysis method by testing the product. This tool uses ultrasonic sensors as object detectors, MLX 90614 sensors as temperature readers and Arduino Uno R3 as controllers. The output uses a Relay module that is connected to a Water Pump that sprays disinfectant liquid through a spray mist. This tool is effective in its manufacture and is able to detect objects in the area of the disinfectant booth. The results of the study found that the level of accuracy of the MLX 90614 sensor which was calibrated with the Thermogan measuring instrument had an accuracy of reading the temperature of 98.8% with a difference of 1.16%.

Mobile Health (mHealth) refers to any medical and public health practice aided by smart phones, tablets, or any mobile device. These devices are able to move about which allows communication anytime, anywhere. M-health is considered as the next step beyond the E-health systems. In recent times, M-health has become a new normal that has come to stay, despite the gradual reduction in COVID 19 cases worldwide that was believed to prompts most organization to go online. Software Developers have been on their toes trying to develop applications that can run effectively and remotely to deliver all healthcare services via mobile devices. This paper intends to develop a robust Mobile App using Zoho Creator that can effectively be bundled on any platform (Android, IOS etc) to meet the needs of patients anytime, everywhere. The application is rich with embedded platform and privileges for Doctors, Pharmacist, Lab scientist, Nurses, Medical record officers and patients. The interfaces are developed in a way that is attractive, easy to use, and optimized to meet the user’s needs. The app also takes care of selfservice facilities like Blood Pressure( BP) test, temperature test, heartbeat and some basic first aid and public health information tips for daily use.
