Research on Temperature Test System Based on LabVIEW

As it is difficult to measure the temperature accurately under actually environment, this paper develops a virtual temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW. The system consists of AD590 temperature sensor and virtual instrument, and the properties and structure of AD590 is discussed in this paper. In addition, we do some research on the measurement method, and use soft filter and Normalized method to remove noise and improve the measurement accuracy. The structure and soft system of the virtual instruments system are designed and a high value measurement system is achieved using the resources of the virtual instruments. The experimental results have shown that the system can satisfy the accurate requirement in harsh condition.

According to a number of issues in the traditional temperature measurement, the multi-channel temperature measurement system based on virtual instrument is developed. In terms of measurement range and accuracy, Integrated Temperature Sensor TMP36, platinum resistance Pt100, and K-type thermocouple are selected to achieve multi-point temperature measurement, signal conditioning circuit is designed to match with every sensor. On this basis, combined with the technical parameters of each component, by means of the theory of uncertainty, analysis of the total uncertainty of system has been made. The calculation results show that the selection of each component for the temperature measurement system is reasonable, which can completely meet the measurement requirements.

The traditional measuring instrument of temperature mainly consists of different types of hardware, whose cost and scale are quite big, and whose operation is inconvenient. In many practical applications, describing the measured objects only by accurate values is not enough. Aiming at these problems, the design of sea temperature test system based on Virtual Instrument has been introduced in this paper. The temperature test system combines high performance PCI-6014 data acquisition card with sensor elements and amplifying circuit. On the basis of LabVIEW software platform, an application software for temperature measurement has been designed, whose functions include real-time acquisition of test signal, data processing and data display.

Wavelength and other factors have a deep influence on temperature measurement system based on CCD image sensor. Deviations between measurement values sometimes are large. In order to reduce error, the temperature outputs in different wavelength combinations do have multi-sensor correlation properties in point of colorimetric temperature measurement system view. The colorimetric temperature measurement algorithm based on real-time adaptive weighted is put forward by such performance index that minimum of standard deviation. According to measured value of each sensor, we will find out the corresponding weights in adaptive manner. And discuss the statistical properties of the estimated standard deviation. Estimation unbiasedness is proved. The algorithm has the following advantages .A much smaller amount of calculation, without any a priori knowledge, only relying on the output of each sensor. All of these make temperature estimation be optimal, measurement accuracy and the real-time performance of the system are improved. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the colorimetric temperature measurement algorithm based on the real-time adaptive weighted improves obviously when comparing with the traditional means algorithm in measurement accuracy.

This article describes the elastic element of the servo valve, elaborates the definition of the stiffness of elastic element, analyzes the characteristics of existing rigidity measurement system, points out the limitations of the existing rigidity measurement system when it measures the large-stiffiness elastic element, utilizes a new measuring principle based on the existing stiffness test systems, uses the more accurate laser displacement measurement method to overcome the weaknesses of the existing stiffness test system, improves the measurement accuracy, makes stiffness measurements more accurate and promotes the stiffness measurement technology of the servo valve elastic element.

Thermoelectric couple was employed in traditional airplane engine temperature measurement system with the disadvantages of large size,heavy weight,big error and slow response.This paper presents a new kind of real—time temperature measurement system using laser diode InGaAs/I as light source,and using pyroelectric detector LiTa03 as optical receiving unit and using a microprocessor as signal processing center.This instrument consists of three parts:optical emitting and receiving system,signal amplifying and controlling system,and display system。The principle and structure of the system are introduced.Experimental results of airplane engine real—time temperature measurement show that temperature measurement accuracy and response time conform to our requirement in the range of 300°C一800°Cand agree with prediction of theory.All these prove that the design is correct.

Based on mobile communication platform, the dynamic measurement system of component virtual instrument structure assemble model was proposed according to the conditions of bad commonality and mobility of tradition measurement system. Reconfiguration virtual system of mobile communication platform was realized by the use of virtual instrument system of measuring different parameters at the Android operating system and accomplished wireless network testing capabilities meanwhile, and the flexibility and scalability of wireless interactive operation and meassured data in real-time monitoring system can be enhanced.

This system utilized the virtual instruments technology, and PC/104 bus-based embedded data acquisition to develop the cable and harness test hardware system.

At present, the spacecraft thermal test temperature measurement system has not been designed effectively. In the spacecraft experiment, the defects of anti-interference ability and system instability are exposed. Firstly, the composition and status of the temperature measurement system of spacecraft thermal test are analyzed. And then we set up a system to interfere with fault tree according to existing problems, locate the problem and determine the source of the interference. Finally, the anti-interference scheme and implementation are developed, and the test data of anti-interference test system is set up. The anti - jamming performance of the anti - jamming scheme of thermal test temperature acquisition system was evaluated. The results show that it can improve the anti-jamming capability of the spacecraft thermal test temperature acquisition system and improve the stability of the system.

Temperature is an important parameter for the characterization of the transformer and the motor running. Winding temperature test according to the actual operation of the traction transformer and motor temperature protection device requirements, in-depth study, temperature test of the traction transformer based on virtual instrument and traction motor winding resistance method, the method using LabVIEW to develop test software, respectively, for data acquisition, data playback, data analysis and processing, data file management functions, and temperature test equipment, not only real-time test system, but also post-processing the data after the test, in order to analysis of the factors that affect the temperature of the windings. Validity of the method is proved by experiments.
