In order to facilitate dynamic analysis of spindle, improve the vibration characteristics of the spindle and achieve the goal of control of spindle motion stability. A spindle vibration testing system is developed with necessary sensor, signal conditioner and data acquisition card based on Labview software in this paper. The spindle vibration testing and analysis system is formed based on virtual instrument graphical programming language Labview. The hardware is reduced in testing process. At the same time, acquisition, processing and analysis for vibration signal are realized, and the costs of hardware are greatly reduced. The testing work is made more convenient and quick by this system, and test is made more intuitive by its real-time display function. It will provide a scientific basis for searching for measures to reduce the spindle vibration and developing a new generation of mechanical structure of the spindle.

In this paper, a set of spindle vibration test equipment has been designed by using modern design method, on the basis of in-depth study of spindle vibration source .The device includes three parts: machinery, detection and control .In the mechanical part, using sensor fixed machine mobile systems, the design of the spindle drive part and test board was carried on respectively .In the detection part ,the virtual instrument Labview graphical programming language was adopted to form a spindle vibration test and analysis system, realizing the acquisition, processing and analysis of the vibration signal .In the control part, Yan Hua movement control cards are adopted to realize control of motor speed, through Labview programming.

This paper introduced a new mechanical construction for the vibration platform and its working principle. Based on virtual instrument, this paper used sensor, charge amplifier, DAQ(data acquisition card), computer, driver program and LabVIEW software to design signal measuring and analysis system of mechanical vibration platform. This paper used ADAMS simulate vibration platform motion and used LabVIEW calculate distortion degree of acceleration, velocity and position of the vibration platform.

Partial discharge (PD) measurement is an essential to detect and diagnose the existence of the PD. However, this measurement has faced noise disturbance in industrial environments. Thus, PD analysis system using discrete wavelet transform (DWT) denoising technique via Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) software is proposed to distinguish noise from the measured PD signal. In this work, the performance of denoising process is analyzed based on calculated mean square error (MSE) and signal to noise ratio (SNR). The result is manipulated based on Haar, Daubechies, Coiflets, Symlets and Biorthogonal type of mother wavelet with different decomposition levels. From the SNR results, all types of the mother wavelet are suitable to be used in denoising technique since the value of SNR is in large positive value. Therefore, further studies were conducted and found out that db14, coif3, sym5 and bior5.5 wavelets with least MSE value are considered good to be used in the denoising technique. However, bior5.5 wavelet is proposed as the most optimum mother wavelet due to consistency of producing minimum value of MSE and followed by db14.

The introduction of the virtual instrument technology provides new ideas for the developments of the temperature acquisition. This paper presents the design of temperature acquisition system based on VI technology. This system takes LABVIEW as the software development platform, simulating environmental temperature parameters via temperature sensors and heaters. Through the USB-6009 data collecting cards environmental temperature is sent to LABVIEW software platform for analysis. The system has the functions of data acquisition, display, storage, callback, save, analysis, printing statements and limit alarm processing and so on, and completes the real-time collection and analysis of the temperature.

The traditional measuring instrument of temperature mainly consists of different types of hardware, whose cost and scale are quite big, and whose operation is inconvenient. In many practical applications, describing the measured objects only by accurate values is not enough. Aiming at these problems, the design of sea temperature test system based on Virtual Instrument has been introduced in this paper. The temperature test system combines high performance PCI-6014 data acquisition card with sensor elements and amplifying circuit. On the basis of LabVIEW software platform, an application software for temperature measurement has been designed, whose functions include real-time acquisition of test signal, data processing and data display.

It is often needed in engineering that detecting and analyzing vibration signal of some equipment. To meet the requirement, a portable detecting and analytic instrument was designed using virtual instrument concept. In the instrument, notebook computer was used as the platform of hardware. Vibration signal was obtained by integrated piezoelectric acceleration sensor (DTS0104T), and was transferred to a notebook computer through data acquisition card (NI USB-6210) based on USB bus. The software, running on the notebook computer, was developed under LabVIEW. Vibration signal could be displayed on screen, recorded in disk or printed by printer, retrieved, and analyzed. The analysis functions of the instrument include: time-domain analysis, frequency-domain analysis, time-frequency domain analysis, and correlation analysis. The instrument is compact, portable, powerful, and with friendly interfaces, has broad application prospects.

For the study dynamic characteristics of three-dimensional roll forming machine, this paper develops a dynamic characteristics measurement and analysis system of three-dimensional roll forming machine, which is based on the U.S. NI company software development platform, including the development of hardware and software part .The realization of dimensional roll forming machine dynamics parameters collection and analysis, the experiment proved that the test system can be easily field measurements demand dynamics parameters, to improve the three-dimensional roll forming machine precision and control accuracy to provide an experimental basis.

According to the typical rotating machinery faults and their corresponding rotor axis orbit characteristics, the using of eddy current sensor and the LabVIEW software platform constitute orbits measurement and analysis system, which is carried out for data acquisition, instrument control, measurement analysis and data display. The results show that orbits can be real-time display of motion, and two orthogonal vibration signals superimposed on the XY Graph.vi 'to generated the orbits and wave, calculating the quality of unbalance Block and the position of equilibrium rotor to make sure the system to reach equilibrium.

With Virtual Instrument technology, the authors designed liquid surface tension coefficient measurement system which has realized the computer measurement of the liquid surface tension coefficient by using of computers and data acquisition card and ELVIS and LabVIEW software and combining with the stress-sensitive sensor. Not only measurement speed is faster and more accurate, processing data is more convenient, operating performance is more stable, but also the measurement’s digitization and computerization is realized, and the system has laid a good foundation for processing the data further.

The detection of motor vibration can be used to evaluate the condition of motor. Furthermore the detection of motor vibration can be used to analyze the source of motor vibration and is helpful to reduce the motor vibration. Vibration is a cause of noise,so the vibration reduction is helpful to reduce the motor noise. Through analyzing the mechanism of motor vibration, a laptop computer and LabVIEW software are used to design the experimental system. the data acquisition system of vibration signal is composed of USB5935 data acquisition card, vibration acceleration sensor.LabVIEW is used to detect the vibration signal and record the vibration and realize the spectrum analysis. Through detecting and analyzing the vibration of the permanent magnet DC motor, It is proved that the motor vibration experimental system consisting of computer and LabVIEW can fully meet the requirements of electrical machine test and fault classification research.
