Aiming at the face roadway 22109 of Cuncaota coal mine, using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software, 19 of 5 groups about bolt and anchor combined support schemes were analysed and compared, and the reasonable scheme of φ18×2000mm thread steel bolt and φ17.8×6500mm anchor cable combined support was obtained. Support result of this scheme was analysed with FLAC3Dsoftware, the result show that this scheme can support the roadway effectively. Practical application show that this scheme can achieve the security, economical and effective support result, and can be used in this type of roadway.

Currently, the mine water inflow is often forecasted by using the large diameter well method, but under complicated hydrogeological conditions where Dupuit well flow formula is not suitable, the said method is not applicable. The paper takes an example of the water inflow forecast of Chaokewula Coal Mine and discusses the solution of adopting the numerical simulation software Visual Modflow: the simulation scope is defined by analyzing the hydrogeological conditions of Chaokewula Coal Mine to set a mathematical model that fits the actual situation. The model can be identified and verified based on the set model boundary conditions, model spatial discretization, initial conditions and simulation period. Forecast the water inflow of each working face in 30 years by using the underground water numerical simulation software Visual MODFLOW so as to provide a basis for the stability estimation of the mines power plant water supply. For the support problem of set-up room to be 7.8m wide with thick and broken coal roof in Pangpangta coal mine, the truss cable support system is adopted to control the set-up room surrounding rock. The main support parameters, such as cable length, cable angle and distance between orifice and side of the truss cable support system are simulated and optimally designed by using numerical simulation software FLAC3D, by which the support scheme is designed reasonably. The support scheme is successfully tested at set-up room No. 10101 in Pangpangta mine. The set-up room deformation is small, and the support system is safe and reliable. This kind of support technology can be widely used in the similar set-up rooms.

In order to make sure the reasonable roadway layout in lower seam of close coal mining group coordination in Lijiahao coal mine, firstly, applying the theoretical analysis and geological radar detection to get the influence depth of mining from the up coal seam 2-2 to the floor is about 20m, the results show that the thickness of complete strata is about 15m, then determining to use the outward alternate entries in lower seam roadway by using theoretical analysis. At last, determining the distance of outward alternate entries is 12-14m by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software to simulate the change of stress and displacement in roof floor and two sides of roadway.

The application of FLAC2D software long ditch coal mine extraction tunnel without support boltgrouting. Anchor when the anchor rope supporting and strengthening supporting state ofroadwaywere simulated and analyzed the change of roadway surrounding rock under differentsupport forms. Demonstrated the possibility that the current anchor cable anchor supporting andanalysis under the condition of the coal wall broken grouting bolt is the necessity of reinforcement.

COMSOL software was used in the paper for numerical simulation of excavation face and study stress, gas pressure, the gas seepage velocity, displacement and the change of temperature as well as to the effect of dynamic disaster under different temperature conditions. The results show that the speed of gas pressure to reduce slowed, the gas pressure near the working face gradient increasing with the increase of temperature; the face gas concentration changed not significantly because of the change of temperature under the condition of the temperature change is not big; seepage velocity varies was not obvious under the condition of other conditions don't change, because the viscosity coefficient of the change was not obvious.

The gob-side entry retaining technology can be used to not only solve the problem of intensity in successive mining but also reduce the 10,000 tons' drivage rate and improve the coal recovery. Based on the established roof cutting mechanical model, the method of numerical simulation is used to determine the technical parameters of gob-side entry retaining in one coal mine. The reduction in cross-section of the roadway is 10.8% according to the field observation, which shows that the gob-side entry retaining has obtained preferable results and fulfilled the demand of safe production in the face.

This paper analyzes the importance of rock bolting in coal mining, and the difficult of using rock bolting in breakthough with the affect of mining, adopt hydraulic fracturing and coal-rock mass strength test methods to test the seam stress and rock strength. Make the numerical simulation of break though bolting solutions in coal mine roadway by using FLAC3D software, simulate the different distributions of pre-stressed in coal-rock with three situations, the same raw distance but different space, the same space but different raw distance, impose different preload on the roof anchor in the rock bolting of mine roadway breakthough. Then determine a reasonable bolting solution of coal mine roadway according to the case of prestressed in coal-rock.
