In daily life because of polluted air people have a headache, insomnia, allergic diseases, respiratory diseases, etc. Air Purifier is also called "air cleaner" or "air sober machine". It refers to an equipment which can adsorb, decompose or transform all kinds of air pollutions,and volatilize an anion to improve the indoor air quality. In order to achieve the purpose of the microcomputer digital control of system, air purifier is designed with a single chip to reduce the artificial control. The single chip microcomputer is regarded as the core circuit part of the whole control system, the function of which is control all components of the air purification. Air purifier equipment consists of dust sensors, anion generator unit, fan module components and 4x4 matrix keyboard. Software program mainly includes: the display program, keyboard program, the clock program. This design aims at starting subsequent circuit module automatically through real-time control of air quality, achieving the function of air purification.

Controller Area Network (CAN) is a kind of serial communication network that supports the distributed control and the real time control. The CAN have high performances and high reliabilities. It can solve many problems of complex circuitry, wiring harness increasing, operation reliability reducing and the difficulty of fault maintain increasing while using CAN Bus technology in automobile. In this paper, the form of CAN bus and node design method based on MC912D60A single chip microcomputer were studied and introduced. At last, the hardware design principle diagrams and software flow charts were given.

Based on single-chip microcomputer(SCM) control technology, designed a set of new brake automatic cooling control system. Through the hardware and software design of the system, and simulation test, proved that the system is reliable. The system can solve the problem of truck brake failure effectively.

Dissatisfaction with indoor air quality is common even in relatively new or renovated Polish school buildings. To improve air quality in educational buildings, portable devices have seen increased use, for which manufacturers guarantee a high level of indoor air purification. However, their optimized operation largely depends on their correct use. The aim of this article was to determine the effectiveness of air purification in a primary school using an air purification device with an analysis of the classroom indoor air quality (IAQ). Two criteria were used, microbiological and particulate matter concentration. Measurements were made before device installation and during its continuous operation, and before and after lessons on chosen days. Measurements related to IAQ did not detect clear differences in the analyzed measurement periods. For microbiological contamination, in the morning before lessons, the total count for all bacteria and microscopic fungi was definitely lower than after lessons. Comparing the periods before and after device installation, no clear tendency for reducing the bacteria count or microscopic fungi occurred during air purifier operation, nor was there any noticeable trend in the reduction of particulate matter. There was no improvement in air quality in the classrooms during the operation of the purification devices.

Temperature control is the key problem in the design and manufacture of electric blankets. In order to solve current technological failure to real-time control of the temperature of electric blanket, this paper applies technical means of DS18B20 temperature acquisition and relay control temperature heating, together with key circuit, display circuit as well as other auxiliary circuit, and the system achieved electric blanket working temperature real-time intelligent control. Relay output controlled the temperature closed loop control by single-chip microcomputer, and a new type of intelligent temperature control technology of electric blanket is developed, real-time temperature control is enhanced, which improved the security and energy conservation of electric blanket.

The purpose of the subject is to design a car based on 51 single chip microcomputer control of nuclear intelligence toy car. Design is mainly divided into four modules respectively control module, test module, drive module, display module. Detection module by infrared receiving tube as tracking and obstacle avoidance of the detector to external environment for testing, testing mileage with hall element as the detector, test results of the test modules to control module, control module processed signal into the driver module to control the car turn left, turn right, forward, backward, at the same time control module and analysis processing state of marching into the 1602 LCD liquid crystal display status display. After many trials completed hardware design, the control core programming and sensor debug, finally realize the automatic tracking of toy cars, intelligent obstacle avoidance, mileage of display design requirements, and increase the car alarm, lights flashing remind and additional features such as voice control.

To overcome the shortcomings of external PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and soft PLC being widely employed in switch control of CNC machine tool, an embedded PLC system was developed by integrating AVR single chip ATMEGA169, PC bus technique and dual port RAM. Both hardware circuit and software of the PLC system were designed and implemented. The software of Industrial PC was developed by using ladder-diagram IDE (Integrated Design Environment) based on the platform of Borland C++ Builder. In this environment, it can fulfill edit, compilation and communication function of ladder-diagram file. It also can monitor and diagnose PLC running status. This developed embedded PLC system has the characteristics of compact structure, high communication and reliability. It can effectively satisfy real-time control requirements of CNC machine tool.

The system uses DS18B20 as a temperature sensor to collect temperature data on spot, uses ZigBee as wireless transmission module, and uses C8051F020, a single chip as a processor. The temperature control module issues instructions to achieve real-time control of the indoor temperature so as to control the temperature under established standard. The system can effectively reduce energy consumption.

Hydraulic support is widely used under the mine while the pressure is the most important factors of its safety.In view of the defects about present pressure monitor of mining hydraulic support ,designing a mining hydraulic support pressure monitoring system based on LabVIEW.This article mainly introducing the overall structure of the system, hydraulic system principle, the LabVIEW program, data communication and interface design.Using LabVIEW collection and storage support’s real-time pressure information. On the basis of the single chip microcomputer and the LabVIEW for data processing and display, improving the real-time control of hydraulic support.

The steering engine is a import execute component in controlling of humanoid robot、manipulator and model aircraft . In this paper, with the single chip processor STC89C52 as the core, and adopting the timer interrupt through serial communication way of real-time control system to produce PWM waves. This method has low cost and simple hardware design, can achieve more independent PWM waveforms output.
