Based on single-chip microcomputer(SCM) control technology, designed a set of new brake automatic cooling control system. Through the hardware and software design of the system, and simulation test, proved that the system is reliable. The system can solve the problem of truck brake failure effectively.

Based on S7-200 PLC, pressure sensors and amplifiers, this paper uses PID instruction to establish the closed-loop pressure control system of the required thrust in turning airbags. So in the automatic overturning airbags, it is capable to real-time control the push rods running status.

Controller Area Network (CAN) is a kind of serial communication network that supports the distributed control and the real time control. The CAN have high performances and high reliabilities. It can solve many problems of complex circuitry, wiring harness increasing, operation reliability reducing and the difficulty of fault maintain increasing while using CAN Bus technology in automobile. In this paper, the form of CAN bus and node design method based on MC912D60A single chip microcomputer were studied and introduced. At last, the hardware design principle diagrams and software flow charts were given.

For days, we are widespread in many parts of the fog haze weather, the gray one everywhere, level of air quality is heavily contaminated, including sources of PM2.5 is complex, both the pollution from motor vehicles, also has the fine particles from the burning of coal, at the same time in the air such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds, after a series of complex changes, small particles generated the harmful to human body. In change this study, we introduced the PIC control technology; this technology can effectively improve the combustion of coal mine air pollution.

It is described in detail how to develop the intelligent instrument system through connecting bus-bridge of PROFIBUS with single-chip microcomputer system of users, changing the traditional PLC-control into the data-bus control in limekiln electrical control system. This paper focuses on the development of hardware of the accompanies-station of PROFIBUS-DP, the model for user, and software design. About 400,000 dollars per each were saved and the ease of operation and the robust of control have been also improved dramatically after novel development.
