A kind of design scheme of PTZ control system based on DC torque motor was proposed to improve fast tracking ability and tracking accuracy of moving target. The mathematical modeling methods for each link were given and the parameters were determined with the help of engineering design method. The simulation results showed that the system had higher location accuracy, better tracking performance and could satisfy the design request.

This paper presented a new method based on the Fuzzy self - adaptive PID for BLDCM. This method overcomes some defects of the traditional PID control. Such as lower control precision and worse anti - jamming performance. It dynamic model of BLDCM was built, and then design method for TS fuzzy PID model is given, At last, it compared simulation results of PID control method with TS Fuzzy PID control method. The results show that the TS Fuzzy PID control method has more excellent dynamic antistatic performances, as well as anti-jamming performance. The experiment shows that TS fuzzy PID control has the stronger adaptability robustness and transplant.

An analysis of a nonlinear control system that was used to track the natural frequency of a MEMS resonator is presented in this paper. A phase-locked loop system is used to track the natural frequency of the resonator due to fatigue of the spring element. A model for the control system is established and the system behavior is analyzed using an averaging method. The analysis provides a quantitative criterion for selecting the control gain to achieve stability. Simulation results are shown to be in agreement with the theoretical analysis. Tracking accuracy under the presence of Brownian noise and capacitive position sensing noise is also analyzed by using a variance propagation equation for the nonlinear dynamic system utilizing a first-order Taylor series approximation. The theoretically estimated resolution is also found to be in good agreement with simulation results.

The paper analyzed the influence of rotor parameters changing for the induction motor vector control, and an adaptive identification method for rotor parameters was proposed. Based on Lyapunov stabilization theory, design method of adaptive identification discipline was expatiated. The model of rotor parameters adaptive identification under induction motor vector control was completed using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, and it can be taken as the theory and practice reference for improve the orientation bias for vector control system.

In this paper, we propose a controller for a camera-based Pan-Tilt device. The approach uses the target image feature to steer the Pan-Tilt device to the target with random movement. Since these systems are often mounted on mobile equipment, energy efficiency should also be taken into account. In order to improve the control energy consumption efficiency of the Pan-Tilt system mounted with cammera, the authors use a dark objective function with optimal energy components to find controller parameters. Simulation results on the PanTilt system show that the camera can track a moving target quickly and stably and the control energy can be changed through the controller parameter according to the purpose of use.

The parameters for the producing of bimetallic billets from powder steel W6Mo5 (outer layer) and steel 5CrNiMo (core), eliminating the formation of cracks at the boundary of the bimetal layers are optimized by mathematical modeling methods. Defect-free bimetallic billets are made based on the simulation results using the technology of hot isostatic pressing followed by heat treatment. The produced bimetallic billets have level of mechanical properties comparable to standard cast and deformed high-speed steels and more uniform structure at signifi cantly lower cost of products.

The power available at the output of photovoltaic (PV) cells keeps changing with solar irradiation and ambient temperature because PV cells exhibit a nonlinear current-voltage characteristic. In order to gain maximum power in PV power system, a novel MPPT method combining CVT and fuzzy control was proposed in this paper. The principle of the novel MPPT method was given and the verified experiment was performed at the same time. Experiment results show that the novel MPPT intelligent multiple method have the fast tracking ability in changing weather and more tracking accuracy in stable condition simultaneously.

As wood drying kiln system has the nonlinear characteristics of a large lag, multivariable, large inertia and strong coupling. It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of the wood drying kiln system by using traditional mathematical Modeling method. The data of wood drying kiln is drawn by CFD-Fluent, and the translate function of the control system is obtained by Matlab system identification. The simulation results show that the method has good accuracy, and can meet the control requirements of the system.

A control system for an air-to-air guided missile is developed. Gain scheduling control technique is used to perform the missile flight toward a moving target. The simulation results show that the gain scheduling control technique is effective to obtain the desired missile performance.
