This paper presented a new method based on the Fuzzy self - adaptive PID for BLDCM. This method overcomes some defects of the traditional PID control. Such as lower control precision and worse anti - jamming performance. It dynamic model of BLDCM was built, and then design method for TS fuzzy PID model is given, At last, it compared simulation results of PID control method with TS Fuzzy PID control method. The results show that the TS Fuzzy PID control method has more excellent dynamic antistatic performances, as well as anti-jamming performance. The experiment shows that TS fuzzy PID control has the stronger adaptability robustness and transplant.

Robotic catheter minimally invasive operation requires control system of quick response, strong anti-jamming and real-time tracking of target trajectory. The contradiction between fuzzy PID control precision and its response speed limits its application in master-slave minimally invasive operation. The paper adopted variable universe fuzzy PID method to improve fuzzy PID method’s control precision without reducing the speed of response. The simulation results show that variable universe fuzzy PID control method has fast tracking performance and strong robustness, and it has feasibility and practicability in robotic catheter minimally invasive operation.

The parallel inverter system will produce the phenomenon of circulating current when each inverter’s output voltage is inconsistent. This phenomenon increases the burden of switching elements. Furthermore this system will be crashed, and it could lead to a power interruption. In this paper, the property of the circulating current is analyzed deeply for double-loop parallel inverter system. An improved fuzzy PID control and LCL filter are adapted to make up the really redundancy system. Besides, a hot-swappable system is putted into practice. The simulation results reflect that this method have better inhibitory effect on the circulating current of the parallel inverter system.

When the pod works in the air, pod can produce the overshoot and stability. To solve this problem, the study demonstrates that the fuzzy-PID was used to control the pod. Simulink simulation module of Matlab was using to establish a control system model pod exterior orientation framework to verify the simulation, anti-jamming performance and tracking performance of the system. The results show that fuzzy PID control method can make the system have good stability, noise immunity and tracking capability.

As researched suspension mobile manipulator system,its control method was discussed. Based on vector method any point on this mobile manipulator system can be described, then independent coordinate variables can be chosen and dynamic model of the whole system was built by Lagrange equation. Based on dynamic model, fuzzy PID control model was built by fuzzy concept. Comparing simulation result of level velocity of point in mobile under no-feedback, PID control and fuzzy PID control, it was proved that MATLAB, this method can be more effective on the mobile manipulator system.

This research constructed a hot press control system according to the hot-press technical process of wood-based panel, and applied the fuzzy control and traditional PID control to this system. Experiment and simulation results showed that the control effect of the new method is optimal.

The PID controllers can be seen in lots of fields, but some complex control system cannot be controlled to achieve a desired performance index. A design method of the fuzzy PID controller that is based on the fuzzy tuning rules and formed by integrating two above control ideas is proposed in this paper. The design procedure about fuzzy PID control can be divided two steps: the first step is to build the fuzzy tuning rules by analysis, and to obtain the parameters of PID controller by reasoning, and then the control action can be determined by the PID control law. The simulation results and the practical control effects show that the compound fuzzy PID controller has better performance than that of the conventional PID control system and meet the practical demands.

Brushless DC mo tor speed control system is a multivariate, strong coupling, non linear, time-varying complex system, but adopting traditional PID control method to carry ou t control is difficult to achieve good control effect A kind of PID controller with fuzzy algorithm setting on-line PID parameters automatically was designed and applied in brush less DC motor speed control system, using the voltage , speed and torque equation of brush less DC motor, according to the parameters of the mo tor, the controler adopts fuzzy theory to adjust the PID parameters, in order to obtain high-precision speed control Results of simulation experiment show that the fuzzy PID control method compared with normal PID control is with better control performance, non overshoot quick velocity response, higher control precision and good rubustness, which is insensitive to the parameter chattering and many disturbances.

This paper fusions advantages of the grey forecast, fuzzy control and the traditional PID control, puts forward the grey prediction fuzzy PID control method. This method is based on PID Controlling Regulation determine interrelated parameters with the fuzzy reasoning, use online grey prediction theory forecast the system outputs which instead of the controlled object measurement value to exert feedback control for the system. The simulation results show that this control ways have more excellent control quality than traditional PID and Fuzzy PID.
