In order to meet the technical production requirements of the ammonia modification equipment, this paper develops a set of electrical control system based on Omron CJ2M Series PLC, including the configuration of the hardware and software, the assignment of the input/output, and the design of communication system. The control system provides a perfect human-machine interaction and realizes the automation control of the devices.Through actual application, this control system can meet the control requirements of the ammonia modification production and raise the production automation level of the factory and increase labor productivity.

We propose an approach to human-machine interactions that emphasizes sensitivity to the user’s needs and consecrates caretaking, or holding, of the user so as to fulfill these needs. We borrow the concepts of sensitivity and holding from psychoanalysis and then operationalize them in the context of human-machine interaction. A pilot study of drivers’ interactions with a climate control system was conducted to understand drivers’ needs, wants, and manner of interaction. Based on these results we built an AI-based system that is sensitive to the users’ needs and attempts to fulfill them in a dedicated manner (holding). We then evaluate the new system in another driving study. Preliminary results suggest that a sensitive/holding machine is better than the regular interface and not far behind a human expert “working” the system in response to drivers’ needs and wants.

The author introduced a new stair-climbing and obstacle-traversing robot system. According to its working environment, the parameters of driving wheels were determined with the optimization target of rotation axis’s undulation amplitude; The gear ratios of the driving planetary gear train were determined by running resistance, which can realize the automatic switching between rotation and revolution; According to its applicable situation, the robot’s control system was designed as a human-machine interaction model.

A network measurement and control system based on STM32 is designed for the control of greenhouse temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, etc. ModbusRTU serial bus is used for managing the greenhouse environment instrumentation network and signal acquisition. The remote control of greenhouse is achieved by LWIP Ethernet and Modbus/TCP communication protocol, and the network control of multispan greenhouse is realized by them. MCGS(Monitorand Control Generated System) is used for the design of human machine interaction. The control system can reach producing requirements, high reliability, easy to operate and maintain.
