This paper presents the structure design and the performance testing method of a novel type of gas braking control system. Based on PDSOFT 3D design method double gas detection instrument control system has been carefully designed, effectively using the space of the case body. Using a direct acting overflow pressure reducing control technology, effectively through gas level decompression pressure were quickly and accurately is reduced to 0.7Mpa and 0.45Mpa, according to the tightness test results show, the tester can keep the pressure stability of the error is less than 0.1%. With quick joints of interlocking sealing design technology based on, settle the problem of connecting and sealing between the traction chassis brake system pneumatic hose and gas path instrument brake control pipeline, detection of gas pipeline. In the design of DC regulated power supply, the innovation to the DC voltage stabilizing circuit modular design, can effectively avoid the input voltage fluctuation on the influence of the load end, to ensure the stable operation of the independent power supply module tester. The tester can be easily used to test their performance general traction air braking system chassis in the stationary state, and can be directly used digital display reading way test data will be output directly, save the test time, improve the test efficiency.

Based on STC89C52RC Single Chip microcontroller, the control system of seedling vegetable harvester was designed with the help of modular design method. According to the mode of operation for seedling vegetable harvester, the infrared remote device and photoelectric sensors were selected, and then the hardware of the control system including running system, cutting device and conveyor device was set up. Through the performance test of the prototype, the harvester can go forward, backward, accelerate, decelerate, turn left, and turn right; the photoelectric sensor can control cutting device and transport device to start and stop automatically and easily, which shows the control system has good performance.

A design method of modular joint is proposed according to the complicated structure, line exposed and heavier characteristics of multi-DOF (degree of freedom) mechanical arm. In this paper, the design of modular joint was carried on and a model of six-DOF mechanical arm was built through the research on the structure of mechanical arm. On this basis, dynamics simulation will be carried. The results show that the modular design method simplified the structure of the mechanical arm, the dynamics simulation proved it was feasible for the structure design and drive selection.

Based on the principle of ultrasonic transit time ranging, this article describes that the microcontroller is used as the core to develop the ultrasonic distance-measurement automobile-reversing radar control system. The system includes both hardware and software parts. The hardware part mainly consist single-chip control circuit, ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuits, temperature compensation circuit and voice alarm circuit. The software design part of the system was divided into several function modules with modular design method, such as main program module, temperature measurement module, voice alarm module and so on. The main program was responsible for dispatching management all the modules. Experiments show that this system can reach design requirement and has high value and broad application prospects.

Based on the background of cushioning package design for the wine bottles, the analysis on the cushioning properties of honeycomb paper core is presented. The reverse design method based on the function relationship of cushioning package is proposed, to make the cushioning structure design and cushioning dimension design as well as the buffering pad checkout, including strength check, deflection check and creep deformation check to make sure design meets the requirements. The function relation of the maximum acceleration and static stress between arbitrary dropping height and thickness of cushion is obtained. The reverse design method can obtain any curve of any dropping height and any cushioning thickness through several experimental tests. The flexibility, what is more important is that the method can greatly reduce test time, saves the cost of enterprises and technology research & development. The method provides a new way to the cushioning package design.

The Capture Trajectory System (CTS) is an advanced measurement method of the trajectory for store separation in wind tunnel test. According to the characteristics of good real-time, high reliability and a large amount of data processing in the CTS test, an open-architecture measurement & control system based on VXI bus and PMAC2 is proposed in this paper, and its overall scheme design, hardware composition and software structure are described. With IPC, embedded operator and PMAC2 applied, the three level microcomputer structure ensures the system has good real-time and accurate trajectory control. The hierarchical software and the modular design method make sure that the system has good portability, universality and extensibility.

Purpose Robotic systems for laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery (MIS) always end up with highly sophisticated mechanisms and control schemes – making it a long and hard development process with a steep price. This paper aims to propose and realize a new, efficient and convenient strategy for building effective control systems for surgical and even other complex robotic systems. Design/methodology/approach A novel method that takes advantage of the modularization concept by integrating two middleware technologies (robot operating system and robotic technology middleware) into a common architecture based on the strengths of both was designed and developed. Findings Tests of the developed control system showed very low time-delay between the master and slave sides; good movement representation on the slave manipulator; and high positional and operational accuracy. Moreover, the new development strategy trial came with much higher efficiency and lower costs. Research limitations/implications This method results in a modularized and distributed control system that is amenable to collaboratively develop; convenient to modify and update; componentized and easy to extend; mutually independent among subsystems; and practicable to be running and communicating across multiple operating systems. However, experiments show that surgical training and updates of the robotic system are still required to achieve better proficiency for completing complex minimally invasive surgical operations with the proposed and developed system. Originality/value This research proposed and developed a novel modularization design method and a novel architecture for building a distributed teleoperation control system for laparoscopic MIS.

With the advent of the global energy crisis, the use of sustainable green energy has become more and more widespread and the utilization rate of photovoltaic industry in high-altitude desert areas is getting higher and higher. This article mainly studies the intelligent control system in desert area based on photovoltaic microgrid power supply. The system uses shielded twisted pair to transmit signals, and electrostatic interference and electromagnetic induction interference are effectively suppressed. After ensuring that the encoder feedback is correct and the motor movement direction is consistent with the command direction and the safety of the movement stroke, the PID parameters of the motor are tuned in PAMCturningpro. For the performance test of this system, the design and implementation of the test plan should be carried out according to the concurrent support target and response time target proposed in the performance analysis of the system. Concurrent users use the LoadRunner tool to create the customer test machine to simulate the concurrent access and operation of the system. In each iteration process, the test results are recorded in the same way as the benchmark test and finally the system can still achieve the expected performance when the actual concurrency reaches the limit of 5007. The results show that the intelligent control system in this paper has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, perfect function, high precision, stable and reliable operation, etc. and has good practical value.

Aiming at the technical bottlenecks existing in the current warp knitting machine control system such as jacquard drive circuit, the design method of self-boosting power supply circuit integrated with jacquard driver is proposed for the embedded warp knitting machine jacquard control system for miniaturization design. The voltage boost circuit designed can boost the low voltage from the input of the working power supply to the high voltage for the output to drive the oscillation of the piezoelectric ceramic jacquard needles. Since the circuit adopts energy storage inductance instead of current-limiting resistor to optimize the driving circuit, it not only limits the forward charging current of the piezoelectric ceramic, but also effectively realize the energy recovery function. The effectiveness of the design method is verified by simulation.

Modular design is a standardized approach to organically combine standardization and diversification and to effectively integrate multi-type and small volume-production with efficiency, which is a new technology that has been applied universally. Its basic methods contain the four aspects of identifying the destination domain of modular product, etc. In China, there are about hundreds of intelligent building intercom system manufacturers and products. However, how to make the product internal structure design standardized and modularized and realize the compatibility of different manufacturers’ products is a problem necessary to be resolved in this industry. This paper conducts modular design concerning about intelligent building intercom system products, and combines the green design thought with modular design method, which can simultaneously fulfill the product’s functional and environmental properties, exerting highly significant roles in the R & D, increasing the production efficiency, reducing cost and improving enterprise management. From a long term, system modular design is the development trend of intelligent buildings.
