The Capture Trajectory System (CTS) is an advanced measurement method of the trajectory for store separation in wind tunnel test. According to the characteristics of good real-time, high reliability and a large amount of data processing in the CTS test, an open-architecture measurement & control system based on VXI bus and PMAC2 is proposed in this paper, and its overall scheme design, hardware composition and software structure are described. With IPC, embedded operator and PMAC2 applied, the three level microcomputer structure ensures the system has good real-time and accurate trajectory control. The hierarchical software and the modular design method make sure that the system has good portability, universality and extensibility.

A PROFI-BUS based industrial robot control system is introduced from the viewpoint of both software and hardware. It is discussed about how to use PC technology and field-bus technology to design an open robot control system. The system adopts a three- layer structure, which is mainly configured with universal control devices, to realize a modular and universal design. A high-speed field-bus is designed for connecting servo system and IPC, to ensure real-time capability; another low-speed Field-bus is used to connect IPC and PLC, HMI, teaching panel and other devices for data exchange, while reducing the occupancy of system resources. The software system adopts the modular design with Windows NT and RTX, which fully exploits the powerful functions of Window NT system and meets the requirements of real-time system. This open structure greatly enhances the system's flexibility and openness.

Based on the principle of ultrasonic transit time ranging, this article describes that the microcontroller is used as the core to develop the ultrasonic distance-measurement automobile-reversing radar control system. The system includes both hardware and software parts. The hardware part mainly consist single-chip control circuit, ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuits, temperature compensation circuit and voice alarm circuit. The software design part of the system was divided into several function modules with modular design method, such as main program module, temperature measurement module, voice alarm module and so on. The main program was responsible for dispatching management all the modules. Experiments show that this system can reach design requirement and has high value and broad application prospects.

To solve the problems of the control system of the working assistant robot for elderly such as lower efficiency and weak complicity. A kind of open architecture, modularity, extensible embedded robot control system is developed. The main contents include: Studied on a rich hardware interface and drivers, function easy-to-modular extended robot development platform. The paper presented the platform features, design concepts and system solutions of the robot control system and gave details of building approaches of the platform. On this basis, the functional modules of the robot were designed and implemented with the modular design approach. Finally a specified working assistant robot was created by loading the completed modules into the control system platform and some experiments were carried out on the robot system. Experiments results show that the system platform can be a convenient and effective way to develop multi-functional working assistant robot for elderly.

Based on the problem of complex wiring, low anti-interference capacity and high cost in wired measurement and control system, we developed and designed a cable parameters acquisition and control system based on ZigBee technology. The system was composed of upper PC, a coordinator node and five data collection nodes, presents the hardware circuit and software design method of the coordinator node based on CC2530, and developed the PC management software based on LabVIEW. By the measurement that five data collection nodes are distributed in the indoor, the actual results show that the system is stable, and high reliability.

On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the current technics for grooves machining, this paper deals with the development of Numerical Control System for machining of grooves in automobile synchronization regulator sleeve, which holds first-rate technics. In order to improve efficiency and precision of grooves machining and reduce cost of the cutter, Hypocycloid-based technique together with interpolation is introduced and studied. With IPC as system platform and PMAC (Programmable Multiple-Axes Controller) as the controlling center of the system, the open architecture of “PC-Based” is used in the CNC system and the framework of the CNC hardware is developed. According to the ideas of modularization and real-time multi-task scheduler, the CNC software system is carved into many modules and the framework of the CNC software is developed.

This paper studies and designs of a car automatic driving control system, the system is a dual-core FFT processor based on the pipeline structure CORDIC algorithm design is based on the voice signal spectrum analysis, and through the to extract MFCC voice characteristics Template Library instruction data in comparison, thereby generating a control signal, and ultimately by the FPGA control the wireless communication module to achieve the basic operation of the voice control of the car commonly. Download test results show that the system can be done in real-time response to voice commands, the system has a simple hardware structure, real-time, high reliability, and can be widely used in the field of voice recognition control systems in DE2 experimental development platform .

With the rapid development of the power system, the real-time monitoring of the transmission line state becomes more and more important. Due to the feature of wireless sensor network, a new scheme of monitoring system for transmission line state is proposed. The modular design method is used to choose appropriate modules for setting up the monitoring system, which realizes the real-time temperature, humidity, light, atmospheric pressure on the transmission line. The reliability and practicability is proved by the experiments.
