According to the current development situation of valve used in domestic cryogenic vessel and the level of product quality, through comparison and analysis similarities and differences of cryogenic vessels with the technical standards in cryogenic property inspection technology at home and abroad, then put forward to the basic requirements and key technical indicators for cryogenic property test aspects of cryogenic vessels with valve, provide suggestions for the establishment of national standard for cryogenic vessels with valves in China.

This paper mainly compares Chinese "Green Hotel" National Standard with three green hotel certification programs originated from U.S. and Europe, including the Green Key, the Green Key Eco-rating Program and the Green Leaf Eco-rating Program. The similarities and differences of all these certification programs are concluded. Eventually, some practical suggestions for stakeholders to promote Chinese green hotel standards are proposed.

By the analysis and comparison of LPG motorcycle and LPG automobile, the similarities and differences of them are expounded. Based on the components and structure of LPG automobile fuel system, the LPG motorcycle gas phase positive pressure fuel system and LPG motorcycle liquid phase positive pressure fuel system are designed, and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared. The engine cylinder cover is enhanced and setted maze channels, so the liquid state LPG can be pre-heated using the remaind head of engine before enter the decompressor, the frozen of decompressor is solved effectively. The road trial and testing show that the LPG motorcycle liquid positive pressure fuel system is simple in structure, stabilize and reliable, the comprehensive performance can satisfied the demand of national standard.

CPT is a kind of relatively superior field test technology, which is one of important the liquefaction in-situ test at home and abroad. In 1987, China has formed the national standard CPT liquefaction evaluation method, which predominantly from 1976 Tangshan earthquake liquefaction data, and then has not been tested. Recently by the 40 CPT liquefaction field data of Bachu earthquake obtained a liquefied evaluation formula. Due to comparing the liquefied evaluation methods at home and abroad, found the national standard CPT liquefied critical curve is qualitatively distinct to the others liquefied evaluation methods. If it is wrong about the code of CPT liquefied evaluation method, which the liquefied critical curve will be smaller along with the direction of the depth, will direct the liquefied evaluation critically be conservative and the depth liquefaction evaluation clearly be hazardous. In theory, this problem can be attributed to the influence of sand depth for liquefied evaluation, worthy of further discussion.

This paper selects several representative penstocks codes of hydropower stations in China and foreign countries including USBR Standards (1970), ASCE Steel Penstocks (1993), Japanese Technical Standards for Gates and Penstocks (1993), the former USSR’s code My 34 747-76 and Π 780-83, and Chinese code DL/T 5141-2001; analyzes and compares their different design methods and corresponding safety levels. In addition, the probabilistic limit state design method adopted in DL/T 5141-2001 is described emphatically. What are described can be taken as reference by the engineering technicians who are engaged in the research, design and construction of steel penstocks for hydropower stations at home and abroad.

Along with the computer hardware and software to continuously improve and the performance of the price going down, machine vision technology more and more application in agricultural product quality inspection and grading field. The characteristics of the machine vision technology is speed, information and multi-function, can complete the grading of the size, shape, color, defects, and many other. Apples and other fruits at home and abroad are relatively mature, however, due to growing location, dried jujubes machine vision grading is few studied. This article mainly discusses the choice of dried jujubes background and size detection. The results show that at the same time ensure enough in production, sorting accuracy can reach 80%-85% or so. Machine vision also apply to dried jujubes real-time classification.

This article is an effort to set forth certain major similarities and differences between the societies of the Soviet Union and Communist China as of January 1955.It is evident that the Soviet Union and Communist China have many characteristics in common. They stem mainly from parallel or identical concepts of power and its purposes, internal and external, accepted by the respective top leadership groups. These concepts have been translated into similar methods of societal organization, imposed value standards, and lines of day-to-day policy at home and abroad. Differences between the two countries arise from the nature of the economies controlled by Moscow and Peking; from the length of time the Communist regimes have been established; from certain characteristics of each top leadership group; from elements in the Russian and Chinese cultures that even modern totalitarianism has not wholly erased; and from problems presented by the goal of external expansion that the Soviet Union and Communist China share.

The study examined cultural similarities and differences in how adolescents deal with conflicting expectations of parents and peers. It was tested to what extent adolescents’ interdependence values and satisfaction with family and friendships predict the way they would solve the disagreement, where they had planned to go out with friends, but their parents wanted them to stay at home to do chores. Moreover, adolescents’ reasons for their reported actions were examined. The sample included 894 Estonian, German, and Russian adolescents ( M age around 15 years). Russian adolescents were more likely than their Estonian and German peers to comply with parents’ requests. This was possibly due to interdependence values being more important for them. Satisfaction with family relationships and friendships was not linked to adolescents’ compliance. Adolescents from all cultures were similar in terms of suggesting self-oriented reasons for noncompliance, while Estonian and German adolescents expressed their need for autonomy more explicitly. Russian adolescents were, however, more oriented to maintaining good relationships with parents and friends, respectively, in their reasons for compliance and noncompliance. They were also less likely to suggest compromise.
