As a special industry, petrochemical industry, with the increase of petrochemical engineering construction scale, quality management and control requirements increase correspondingly, but from the total on the whole, there are some problems in the current petrochemical construction quality management and control, active measures need to be taken to continuously improve project management and control level.

This paper analyzes several problems in the current construction project management. Factors affecting construction qualities have been brought up, as well as the characteristics of construction quality information. In addition, the strategies of applying computer technology into solving the problems of construction quality management have been proposed, such providing a theoretical guidance for the implementation of information technology in construction enterprises.

This paper reviews past work in construction quality management by examining its major components in the context of a study framework derived from ISO 9000. Emphasis is placed on determining the state-of-the-art and exploring the roles that information technology already plays as well as could play in improving the quality management function. The authors elaborate on several dimensions of the quality management view of a project in terms of how it would interact with the physical, process, cost, and as-built views of a project, which are essential to the quality management function as well as to other project management functions. This is done in a way that reflects the authors' vision of the kind of support that a computer system could offer for the tasks of identifying, predicting, analyzing, and solving quality problems in a preventive mode.Key words: construction quality management, ISO 9000, problem prevention, problem prediction, computer system.

<p>With the improvement of comprehensive development level, civil engineering is perceived a promoted position in the development of the whole market economy in China. Civil engineering is an important link for building construction. Good civil engineering construction management ensures the overall engineering quality control level. Through the reasonable analysis of construction standards, construction contents and construction steps of civil engineering, the actual construction control and management methods of civil engineering are defined, the effective control scheme of civil engineering quality is analyzed, and reasonable suggestions for solving problems are put forward, so as to realize effective control and management of civil engineering construction quality in China. This paper makes an analysis of the actual construction control and fully studies the measures and schemes of the actual construction quality control to improve the management efficiency of the construction quality control of civil engineering.</p>

In project management there has been a shift from traditional project management to the Agile Project Management (APM) style. The proposed Agile Quality Management Framework in Construction Projects will be built as a sequence of procedure that deals with a project from primary vision of project to the final delivery of project, will trace alignment and discover a contact between Agile and Traditional Project Management (TPM) concepts and find contact points among two of the more used Agile frameworks (scrum) and one of the more confirmed Project Management framework (PMBOK®) processes. This will result in a recognition of comparable areas between scrum and PMBOK® processes. Agile quality Management Framework is a new agile framework that covers the whole project lifecycle. The goal of the framework is to assist the project managers to adapt a more flexible approach to managing and implementing the construction project. The findings arrive that the agile project management using the Scrum methodology profits effectiveness procedures and a lower duration of process, ensuring value of quality planning and control inputs.

The civil engineering construction is a very complicated production activities. In the whole construction process need to consume a large amount of manpower, consume a large amount of materials, use a lot of equipment, also need to deal with complex technical problems a lot. So this is for the civil engineering construction project management have strict requirements. This paper from the quality control, schedule control, cost control three aspects of the civil engineering construction project management analysis. Quality control Construction quality is the foundation of project management work, is the basic requirement of the construction of the project. Have important influence on the quality of the whole construction quality of engineering quality control. Because the civil engineering construction comprises a plurality of procedures, quality control is usually divided in time for the preparation of construction quality control, the quality control of construction process and quality control of completion and acceptance of three stages. Preparation of construction quality control of the main content is: each enterprise carefully check to participate in the project entity construction qualification, including professional subcontracting subcontracting, materialsand material suppliers; according to the basic principles of quality management, review project quality plan, quality requirements, implementationplan, including examination, treatment and other sectors to establish quality control preliminary scheme;, once appear quality problem, can quickly take thepreliminary scheme, guarantee the quality of the whole project.
