This paper presents a design method of capacitance micro-displacement sensor, based on the programmable capacitance-digital converter AD7746. AD7746 is controled by Single-Chip Microcomputer which gathers the variation of capacitance from the plates and converts it to the digital quantity.The SCM PIC16F877 connecting with AD7746 through the I²C bus reads the digital quantity converted by AD7746 through software programming, then transmits the data into PC through serial interface,in which the whole high-precision capacitance displacement sensor design is accompished.

This paper introduces ultrasonic ranging system which can be applied to avoid obstacle and navigate for mobile robot .This system is composed of AT89S51 single chip microcomputer ,ultrasonic transmitting circuit, ultrasonic receiving circuit, amplifying and filtering circuit , peak value time detecting circuit, environment temperature compensation circuit. The method of echo peak time detection point is used to eliminate the error. It is proved that The maximum range of the system is 10 meter and maximum measurement error can be controlled to± 2 cm or so. This system has such merits as rapid corresponding, high precision, high performance price rate.

A kind of the measurement technique of the dimension and the geometry error of large dimension workpiece with two light routes and two CCD sensors has been made. The mathematical models of the dimension and the geometry error based on the technology of CCD and laser are established. The application property parameter to measure workpiece dimension and geometry error and the design characteristic related supplemental hardware of CCD sensor are studied. An on-line data collection system based on laser and liner array CCD is developed. This systematic C8051 single-chip microcomputer as controler that adopt American CYGNAL company's production carry out handling and the collection of data. the system meets the measurement requirement of no-touch, on line and high precision with adopting of machine, laser and electricity comprehensive technology. The result can be got in this paper: the CCD sensor can meet the need of measuring dimension and geometry error of big workpiece and is no-touch, on line measurement and high precision. The on line collecting data system can achieve the expecting function, and measure data on line, and it also can easily connect with auto control apparatus.

In the process of fault signal detection of large-scale integrated circuit, the fault signal detection can improve the working performance of large-scale integrated circuit. The traditional detection system is simple, time-consuming, and the error is large, the fault signal detection haslow accuracy. In view of this situation, a new design method of large scale integrated circuit fault signal detection system is proposed based on single chip microcomputer. S3C2410 is taken as hardware design basis, and the signal sensor is used, the software algorithm uses three B spline wavelet transform for ORB wave detection method. The detection is completed.The experiment experimental results show that the system can improve the detection accuracy greatly, and effectively improve the work efficiency.

A control system of testing machine for rock breaking is developed based on Atmega 16 single-chip microcomputer, which acquires analog signals by a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and a torque sensor. The system converts the signals into digital signals by means of A/D conversion and data processing, and displays them on the LCD screen. The parameters on the testing machine, such as pressures, displacements and torques, can be achieved in real time in the system. Then they are analyzed to obtain rock breaking characteristics. It is shown by experiment that the system meets the control requirements of the testing machine for rock breaking.

Based on platinum resistance as temperature medium, according to the measurement precision requirements during geothermal testing process, optimize the circuit design and segmented curve fitting were used, discussed the feasibility of realize high precision temperature detection. Combined with high precision temperature measurement circuit, through the single chip microcomputer control, segmented curve fitting the temperature sampling value, get the corresponding D-t curve, and compensate the nonlinear relationship of platinum resistance in the practical work, to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement of the temperature.

To overcome the defects of traditional temperature detecting devices, this paper introduces a temperature detecting system based on 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20. It consists of programmable resolution 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20, single chip microcomputer (SCM) AT89C51, and the peripheral circuits. The temperature data can be displayed on a liquid crystal display and simultaneously transmitted to a personal computer (PC) via serial interface for remote monitoring after it is detected by sensors. The operating process of DS18B20 and the connection between AT89C51 and PC are introduced in detail. We also provide the main program flowchart and the flowchart of accessing DS18B20 in this paper. The simulation of the whole process is successfully implemented with software PROTEUS. This system can be widely applied in environment monitoring and process control.

Controller Area Network (CAN) is a kind of serial communication network that supports the distributed control and the real time control. The CAN have high performances and high reliabilities. It can solve many problems of complex circuitry, wiring harness increasing, operation reliability reducing and the difficulty of fault maintain increasing while using CAN Bus technology in automobile. In this paper, the form of CAN bus and node design method based on MC912D60A single chip microcomputer were studied and introduced. At last, the hardware design principle diagrams and software flow charts were given.
