To overcome the defects of traditional temperature detecting devices, this paper introduces a temperature detecting system based on 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20. It consists of programmable resolution 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20, single chip microcomputer (SCM) AT89C51, and the peripheral circuits. The temperature data can be displayed on a liquid crystal display and simultaneously transmitted to a personal computer (PC) via serial interface for remote monitoring after it is detected by sensors. The operating process of DS18B20 and the connection between AT89C51 and PC are introduced in detail. We also provide the main program flowchart and the flowchart of accessing DS18B20 in this paper. The simulation of the whole process is successfully implemented with software PROTEUS. This system can be widely applied in environment monitoring and process control.

With the development of robot technology some robots have been seen in the field of entertainment. Dance robot’s mechanical structure is the motion mode with several free degrees drove by electric motor. The blocking idea was impenetrate in hardware design and the CPU was high-quality single-chip AT90S8535.The technology PWM with width modulation combined with three subprograms and main program were adopted in the software so that the dance robot can complete all the action arranged in advance.

The single chip microcomputer with digital clock has been designed based on AT89C52, through the design ideas of multi-function digital clock, we have described the system hardware, software and the realization process.The display design and implementation of a year, month, day, time and second is achieved using C language. And the simulation is used by Proteus software. By comparing the actual clock, we have found out the source of the error and have determined the method of adjusting error, and we reduce the error as much as possible, so we can achieve the allowable error range for a practical digital clock in this system.

In modern agriculture, greenhouse environment implementation of automatic detection and control is necessary. The key technology of greenhouse facilities is the temperature control. The microcontroller is core processor and the temperature sensor is used to collect temperature data, and transmitting the data to the single chip microcomputer, the data collected will be sent to the digital display, so that operator could observe the current temperature. It can adjust the temperature environment inside the greenhouse in the system and flexible to meet the plant growth habits.

Solar water leakage on the market is very serious at present, temperature button is not convenient, which don't have a good temperature control function. Born in such a case, this article first introduces the main program work flow chart of the solar with constant water temperature, indicating the control thought of the whole process, and then focuses on the design of solar injection water tank, finally introduces working process of the temperature button.

This paper presents a design method of capacitance micro-displacement sensor, based on the programmable capacitance-digital converter AD7746. AD7746 is controled by Single-Chip Microcomputer which gathers the variation of capacitance from the plates and converts it to the digital quantity.The SCM PIC16F877 connecting with AD7746 through the I²C bus reads the digital quantity converted by AD7746 through software programming, then transmits the data into PC through serial interface,in which the whole high-precision capacitance displacement sensor design is accompished.

An intelligent system for water temperature control is designed in this paper based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer, in which temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to collect temperature data. This system adopts successive approximant algorithm and incremental PID control algorithm to change PWM pulse outputted by single-chip microcomputer and thus can realize heating and cooling function within a range between 30 °C and 100 °C as well as automatic control on constant temperature randomly set in the whole process. Result of experiments and tests indicated that this system can function stably, which can realize satisfactory control result and meet design requirements.

The purpose of the subject is to design a car based on 51 single chip microcomputer control of nuclear intelligence toy car. Design is mainly divided into four modules respectively control module, test module, drive module, display module. Detection module by infrared receiving tube as tracking and obstacle avoidance of the detector to external environment for testing, testing mileage with hall element as the detector, test results of the test modules to control module, control module processed signal into the driver module to control the car turn left, turn right, forward, backward, at the same time control module and analysis processing state of marching into the 1602 LCD liquid crystal display status display. After many trials completed hardware design, the control core programming and sensor debug, finally realize the automatic tracking of toy cars, intelligent obstacle avoidance, mileage of display design requirements, and increase the car alarm, lights flashing remind and additional features such as voice control.

By using the single-chip microcomputer AT89C52 and the DS18B20 temperature sensor, this paper designed and realized an oil pump temperature monitoring system based on Internet of things. By installing the DS18b20 sensors in front of and behind the oil pump motor bearings; this monitoring system can collect the real-time temperature data of the oil pump bearing. The changed temperature data can be uploaded to the computer or the hand-held terminals by the transmission module when the temperature of the pump bearing changes. Especially, when the temperature is more than the alarm value preset by the system, the system can automatically send alarm signal, such as ring tones and screen flashing, and start the alarm module to warn the staffs to do the relevant work timely.

Squid jigging machine is an important equipment in the oceanic squid jigging fisheries. Now, we have used the intelligent squid fishing machine, though, we have to guard the machine one by one. To reduce the labor on deck, we designed a serial interface circuit between PC and Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) for the communication within multiple squid jigging machines by the way of RS-485 bus, realizing centralized control of machines. For hardware, we converted TTL level to 485 level by serial interface conversion chip so that SCM could achieve RS-485 interface communication; For software, we customized instruction sets, data package format, communication protocol format. We designed RS-485 bus interface circuit for PC and SCM by simulation software Proteus. Through tests in the field, we knew the circuit makes the connection of centralized control network simple, and signal transmission reliable. We will pay particular attention to the design of communication protocols software, which can provide new thinking of designing about communication within multiple machines for the researchers.

The article proposed a kind of new measuring technique suitable for pellet outer diameter --shading of measurement, using high quality laser as the light, linear CCD image sensor TCD1206 acts testing device, TCD1206 produced drive without delay by single-chip microcomputer, process pellet outer diameter signal coming from TCD1206 by floating threshold method of binary, finally the processed binary signals send back to the single-chip microcomputer, through MAX232 serial communication transfer to PC for displaying. The whole process realizes real-time detection to pellet outer diameter, and makes measurement system had higher precision.
