Far-reaching consequences that linguistic policy may leave in the future decades are denoted in the paper, especially in regions where two nations with their differences interlace. After the World War II, it was enabled for the Albanians in the region of Kosovo and Metohija to get education entirely in their mother tongue, Albanian language, which simultaneously reduced the range of interactions with fellow citizens of Serbian nationality, the ability to understand each other, reducing also their professional possibilities. The years that followed only deepened the linguistic barrier between the two nations living in the same region, which inevitably led to constantly growing ethnic distance and escalation of conflicts. Empirical researches regarding the linguistic and ethnic distance between the Serbs and Albanians were conducted among Serbian students in Kosovska Mitrovica and Albanian students in Pristina after a long time, in December 2016 and January 2017. An opinion poll in the field was implemented along with the representative sample, while Likert scale and modified Bogardus scale were used as instruments. The obtained results showed both the ignorance of the language of the other ethnic group and unwillingness to master that language, as an obstacle for communication. The results could be the guidelines for future state linguistic and educational policy in this region. Ethnic minorities have an indisputable right to foster their mother tongue and culture but necessarily must also master the language of the state whose territory they live on. On the other hand, the Serbian population also should get to know the language of fellow citizens - Albanians, primarily for establishing communication and better understanding, but also for improving the quality of life. Establishing such a linguistic policy would gradually remove linguistic barriers, leading to the reduction of ethnic distance. It would create also the presumptions for overcoming the ?ethnic cultural memory? that deepens differences by its unilaterality, i.e. it would create conditions for the transmission of over-ethnic memory to a common life in the region where such life existed. It would represent the first condition for establishing a common ?cultural memory?.

The issue of what makes a good doctor has perplexed men for a long time. To all of the other characteristics Reinhard1 has added the quality of having suffered himself in order to achieve empathy with his patients. He says,". . . healing in its broader context of restoring a sick and distraught person to wholeness, requires a physician who has himself suffered, as only then can he really understand and experience the suffering of others."

ABSTRACT Objective: to reflect on the concept of health of the human being from the ecosystem perspective. Method: qualitative, descriptive study of theoretical-philosophical reflection on health in analogy with authors who discuss the ecosystemic thinking, the human being and its health. References were made to the concept of health of the human being in the light of ecosystemic principles, specifically, verifying its applicability in their daily life. Results: it was evidenced that the health of the human being needs to be understood in its multiple aspects. Thus, health, in its entirety, is not reducible to any of its dimensions, be it biological, psychological, social, spiritual, individual or collective. Conclusion: it is emphasized that the health of the human being is not only the absence of disease, but the incessant search for the balance of human needs anchored in the set of relations of the elements that constitute the ecosystem in which one lives, works and develops. This is not only a close affinity between the two, but the human being itself is an integral part of the ecosystem with which it interrelates and causes changes along with the other constituent elements of that reality. Abstract I argue that our everyday evaluations of architecture are primarily evaluations of spaces and, in particular, of their inhabitability— that is, whether they serve or can serve to the realization of our individual ideal of life. Inhabitability is not only a functional criterion but an aesthetic one as well. It is aesthetic insofar as the evaluations about inhabitability include evaluations about the quality of the experience of actually doing something in —or simply occupying—a particular space. This aesthetic aspect of our everyday evaluations explains, on one hand, the distinctive features of our everyday preferences for some architectonic spaces over others—namely, (a) their very personal nature; (b) their noticeable value in our daily lives; (c) their inseparability from the activities we plan to realize in those spaces; and (d) the importance of the spaces which are contiguous to the one we are evaluating. And on the other, it both reveals architecture’s significance for the quality of our daily life and serves as a guide for us to choose spaces that improve that quality.

Wood is the most used basic material for daily life, such as material construction, furniture, appliances, and etcetera. This causes the increase of the necessity of wood in the other hand, the availability of wood are decrasing. On of the solutions for this problem is the particle-board from the agriculture waste which is sago. One of the sago parts which can be used is the sago bark. It contains more number of cellulose and lignin then dago dregs and it also contains bigger cellulose and lignin than woods, so it can be used as particle-board. The fibers used are 5 cm, 10 cm, and 15 cm. The citterate solution concentrate is 20% which was mixed with the particle-board. These particle mixtures were in an oven in 24 hours. The production of particle-board with the target of density 0,6 g/cm2 and forged in 1800 C within 15 minutes. The aim of this research is to find out the size of fibers for the particle-board. The best quality of particle board based on JIS 5908 standard is on the 10 cm fiber , with board mechanical characteristic  : the flexibility module 22801,8196 kgf/cm2, the fracture module 334,9006 kgf/cm2, and the screw holding strength 46,5448 kgf/cm2. The physical characteristic of water concentrate 10,6249 % and the water absorption 66,8314 %. The score of dense/thickness development and internal bonding did not quality JIS 5908 A (2008). In general, the result of the research showed that longer the size of fibers the better the quality would be produced. Keywords : fiber size, oven duration, particle-board, sago bark

The comprehensive performance test of motorized spindle will contribute to improve the machining quality of machine tool. But existing standards for testing the performance of motorized spindle are limited to test its partial static and dynamic performances. Meantime, most of the researches only focus on the vibration, thermal deformation, and rotary accuracy of motorized spindle. Consequently, how to accurately and comprehensively test the performance of motorized spindle is the key problem. For solving this problem, a comprehensive testing technology is presented in this article. In detail, some principles for establishing a test index system are proposed. And, by synthetically and systematically analyzing the process of structural design, manufacturing and assembly, use, and service, an index system for characterizing the comprehensive performance of motorized spindle is built. Then, some operational test methods are provided to evaluate the selected indexes. Finally, the proposed technology is taken to test a motorized spindle. In brief, the proposed technology will make the performance test of motorized spindle more comprehensive and operational and can provide support for improving the comprehensive performance of the motorized spindle.

The present research constitutes as a research-intervention carried out with Control Agents of Zoonoses (CCZ) - Dengue Control Program. The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention of the Dialogical Conversation Wheels for refinement of the perception of Quality of Life of these workers. In the midst of this, the variations of the perception of the Quality of Life by the participants when inserted in the Wheels are identified. For that, the WHOQOL-bref instrument is used to collect quantitative data related to the Quality of Life of the research subjects, and the Dialogical Conversation Wheels as a tool for collecting qualitative data and also as a mediating space between the questionnaire and the workers. The methodology used thus involves both the quantitative and content analysis of these data, as well as an analysis of the workers' discourse from their speeches in the Dialogical Conversation Wheels, in which the researcher appropriates a Freirean look to carry out the discussion, which presents the speech of the participants of the Wheels itself in an elucidatory and explanatory way. . From the analysis of the four domains evaluated by the WHOQOL-breaf: Physical, Psychological, Social and Environmental, what can be perceived about the differences of scores (percentage) between the moments of the research, is, firstly, that there is a significant change in the perception of QV between at least two of the moments, which is expressed between moments 0 and 1, with the realization of five wheels between them. The main result that can be perceived concerns the fact that the Dialogical Conversation Wheel fulfills its objective, as the aspects related to quality of life are discussed, the return to the questionnaire is carried out in a more reflective way, in which the instrument itself can approach the reality of these people. It is also explicit that it is not any group that allows us to refine the perception about quality of life, since the Wheel of Dialogic Conversation is organized in such a way as to provide reception, encounters / confrontations of the subjects with the other, in a singular way, with himself, facing the stagnation and the massification of his daily life to denaturalize what is constructed as his life.

ABSTRACT Objective: To identify the social representations and practices of patients with vasculogenic ulcer about their quality of life. Method: Qualitative research that applied the Social Representations theory. Participants were 30 patients with vasculogenic ulcers registered at a health unit in Rio de Janeiro. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, and lexical analysis was applied. Results: The social representations about the quality of life of the patients were built from the affections arising from the changes in their lives. Thus, losses arising from the reconfiguration of daily life led to a negative symbolic construction about themselves and their lives, which resulted, on the one hand, in proactive self-care behaviors and, on the other, in less self-care. Conclusion: Care for health promotion and social support is required to re-signification of life with ulcer and the adoption of new coping practices.

Social responsibility or Corporate Social Responsibility is not only to complement obligations based on law and morals, but it is also present as a strategy for society and the company to survive for a long time. If this Social Responsibility is eliminated it will have an impact on the company, one of which will bear a lot of financing. But if on the other hand the company carries out its Social Responsibility properly, including ensuring the distribution of financing fairly and correctly, then this will later lead to benefits in a long period of time for the company. BRI Syariah in carrying out CSR in the field of education provides a program called Education Benefits which aims to support the quality of education in the community. In 2018 the Company has carried out around 33 activities including: providing scholarship financing to outstanding students who are categorized as poor students in 9 universities, then providing scholarships to children of BRI Syariah employees who are ordinary workers, Providing financing assistance for renovation of madrasah and early childhood education in Bogor, Palangkaraya and Lebak Banten and held SIMPEL (Simpanan Pelajar) activities throughout Indonesia. In 2017 BRI Syariah collaborated with Baznas to hold a Santripreneur Program namely Quail Cultivation, Then there is also one university that collaborates with BRI Syariah, namely UIN Walisongo Semarang which on February 24 2020 entered into a memorandum of understanding or (MoU).
