In this paper,the author is according to aengineering example,to the problem of Reinforced Concrete Frame Structureis shortage of bearing capacity of beamson the Increment of Storey,according tothe requirement of the specifications of the concrete structure reinforcement design,through comparing the different reinforcing method of reinforcement design,take Carbon fiber sheetreinforcement and strengtheningmeasures,Make frame beams achieve the capacity design requirements,realize reasonable Increment of Storey, Further discusses the application of carbon fiber sheet in reinforcement.

With the increase of urban construction, appraising and reinforcing the existing architectures is increasingly attracting people’s attention. As a high-strength light material, more and more carbon fiber materials are applied to reinforce architecture. Using carbon fiber sheet to strengthen reinforced concrete frame structure not only can effectively improve the ultimate load-carrying capacity and energy dissipation capacity, but also can maintain the later stiffness and stability. And the reinforcement effect of carbon fiber is more evident.

Due to the fire effect, a frame underpass bridge had suffered a huge damage in Changjiang road in Harbin in the direction to Acheng. One span of the bridge was burned in large area, parts of which were burned badly. Many adjacent beams turned black at bottom of roofs; parts decoration of side wall were damaged to some extent. As a result, both directions of the traffic were disrupted, causing traffic jams. To make sure of repairing and restoring the traffic during the shortest period, Harbin municipal committee established the Changjiang road rescue headquarters. Under the precondition of utmost to save money and ensure that the repaired underpasses technology standards meet the design requirements, the research group were about to use steel plate or carbon fiber sheet as the reinforcing material, after detecting and identifying the bridge damage. Through a comprehensive consideration for the ascension of normal section bearing capacity of two reinforcing materials, pasting carbon fiber sheet was adopted to complete repair reinforcement scheme.

The developments of electromagnetic wave shielding materials are strongly required because the malfunction of electronic equipment, mobile phone and wireless LAN avoids. In this study, it was investigated that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of carbon fiber sheets were enhanced by the ferrite which was coated by the microwave hydrothermal process. For coated carbon fiber sheet, the effects of ferrite and lamination of carbon fiber textile on the electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness were discussed. In the range of frequency (100 – 1 GHz), the electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness was measured by using TEM-Cell. The electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness was greater for the coated carbon fiber sheets than for the uncoated carbon fiber sheets. When the insulation film was located between two carbon fiber sheets, the electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness increased.
