<p>Parametric design today is largely embedded within a traditional trajectory. Current use largely sees the role of computers in the design studio operate at a low level, fulfilling no more sophisticated tasks than which was formerly achieved by hand. What motivation there is for parametric design tools seems to be largely inspired by a visual aesthetic. Manipulating relationships between architectural elements to design atmosphere is a long established physical process. By utilising the computer to accurately simulate spatial qualities, I propose the genesis of something more novel. The quantification of atmosphere within a digital toolset allows the designer to accurately control light, material and mass through complex networks of parametric relationships. Simulating and researching architectural atmosphere from architects Peter Zumthor and Tadao Ando allows this thesis to demonstrate a methodology for accurately simulating architectural atmosphere through the generation of geometry in Grasshopper and simulation of real site specific lighting data in 3ds Max. This thesis presents a methodology for how digital parametric design techniques enable greater flexibility and control in designing atmospheric architecture.</p>

Graphene has particularly interesting chemical and physical properties, including high chemical and mechanical resistance, excellent thermal and electric transport, high transparency. It combines the peculiarity of being an extremely light material with exceptional mechanical strength properties. Micro/nanoelectronics represents one of the key enabling technologies (KETs) of the future; it is the basis of innovation and competitiveness of almost all scientific and applicative sectors. Activities involving it are aimed at the development of new materials, processes, devices and technologies in a wide range of sectors, involving quantum information manipulation, multi-functional platforms, advanced materials, devices on flexible substrates. In the field of sensoristics, it is possible to create devices for applications in most sectors of global interest, such as punctual sensors, biosensors, specific transducers, multisensoristic systems, flexible sensoristic systems, multifunctional systems, advanced MEMS/MOEMS technologies for sensoristics, micro/nanoactuators, devices for energy convertion, gravimetric-electrochemical sensors. The paper provides an interesting overview of the possible applications of graphene in relation to its mechanical, thermal and optical properties, and relatively to the gas and biological sensoristic aspects, so as interesting informations for the increase in nanobio-devices performance by last efforts in theoretical nanophysics.

<span>Although the luminous of the remote phosphor structure tends to be better than that of the in-cup or conformal phosphor structures, the poor light quality prevents this lighting method from being widely used. It is recognized through experiments that the two-layer remote phosphorus structure should be used to improve color rendering index (CRI) and color quality ratio (CQS) for WLEDs. In the experiments, WLED structures containing green BaY2F8:Er3+,Yb3+ or red Mg8Ge2O11F2:Mn4+ phosphor on the yellow YAG:Ce3+ phosphor were performed at 8500 K.. After that, Mg8Ge2O11F2:Mn4+ and BaY2F8:Er3+,Yb3+ concentrations in each WLED structure is adjusted until chromatic performance reached the finest quality. As a result, Mg8Ge2O11F2:Mn4+is proved to bring great benefits to the increase of CRI and CQS. Specifically, the greater the concentration of Mg8Ge2O11F2:Mn4+, the better CRI and CQS because of the additional red-light material from this phosphor. The other phosphor material, green BaY2F8:Er3+,Yb3+ phosphor, is beneficial for the expansion of luminous flux. However, if the concentration of Mg8Ge2O11F2:Mn4+ or BaY2F8:Er3+,Yb3+ is over the limit, the decrease in lumen output and chromatic quality will occur. While doing the experiment, Mie-scattering theory and the Beer’s law are great tools to verify the accuracy of results. The results of this article can serve the purpose of improving WLEDs fabrication to produce higher quality product.</span>

Warung Salse is located in Dago Giri Bandung, West Java, is a public building built on contoured ground. The criteria for the material used are light material, do not increase the carrying capacity of the soil and do not cause subsidence. The structure of Warung Salse adjusts to the shape of the building mass and the conditions of the ground contour so that the roof has a multifunctional role as a roof and wall covering with a sloping portal structure, seen from its shape that reaches the ground in front and shrinks behind following the view of the Warung Salse area. The research was conducted using descriptive analysis method, discussing structures with mass associated with mass order theory, mass form, roof structures, columns, beams, and structures on contoured soil. From the final result it will be known the shape of the building mass and the structural model of the contoured soil.

The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the psychomotor skills of students, (2) to know the completeness of students' cognitive learning outcomes. This research is a pre-experimental research using one-shot case study design. The population of this research is the entire class VIII of second semester of MTs Negeri 2 Palangka Raya of academic year 2017/2018.The sample of the study is class VIII-H with the number of students 38 people. The results of the data analysis showed that the psychomotor skills tests carried out during the learning with the experimental method showed that the average psychomotor skills of the groups in all the learning groups from 5 groups had 1 group that had the highest score was group III with a score of (86.25) in very good categories and group I which gets the lowest score is (72.2) in good categories and per aspect of learning I aspects number 1 and 10 with the value (90) of the category being the highest value aspect and in Meeting II aspect number 1 with the value (90) the good category becomes the highest value aspect. Completeness of individual cognitive learning results obtained from 38 students who took the test, 24 students complete learning and 14 students are not complete. In classical, learning is said not complete because only 63,16% of students who completed the completion of the classical completeness standard set is ?75%. Completed total learning objectives (TPK) that complete as many as 17 TPK from 28 TPK with the percentage of TPK which complete 60,71%.

Present technology demanded high strength lightweight material which offers good mechanical property and light in weight. Metal matrix composite is one popular type of such material. In this research authors, aluminum is reinforced to increase its properties like hardness, strength, elastic stiffness to suits the needs to design. Aluminum of grade LM13, which is light material reinforced with boron carbide to improves mechanical properties like strength hardness and elastic properties. In this paper author experimentally evaluate the mechanical properties of Aluminium LM13. The weight percentage of boron carbide by varying with a range of 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. An improved property of MMC makes them useful in different areas like aerospace and automotive industries. The microstructure of developed material has been reported in this paper.

The problem of public self-awareness for environmental cleanliness is still minimal. Many people, especially in the area of ​​Bekasi City, North Bekasi District, to be precise in Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah, are still not aware of the cleanliness of their respective environment. The unbalanced population density with the land available for settlement results in irregular housing arrangements and the provision of basic facilities and infrastructure for human settlements as well as one of the consequences of poor environmental sanitation. So that the team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Economics and Business Ubhara Jaya are motivated to carry out community service in the area of ​​Central Kaliabang with the theme of Health Communication Patterns to the People of Kaliabang Tengah Village through Kader Pkk in Management of Family Health Santitation. The method uses a direct / face-to-face socialization or counseling system with 24 participants consisting of women cadres PKK RW 015 Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah, Bekasi Utara by providing light material and language that is easy to understand about clean water sources and latrine construction. The purpose of providing counseling or outreach is to contribute knowledge and insight to the community about the importance of maintaining family health sanitation hygiene. The results obtained from this activity were the enthusiastic attitude of the participants to continue or often carry out counseling or socialization activities related to environmental sanitation or family health sanitation.   Keywords: Clean Water Sources, Family Health Sanitation, Latrine Construction, Sanitation   Abstrak   Problematika mengenai kesadaran diri masyarakat untuk kebersihan lingkungan masih minim banyak masyarakat yang khususnya didaerah Kota Bekasi Kecamatan Bekasi Utara tepatnya di Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah yang masih belum sadar akan kebersihan lingkungannya masing – masing. Kepadatan penduduk yang tidak seimbang dengan lahan yang tersedia untuk pemukiman mengakibatkan ketidakaturan penataan tempat tinggal dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dasar pemukiman penduduk juga merupakan salah satu akibat buruknya sanitasi lingkungan. Sehingga tim dosen dari Fikom dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Ubhara Jaya termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di wilayah kelurahan kaliabang tengah dengan tema Pola Komunikasi Kesehatan Kepada Warga Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah Melalui Kader Pkk Dalam Pengelolaan Santitasi Kesehatan Keluarga. Metode dengan sistem sosialisasi atau penyuluhan langsung/tatap muka dengan jumlah peserta 24 orang yang terdiri dari Ibu – Ibu Kader PKK RW 015 Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah, Bekasi Utara dengan memberikan materi yang ringan dan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti tentang sumber air bersih dan pembuatan jamban. Tujuan dari pemberian penyuluhan atau sosialisasi untuk menyumbangkan ilmu dan wawasan kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan sanitasi kesehatan keluarga. Taking a building under construction as an example, based on ABAQUS software, studies the failure mode, hysteretic curve, displacement ductility and energy consumption capacity of ALC external wall panel under three working conditions of assembled stiffened column frame brace system, assembled frame system and cast-in-place frame system.The simulation results show that:1.Under the action of low cycle load, the assembled stiffened column frame support system has no damage,the maximum stress value is 6.98 MPa, which is located at the position of steel plate at the column bottom; 2.Under the condition of ALC hanging wall plate, the structure ductility is better; 3.Part of the energy consumption is borne by the light material hanging wall plate, and the stiffened column frame support system has higher energy consumption capacity.The assembled ALC external wall panel based on the rigid column frame support system has better mechanical performance, can significantly improve the energy consumption capacity of the overall structure, and has high construction feasibility,economy and engineering application value.
