UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) is a basis for the observation equipments, and its reliability play a decisive role for the all tasks. Most of the observation stations are unattended, and their distribution is dispersive. So the maintenance of UPS is tedious and complicated, and it is difficult to achieve unified management and effective maintenance. In response to this situation, this paper proposes a UPS remote intelligent monitoring program. Through the monitoring data collection, remote data transmission, data output display and the control command transfer, this program can monitor the power supply capacity, load conditions and working status in the real-time, and achieve the function of automatic alarm and remote switch control. It completely changes the traditional decentralized management model and improves the level of scientific management of the UPS.

The rapid development of the smart grid brings convenience to human beings. It enables users to know the real-time power supply capacity, the power quality, and the electricity price fluctuation of the grid. However, there are still some threats in the smart grid, which increase all kinds of expenses in the grid and cause great trouble to energy distribution. Among them, the man-made nontechnical loss (NTL) problem is particularly prominent. Recently, there are also some NTL detection programs. However, most of the schemes need huge amounts of supporting data and high labor costs. As a result, the NTL problem has not been well solved. In order to better avoid these risks, problems such as tampering of smart meter energy data, bypassing the smart meter directly connected to the grid, and imbalance between revenue and expenditure of the smart grid are tackled, and the threat scene of NTL is constructed. A hierarchical grid gateway blockchain is proposed and designed, and a new decentralized management MDMS system is constructed. The intelligent contract combined with the elliptic curve encryption technology is used to detect the storage and the acquisition of power data, and the detection of NTL problems is realized. At the same time, it has a certain ability to resist attacks such as replay, monitoring, and tampering. We tested the time consumption and throughput of this method on Hyperledger Fabric. At the same time, eight indexes of other methods proposed in the literature are compared. This method has a good effect.

At optimization of development of electric networks of power systems voltage and a configuration of networks are chosen, the order of construction of objects of electric networks is established. The criterion of optimality in optimization is the sum of dynamic consolidated costs for all network elements. The decision must take into account the dynamics of development of power systems networks, requirements for reliability and quality of power supply, capacity constraints on power lines and transformer substations.

In order to improve the present situation of rural water source which need artificial control of the spot, decentralized management, design the project of the remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW. Realize device communication of the site through the RS485 bus, and then through a serial port server realize communication of Field devices and upper PC t through wireless LAN. Using NI Modbus user database programming of LabVIEW, implement the remote monitoring and controlling .System prove to be simple, reliable communication by way of practice, can basicly meet the requirements of remote monitoring water source. It's shown the necessity to use functional coatings in engineering, which can be formed in many layers and contain a number of components what based on the analysis of literature data about ways to ensure the required resource of machine parts and mechanisms. Existing technologies and the corresponding equipment require the prefabricating of the alloys which the coatings are formed. This significantly limits the control of the coatings' composition. It's shown the advantage of ion-plasma technologies developed at National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" over the existing technologies. In particular, due to the spraying of a large number of cathodes-targets, these technologies allow the formation of multicomponent coatings of almost any composition. When implementing ion-plasma technology for the formation of coatings, a decisive role plays the generator of the flow of particles of the coating material. It has been proposed to supply voltage to each generator element through a chain of resistors, the total resistance of which is regulated by the control system of the corresponding program to improve the power supply system of such a generator. Such an approach to the improvement of the power supply system of the technological generator of the coating material is implemented in the developed laboratory experimental-industrial process plant for the formation of a model coating of tungsten carbide. It was considered two possible schemes for creating resistive chains with regulated resistance. It was selected the scheme, which consists of a smaller number of elements. The important role of any resistive chain in the operation of the technological generator control system has been determined. It was proposed the optimal choice of the nominal values of the resistors included in the chain. The optimal choice of the nominal values of the resistors included in the chain has been proposed. The conducted analysis of experimental data carried out by the authors suggests that each such chain should have individual features, in particular, the boundaries and the step of resistance, the maximum power of heat losses. These and other parameters are usually determined experimentally.
