In order to improve the present situation of rural water source which need artificial control of the spot, decentralized management, design the project of the remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW. Realize device communication of the site through the RS485 bus, and then through a serial port server realize communication of Field devices and upper PC t through wireless LAN. Using NI Modbus user database programming of LabVIEW, implement the remote monitoring and controlling .System prove to be simple, reliable communication by way of practice, can basicly meet the requirements of remote monitoring water source. With computer technology, communication technology and the rapid development of electronic technology, remote monitoring technology will be more widely used for data transmission requirements and more stringent. GPRS-based remote monitoring system, which is based in communications equipment, through the server to PC, as the remote control platform, embedded applications, network programming and other technology, the remote information display and control. Throughout the system, users can allow each terminal in the case of permission to accept the data on the changes and settings. Wireless network communication is important that the network transmission of data security and consistency, to solve this problem this thesis, performance of network communications software technology to achieve self-monitoring and self-recovery, while use of end to end encryption to encrypt data on the transmission , which can guarantee data reliability, completeness, real time and security.

Based on the remote monitoring and data processing technology, communication technology, control technology, designed a personal computer interface for the wave power generation remote monitoring and controlling system, through the GPRS and CDMA communication, designed the programmer under the Visual Basic 6.0 development environment. This communication interface can realize the communication and data processing, and achieved good effect, and save the investment.

This paper proposed a remote monitoring system based on Web Services .In the system, the data form different kinds of sensors and cameras are managed by the sub station program. The system provides services by using Web Services. The problems appeared in the test run of the system are analyzed. The solutions which solve the problem are proposed. The controlling system can meet the needs of the enterprises. The proposed system has good openness and expansibility.

To improve the efficiency of the remote monitoring system for logistics transportation, we proposed a remote monitoring system based on wireless sensor network and GPRS communication. The system can collect information from the wireless sensor network and transmit the information to the ZigBee interpreter. The monitoring system mainly includes the following parts: Car terminal, GPRS transmission network and monitoring center. Car terminal mainly consists by the Zigbee microcontroller and peripherals, wireless sensor nodes, RFID reader, GPRS wireless communication module composed of a micro-wireless monitoring network. The information collected by the sensor communicates through the GPRS and the monitoring center on the network coordinator, sends the collected information to the monitoring center, and the monitoring center realizes the information of the logistics vehicle in real time. The system has high applicability, meets the design requirements in the real-time acquisition and information transmission of the information of the logistics transport vehicles and goods, and realizes the function of remote monitoring.
