By the design of the visualization system of the LPG shuttle kiln, the friendly man-machine interface is achieved, which is helpful for the change, expansion and upgrade of the system. It is studied that the general schemes of the visualization automatic control system of the LPG shuttle kiln in this article. The choice of the hardware devices, especially the system nucleus units including temperature transducer, A/D or D/A intelligent module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, etc, and the connection and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, is analyzed emphatically. A/D or D/A intelligence module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, the joint and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, etc. With the widely application of the intelligence control system, the foreground of the visualization system of the shuttle kiln will be better and better.

The structure and the control requirements of lithium-ion battery casing machine and the processes of casing were analyzed, and the automatic control system of cylindrical lithium-ion battery 18650 casing machine was designed based on Mitsubishi PLC. The control program of lithium-ion battery casing machine was designed using GX Developer programming software, and the man-machine interface program of the equipment was designed using GT Designer software, in order to operate and monitor the equipment.

This paper takes the automatic control system of controllable pitch propeller in a multipurpose ocean tug as an example to describe the application of the S7-200 series PLC in the control system of 4500 horse power controllable pitch propeller in detail. The principle of control system is addressed, as well as the hardware configuration, the design idea of the main software and control process. The system shows high reliability, accuracy and good control performance in practical in practical running.

In the automatic control system of industrial field, the production process monitoring and control process is dependent on Mutual coordination of various automation instrument, computer and corresponding actuators. The coordination is accurate or not, the key is signal transmission quality among those agencies. The application and selection of isolation device directly affect signal transmission. This paper discusses the application and choose of industrial site isolator from isolation principle, the principle and choose for isolator, commissioning and parameter selection based on practical application.

This paper designs a PLC automatic control system in stone cutting. The author elaborated the stone cutting process, the system hardware/software design and the human-machine interface design process. This system is the collection of PLC, sensing detection, frequency converter, configuration control technology and advanced stone cutting process in an organic whole. The author designed optional automatic/manual function and parameters setting screen. The author added limit current protection and position protection, and designed function of automatic detecting cooling water shortage to protect the saw blade from damage. Also the designed equipment can automatic light and bell for alarm. Operation results show that, this system can meet the designed requirement, and can remarkably improve the quality of stone processing. This designed control system has high machining accuracy, high intelligence, full automation, perfect protection, friendly man-machine interface and simple operation.

In a power plant unit whose main fuel is coal, there is generally use a belt conveyor installation. This conveyor belt serves to supply coal from the crusher unit to the combustion chamber of the power generation unit. In this study, we discuss a case where the installation of a belt conveyor which was initially only one line was then made a new branch that supplies coal to other power generating units. Equitable capacity distribution and continuity of coal distribution are the main focus of this study. Therefore, a design of automatic control system of coal flow divider on belt conveyor installation was designed. The working principle of this coal flow splitting system is to control the movement of the straight blade plough that directs the flow of coal to each unit at the certain time and continuously. Straight blade plough in the form of steel metal plate with a thickness of about 10 millimeters in which one end is connected to the end of the pneumatic cylinder. Automatic control system of coal flow divider in belt conveyor installation designed using CX-Programmer and CX-Designer applications. CX-Programmer serves to create automatic control logic concepts. While the CX-designer functions to create a Human Machine Interface (HMI), making it easier for operators to control the course of the coal supply process. The results of this study are in the form of control logic lines that can be applied to Programmable Logic Control (PLC) device and Human Machine Interface (HMI) equipment.

Abstract Result of research suggest that the cause of train accident in Indonesia is dominated by human error in the form of indiscipline road users, the absence of a doorstop at some railroad tracks, and negligence of the drivers. To minimize the train crash as a result of these matters, in particular due to errors of commuterline machinist in Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek), it is required to consider use of the"Automatic Train Safety System (SKKO)", which is internationally known as Automatic Train Protection (ATP). The automatic control system requires development of software that regulatesdisplay of the MMI (Man-Machine-Interface), automatic control to manage speed of the train and others. In order to develop the software, a few thing need attention, among others, track conditions, train acceleration, deceleration braking. It has been analyzed parameters needed for the design of automated train safety systems, especially for application in commuter-line as a commuter line network in the Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek), which is used by electric train (KRL) , namely the condition of the trackwhich is primarily concerned with the length of the block, the amount of headway, and others. Acceleration KRL seres trajectory that can be obtained from the results of the dynamic test, dynamic braking deceleration, pneumatic braking, emergency braking which can be obtained from the test. Results of the analysis showed that the KRL dynamic test results, namely the acceleration of each KRL, dynamic braking deceleration, deceleration pneumatic braking, emergency braking deceleration can be useful to develop algorithms todesign the train control system in such away that accidents caused by the negligence of the drivers can be minimized. Abstrak Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab kecelakaan kereta api di Indonesia di dominasi antara lain kesalahan manusia (human error) berupa ketidak disiplinan pengguna jalan, tidak adanya palang pintu di beberapa lintasan kereta api, dan adanya kelalaian masinis. Untuk meminimalkan kecelakaan kereta api akibat hal-hal tersebut, khususnya akibat kesalahan masinis komuterline di Jakarta-Bogor-Depok Tangerang-Bekasi (JABODETABEK), perlu dipertimbangkan penggunaan “Sistem Keselamatan Kereta Api Otomatis (SKKO)”.yang secara internasional dikenal sebagai automatic train protection (ATP). ATP sebagai sistem kendali otomatis membutuhkan pengembangan perangkat lunak (software) yang mengatur tampilan MMI (Man-Machine-Interface), kendali otomatis untuk mengatur kecepatan kereta. Untuk membangun software tersebut beberapa hal perlu mendapat perhatian antara lain kondisi lintasan, track, akselerasi kereta, dan deselerasi pengereman. Berdasarkan hal tersebut telah dianalisis hal-hal yang dibutuhkan untuk desain sistem keselamatan kereta api otomatis khususnya untuk penerapan pada komuterline seperti jaringan komuter line di Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (JABODETABEK), yang menggunakan kereta rel listrik (KRL), yaitu kondisi lintasan (track) terutama berkaitan dengan panjang blok, besarnya headway, dan lain-lain, akselerasi masing-masing KRL yang melayani lintasan bisa diperoleh dari hasil uji dinamis, deselerasi pengereman dinamis (dynamic braking), pengereman pneumatik(pneumatic braking), pengereman darurat (emergency braking) masing-masing KRL yang melayani lintasan yang bisa diperoleh dari hasil uji dinamis. Hasil analisa tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji dinamis KRL berupa akselerasi masing-masing KRL, deselerasi pengereman dinamis, deselerasi pengereman pneumatik, deselerasi pengereman darurat dapat bermanfaat dalam mengembangkan algoritma untuk merancang system kendali kereta sedemikian rupa sehingga kecelakaan akibat kesalahan masinis dapat diminimalkan.
