In the boiler heating control device of combining DDC and the silicon controlled rectifier voltage regulation device, there are phase shift trigger, pulse width modulation (PWM) and cycle wave cross zero trigger (CYC). Under the different silicon controlled rectifier voltage regulation devices, there are different influences for DDC. It makes the best of the cycle characteristics of the alternating current (AC) for the cycle wave cross zero trigger (CYC). For DDC - temperature control system, there are advantages of high control accuracy, less interference and power source pollution.

We are developing a small compact electric vehicle for shopping purposes. In this study, we fabricated an experimental vehicle, that uses only six small rechargeable AA batteries (7.2 V, approximately 2 A·h) as an electric power source. The vehicle user can select between two driving positions: standing and sitting. A compact transmission with a 90-W DC motor and a speed controller that uses pulse width modulation control was designed as an actuating system. Running experiments were conducted to observe the performance of the fabricated vehicle on a flat floor in a gymnasium. The fabricated vehicle was able to operate for 52 min at a speed of 2.73 km/h. The getting-on and getting-off processes in the vehicle were repeated many times during shopping. The human leg strain while getting on and off the vehicle was investigated by electromyogram measurement. During the getting-on and getting-off processes in the vehicle, the myoelectric potential of the quadriceps increased in the sitting position but did not increase in the standing position. The experimental results show that a user suffers more strain in the sitting position than in the standing position.

This paper presents the principle of iron ore reduction measuration system. According to characteristics of temperature developing in experimental, the proper control rules are adopted in different temperature ranges and the self-optimizing algorithm is used in controller design. A new fuzzy controller with self-tuning factor for temperature control system can replace the traditional instrument control device and achieve precise temperature control. The result of experimentation shows that the control system has satisfactory performance with better reliability and efficacy. This method adopted in controller is practical and worthy for reference.

In view of the present that this defect of water heater shower valve of the water temperature does not direct the user to the water temperature and can't maintain a constant outlet water temperature for long time, innovating a new type of water temperature control device. The adjusting device used the system of single chip microcomputer STC89C52 as the core, real-time water temperature and hot and cold water temperature were collected by digital temperature sensor DS18B20, adjusted with PID control method, drive motor drive the angle of opening and closing of the blade in mechanism device, to change the water volume of the hot and cold water. the purpose of keeping water temperature gain on the users required temperature and keeping constant temperature, through data experiment shows that the adjustment system structure is simple, running accurate effective and adjusting the steady and fast.

Worldwide every year over 4 million infants die within a month of birth. Of this number, 3.9 million belong to the developing world. Some (25%) of this deaths are caused due to complications of prematurity, most often due to improper heat regulation, water loss and neonatal jaundice. An infant incubator provides stable levels of temperature, relative humidity and oxygen concentration. Temperature control system is the most important part of a baby incubator which has to be maintained around 37°C. In the present work we have designed and developed an enhanced temperature control system incorporating a combination of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and simple ON-OFF control system, where thermistors have been used as temperature sensors. The range of variation of temperature against the set temperature (37°C) has been found to be 1°C which is satisfactory. A temperature monitor has been designed through a circuit network incorporating a thermistor so that the voltage output is linearly related to the temperature. This allowed the use of a simple millivoltmeter to display the temperature directly through appropriate scaling. To ensure the safety of the baby an alarm circuit was designed which provides sound alarms for personnel attention if the temperature goes beyond a specified safe range, chosen here as 26°C – 38°C. In developing countries, like Bangladesh frequent power cuts demand an uninterrupted operation of incubator and a battery back up system, which could also be powered by a solar panel, has been suggested for this purpose. A design of compact converter based Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC) is proposed to alleviate the power quality issues on both linear and non-linear load by means of a four switch three phase series and shunt converter with DC link capacitor. DC-link voltage regulation is obtained by Photovoltaic based boost converter. The recommended four switch converter system not only reduces the switching losses but also the cost of the converter as well as it reduces the number of active elements.  Balancing of capacitors leg, filters and transformer are chosen based on the amount of sag and swell magnitude. The proposed scheme is implemented using sinusoidal pulse width modulation, simple space vector pulse width modulation and PI-Fuzzy control strategy to verify power quality issues like sag, swell and harmonics compensation added with the control performances. The performance of the optimized system is validated through simulations using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

The water temperature as the main control objectives, the real-time temperature control system is designed, in this system MCU AT89S52 is used as the core control device, integrated temperature sensor AD590 because of good linearity and high sensitivity, and A / D converter with high resolution and low noise are used for temperature acquisition,the system has achieved the temperature 40 ~ 90°C automatic control, it has set temperature display, real-time display of the current temperature function, after the actual operation shows that the system is better able to control the temperature.

Abstract In the traditional power system, the voltage regulation and frequency modulation control method used for boiler induced draft fan is limited in control accuracy. With the improvement of furnace pressure change accuracy, higher requirements are put forward for motor control algorithm. This paper studies permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as the executive part of induced draft fan servo control system, and adopts FOC control method based on space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). Firstly, the simulation model of SVPWM pulse width modulation algorithm is established by MATLAB to provide theoretical support for the subsequent debugging algorithm; When using FPGA to realize SVPWM modulation algorithm, FPGA has the advantages of high reliability and high real-time processing, which provides theoretical support and application guidance for the realization of high-precision motor control of boiler induced draft fan in power system.
