University Laboratory is an important base to develop students' creative ability and practice ability, the traditional management model is inefficient. Laboratory management mainly includes the experimental teaching management, equipment management, laboratory safety. This paper introduces the key technology and architecture of the Internet of Things, and then puts forward a laboratory management mode Based on the technology of Internet of things; its application in laboratory management was expounded. The results show that it can effectively improve the management efficiency and management level.

Laboratories of IoT Engineering are occupied an important position in education industry. This paper, with the goal of grasping developing tendency and improving the application ability and combined with the characteristics of the Internet of Things Engineering of Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST) which focused on the training of application-oriented talent, proposed the experimental teaching programs of the Internet of Things Engineering and completed the development of experimental teaching platform. Its significance lies: to improve the level of teaching and research, improve the application ability of students, promote students employment, and enhance the competitiveness of the school.

Aim; To solve the problem of innovation laboratory instrument management and improve laboratory management level. Method; It is necessary to do an excellent job in managing innovative laboratory equipment by improving the equipment management system, functional division management, appointment registration, and strengthening the construction of management teams to guarantee the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of undergraduates. Results; The number of innovative experimental projects approved and the number of project groups that the laboratory can accept at the same time was increased significantly. The utilization rate of laboratory equipment has increased, and the vacancy rate has decreased. Conclusion; Excellent instrument management can significantly improve the efficiency of scientific research in the innovation laboratory.

Given the issue that most of the parking lot intellectualized degree and management level is relatively low, this paper focuses on the function design based on Zigbee wireless sensor network, puts forward an intelligent parking lot management system based on Internet of things. This system mainly adopted CC2530 chip as the core of the Zigbee information processing unit to realize the short distance, low power wireless transmission. The intelligent parking lot management system this paper introduced can detect in individual's use of the parking space in the parking lot, and the number of vehicles in the parking lot.

In order to protectproperty of laboratory, restricted access to laboratory, this paper focuses onthe development of smart access control system for open laboratory by using theAndroid system and embedded technology. This system uses three key parameters ofthe Android phone's Wi-Fi signal strength, GPS positioning information andidentification number to achieve access control certification, personnelorientation and personnel information collection. Then the laboratory personneldata would be updated and storage in database in real-time via PC LabVIEWapplication. The access control system is stable and have well real-time. Thissystem will be able to meet the university laboratory management requirementsand greatly improving the management level of the laboratory.

The problem that remained unsolved is that the real status of the equipment can not be collected in real time and it results the different statuses between the equipment and the equipment management information system (EMIS). The problem can be solved through the application of the Internet of things. A wireless sensor network was established to monitor the equipment status on the shop floor in real time. It was managed by a management server. The management server was connected to the Intranet of the company to communicate with the EMIS. In this way an Internet of things was formed to ensure synchronous status information transmission between the equipment and the EMIS. This system has been used in a large-scale vehicle manufacturing plant. The significant efforts have been made.

The intelligent digital campus based on the Internet of Things can achieve automatic recognition, library borrowing management, multimedia classroom and laboratory management and campus consumption management. It provides more efficient services for teachers and students work, studying and daily life.
