Aim; To solve the problem of innovation laboratory instrument management and improve laboratory management level. Method; It is necessary to do an excellent job in managing innovative laboratory equipment by improving the equipment management system, functional division management, appointment registration, and strengthening the construction of management teams to guarantee the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of undergraduates. Results; The number of innovative experimental projects approved and the number of project groups that the laboratory can accept at the same time was increased significantly. The utilization rate of laboratory equipment has increased, and the vacancy rate has decreased. Conclusion; Excellent instrument management can significantly improve the efficiency of scientific research in the innovation laboratory.

Laboratory management mainly includes the experimental teaching management, equipment management, laboratory safety. This paper introduces the key technology and architecture of the Internet of Things, and then puts forward a laboratory management mode Based on the technology of Internet of things; its application in laboratory management was expounded. The results show that it can effectively improve the management efficiency and management level.

With the popularity of Chinese education and the progress and development of higher education, in order to further enhance their own school-running level and teaching quality as well as improve the level of the teachers, universities has been constantly introducing advanced teaching laboratory equipments. On the one hand, it not only can help the teachers with their teaching, but also can well improve the students' learning efficiency. However, there are also many problems existed in management of the large number of laboratory equipments, for the traditional artificial unintelligent managing way of using pen and paper in daily record already cannot meet the needs of the presented situation. Collecting data by manhood will cause such problems as collecting not in time or collecting incorrectly. And collecting data by manhood puts forward higher request for laboratory managers in equipment management. But if increase the laboratory management personnel, it also causes problems such as the waste of human resources and the increased cost of school management, etc. The presented research, mainly by using the experience and thought in management of logistics field for reference, makes a research on the application of laboratory equipment management in colleges and universities based on RFID logistics technology to solve the problems exited in the management of laboratory equipments. Using real-time monitoring laboratory equipment and intelligent tracking laboratory equipments to record and verify information can reduce the workload of lab manager and strengthen the way and the level of the laboratory management. At the same time, it also can enables the superior managers to timely master the status of school laboratory equipment, accelerating the informational construction of universities and colleges, further optimizing the configuration of teaching laboratory equipment, and fully improving usage rate of the school laboratory equipment.

Based on the investigation of the comprehensive utilization technology of tunnel slag in expressway, the author finds that combining with the characteristics of the project, planning scientific management content, formulating reasonable utilization principles, and implementing the measures and control of the tunnel slag gravel yard and the waste slag yard can improve the recycling utilization rate of tunnel slag, reduce the amount of tunnel slag waste, reduce the land occupation and damage the ecological environment.

Virtualization technology has been widely used. Modern data center uses different equipments to support a large number of business systems. Whether the resources scheduling of virtual machine can be realized has become a very important issue, which will reflect the data centers management level of intelligence, intensiveness and automation. On the basis of comprehensive utilization of the physical machines various resources, the algorithm combines the advantages of genetic algorithm with particle swarm optimization algorithm, with reference to model of load balancing scheduling system, constantly adjusts to the load on the host, and consequently achieves the optimum balance of comprehensive utilization rate of different host resources.

Equipment management is one of the key factors of coal mining safe-production, the traditional equipment management methods can no longer meet the real-time and automation needs of modern management. Based on fault diagnosis, sensor network and wireless communication technology, this article proposes a new modern equipment spot-inspection maintenance (ESIM) system for coal mining, and further explains the three-level logical model and construction method of it. The ESIM can achieve the requirements of real-time monitoring, automation control and intelligent analysis, which helps improve scientific management of coal equipment.

This presentation will share the results of a longitudinal cohort study of undergraduate students matriculating through the UNC & NC State Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering. Over the last few years, students in this program have participated in an experimental, specialized information literacy training program aimed at preparing them to navigate the labyrinth of business hurdles associated with medical innovation and entrepreneurship. This longitudinal study, led by two librarians, sought to determine whether an intensive, specialized information literacy training program could introduce undergraduate biomedical engineering students to the complex environment surrounding innovative design in healthcare and medical entrepreneurship in order to improve their design projects. In addition to discussing our study’s results, we will share our lessons learned from conducting this study and some possible implications for professional practice. We will close with a discussion of the challenges involved in partnering with an academic department to conduct formal assessments of student learning, and by sharing practical strategies that other librarians can use to identify opportunities to build similar partnerships at their local institutions.Originally presented at the Triangle Research Libraries Network (TRLN) Annual Meeting 2018 in Durham, NC on August 20, 2018.

Objective: To explore the application value of QR code electronic manuals in operating theater equipment management and training.Methods: The control group adopted the traditional management mode. Training was carried out before each device was put into use in the department. A unified operation process and a paper card manual for common faults were formulated and hung next to each device. For the observation group, the electronic manuals generated by the QR code were pasted on the operating theater equipment for management and training. The management and training effect was compared between the two groups.Results: The efficiency of equipment management and training using the QR code electronic manuals was significantly higher than that of traditional training, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The QR code manuals are very effective in operating theater equipment management and training. They can be read and learned in time to improve the operating theater equipment utilization rate, accuracy rate, and equipment management and training quality.
