Between each node database there must be different in the distributed heterogeneous database system, so how to resolve these different (It's said that realize the mutual transformation between heterogeneous databases) was an basic problem in the heterogeneous database system. This paper analyzes the system structure and the conversion mechanism for the distributed heterogeneous database and the realization of the conversion module theoretical including the conversion information extraction module, structural conversion module, structure formation module and put forward a concrete realization solutions.

How to coordinate heterogeneous database to realize sharing and consistency of information not only is an important research subject in the database filed, but also is an emerging research hot spot in the field of database system. As a new development direction of computer software, it applies some new techniques to integrate the existing systems to develop new applications. The paper analyzes CSCW, XML, JDBC and heterogeneous database, and proposes a solution of heterogeneous database. The solution absorbs the thoughts of database meta data, middle ware and LDAP directory service.

Intelligent building is the product of the computer and information technology network to penetrate the construction industry, which fully reflects the architectural art and information technologies. This paper focuses on information platform in the intelligent building construction and application process for different sectors, different types of databases data integration, processing, capture data changes, transmission and synchronization. Through studied the method of data transformation, change data capture methods, making the integration of distributed heterogeneous databases in the process of data synchronization issues have been satisfactorily resolved.

An approach to accommodating semantic heterogeneity in a federation of interoperable, autonomous, heterogeneous databases is presented. A mechanism is described for identifying and resolving semantic heterogeneity while at the same time honoring the autonomy of the database components that participate in the federation. A minimal, common data model is introduced as the basis for describing sharable information, and a three-pronged facility for determining the relationships between information units (objects) is developed. Our approach serves as a basis for the sharing of related concepts through (partial) schema unification without the need for a global view of the data that is stored in the different components. The mechanism presented here can be seen in contrast with more traditional approaches such as “integrated databases” or “distributed databases”. An experimental prototype implementation has been constructed within the framework of the Remote-Exchange experimental system.

With the establishment of more and more management information systems in the enterprises, many heterogeneous databases have been produced, resulting in the phenomenon of the information island. This paper puts forward a method based on ontology to integrate the heterogeneous databases and presents the framework of the integration method. In this framework A method based on relational database is presented to build the mixed ontology structure Common VocabularyLocal Ontology. The mixed ontology structure is used to establish the semantic web for enterprises. This novel approach exploits the multithreading combined with semantic web to implement parallel retrieval on an integrated platform. The application that this prototype system of the integration method has been implemented in a research institute verifies the method could effectively analyze the user's intention, thereby improving the reuse of knowledge.

In the process of data integration among heterogeneous databases, it is significantly important to analyze the identical attributes and characteristics of the databases. However, the existing main data attribute matching model has the defects of oversize matching space and low matching precision. Therefore, this paper puts forward a heterogeneous data attribute matching model on the basis of fusion of SOM and BP network through analyzing the attribute matching process of heterogeneous databases. This model firstly matches the heterogeneous data attributes in advance by SOM network to determine the centre scope of attribute data to be matched. Secondly, the accurate match will be carried out through BP network of the standard heterogeneous data various attribute center. Finally, the matching result of the relevant actual database shows that this model can effectively reduce the matching space in the case of complex pattern. As for the large-scale data matching, the matching accuracy is relatively high. The average precision is 89.52%, and the average recall rate is 100%.

Based on the in-depth study of the existing database synchronization model, in order to improve the cross platform ability of the system and facilitate the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise information platform, this paper proposes a heterogeneous distributed computing scheme based on Web service. The scheme uses JMS to realize the message transmission between systems, and uses web service technology to realize cross platform data reading and writing. In the aspect of distributed transaction processing, the two-phase commit protocol is improved to reduce the probability of system deadlock and effectively ensure the consistency of distributed database data. In order to improve the performance of distributed database system, cache technology is introduced, and the way of integrating cache and database transaction processing is proposed, which effectively ensures the validity of cache data. The architecture is oriented to program developers, who can develop efficient and convenient distributed database system on the basis of this architecture. Finally, this architecture is applied to the background management system of mobile express service. The running results show that the architecture can well meet the business requirements of distributed heterogeneous database system synchronization.
