This paper reviews the research status of vibration environment test equipment and technology. The development of modern vibration measuring sensors, types, processing technology, structure principle and the main performance index of the sensor is made by brief introduction and analysis, the problems existing in the vibration environment test is pointed out, at the same time for their application in the field of modern industry be also made by corresponding introduction.

The significance and present situation of machine tool's thermal characteristics test technology is expatiated first. Aiming at certain three-axis vertical machine center's mechanical principal spindle, thermal characteristics test is done when principal spindle's temperature is rise and fall. Spindle thermal error analyser is used to test machine center's thermal errors in X, Y and Z directions and monitoring temperture of spindle. The spindle's temperture and thermal errors are presented and the test results are analyzed at last. The machine center's thermal information are mastered through test data and analysed results.

First of all, hazards of mined-out areas and municipal solid waste are analyzed. Then according to the research status of municipal solid waste processing and mine filling technologies, both of the environmental issues are researched. From the point of view that municipal solid waste and mined-out areas can be regarded as resources to each other, co-processing technology of mining and municipal solid waste is proposed. Research contents and key techniques of this technology are discussed, which contain classification and preprocessing technologies of the filled waste, experiment of filling materials ratio and the techniques of filling municipal solid waste. This technology can not only help to process the municipal solid waste cleanly, but also control the disasters of mined-out areas, so it has an important practical significance.

The rock acoustic emission should be combined with the practical engineering, and to create effective rock acoustic emission processing and analyzing technology, to make the rock acoustic technology better adapted to the testing of the practical project.

In this paper, according to the requirements of the self-propelled-gun’s fire extinguisher bottle test technology, using variable speed metering pump technology, a variable cain pressure predictive controller is developed. The experiment is done, and experiment results show that the method can improve response speed of pump-valve combined control, and leak detection and pressure test of various types of fire extinguisher bottle is solved effectively. The trial operation proves: this test equipment is high common, high stability and high integration.

The metal materials play important roles in the area of the industry. So it is meanful to use some technologies to improve the comprehensive properties of the metal materials. Comparing with other methods, the surface nanocrystalline technology can improve the strength, the hardness, the abrasive resistance and the corrosion resistance of the metal materials. Besides, through the surface nanocrystalline technology, the grain of the organization can be refined, and the lifespan of the fatigue can be prolonged. So, the surface nanocrystalline technology is with widely market application prospect. At present, there are many studies about the surface nanocrystalline technology, and many typical technologies have been applicated in the industrial production successfully, which satisfy the high requirement of the modern industry in some extent. In this article, the principle, the preparation method and the research status of the surface nanocrystalline technology are produced, and the prospection are made.

The high-precision instruments must be tested to ensure the accuracy and the normal use of the instrument in the application. Traditional detection techniques damage the instrument. So, researching for a technology which has no destruction on high precision instrument is important. This paper puts forward a new ultrasonic nondestructive test technology of precision instruments through empirical mode decomposition method of modern signal processing technology and ultrasonic nondestructive test technology. The first part describes the shortcomings of modern signal processing technology--Fourier and wavelet analysis and the advantage of empirical mode decomposition method. The second part establishes the mathematical model of ultrasonic nondestructive test technology. It also establishes empirical model to enhanced signal and noise ratio using the self-adaptivity of the empirical mode decomposition. It also extracts Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) of ultrasonic nondestructive test technology using EMD and Hilbert transform signal processing method. Finally, it gets Nonlinear and non-steady-state frequency power spectrum which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the study of nondestructive test technology.

With the rapid development of metro, the vibration induced by metro is the more and more common and widely concerned. In this paper, test and analysis of vibration induced by metro is discussed, and the five aspects of the research status at home and abroad are emphasized, which are the analysis of the vibration causes, the analysis of vibration influence, the summary of vibration test technology, the analysis of the relevant theoretical results and the analysis of vibration reduction application measures. This paper will provide the theory basis and the practice reference for the vibration design of environmental vibration induced by metro.
