Abstract In recent years, with the popularization of optoelectronic equipment in various industries, various reconnaissance equipment and test equipment have also appeared. Traditional test technology and system functions can no longer meet the development of optoelectronic equipment, so it is imperative to introduce general test ideas and establish a general test system.

C/C composite material is widely used as the insulation material since its advantage is obvious compared with other materials. It is necessary to evaluate its ablation, especially when it used in the warhead. An ablation/erosion test system based on plasma is researched. All the parameters related to the plasma can be monitored by it to calculate the enthalpy. Two ablation tests of the C/C composite material are carried by this system. The ablation of the carbon fiber and the erosion of the particle are mainly analyzed by the measure of the ablation rate and the SEM photos.

Nowadays, various test equipment tend to be more intelligent, the test equipment of the volt-ampere characteristic of CT is so too. As the development of the electronics, VLSI(SCM) is manufactured. The purpose of our project is to scheme out a intelligent test system by the computer technique and the test technique. This equipment is mostly made of the SCM system and the peripheral equipment. We control the output of the digital transformer by SCM. The output voltage can make the TL494 create PWM wave. The wave is the control signal of the main circuit. The output wave of the main circuit is the sine wave, and the value of the output can be amended automatically. Compared with the traditional equipment, this equipment is smaller and use less energy, but its function is more powerful. It can be programmable. We can take it more expediently. So, this kind of equipment can be used widely in the future.

According to the technical requirements of harsh shock environment test, this paper presents the study on the pneumatic vertical test technology with large load and high-g value. The inspiration of this paper comes from the fact that a compressed air cannon can produce instantaneous and powerful air jets that can be used to drive the tested object to achieve a high initial collision velocity. Then, the principle of shock test technology based on an air cannon and an impact cylinder was put forward, and the idea gas mechanics model was established to theoretically analyze the laws that how the parameters of the air cannon and cylinder influence the initial impact velocities. The test system was built, and the test research was carried out. When the air cannon pressure is 0.5 MPa and 0.65 MPa, respectively, under no-load, the impact acceleration measured is 1990 g (pulse width, 1.26 ms) (1g = 9.8 m/s2) and 4429 g (pulse width, 1.20 ms). It preliminarily validated the effectiveness and feasibility.

To test and rate automobile braking ability rapidly, correctly with low cost, a road test system of automobile braking ability is constituted in LabVIEW based on MEMS after the deeply analysis of rating principle and national standard of it. Then the real car test is accomplished using this test system and the test result has been analyzed which prove the strategy of system building is feasible and has widespread application value and prospect in engineering.

In this paper, according to the requirements of the self-propelled-gun’s fire extinguisher bottle test technology, using variable speed metering pump technology, a variable cain pressure predictive controller is developed. The experiment is done, and experiment results show that the method can improve response speed of pump-valve combined control, and leak detection and pressure test of various types of fire extinguisher bottle is solved effectively. The trial operation proves: this test equipment is high common, high stability and high integration.

A jet engine test run system has been developed which enables automatic engine testing ( functional and performance checks, including engine control trims ). This system includes an expert system for diagnostic procedures which are the result of proper judgements based on experience and knowledge and high speed processing. In this paper, we describe the construction and an application of the jet engine test equipment and the expert system for jet engine diagnostics.

In order to satisfy the needs of protection functions test for intelligent low voltage electrical apparatus, based on the introduction of features of the flexible test technology, a design of protection functions test system for intelligent low voltage electrical apparatus based on the flexible test technology was proposed in this paper. The test system was made up of the hardware composed of industrial computer, multifunction data acquisition card, three phase current generator, three phase voltage generator, etc, and the software developed by LabVIEW. The design idea and the test flow of the software were also introduced in detail. Finally, the application example shows that the protection functions for intelligent low voltage electrical apparatus constructed based on flexible test technology could carry out a high efficient, automatic, accurate test, which fully reflected the three characteristics of the flexible test technology ——flexibility, adaptability and expandability. Therefore, the test system has great practical value and application prospect.
