Coil transporters are widely used in rolling production line to transport coils among different positions. Aiming at the inaccurate parking space, low production efficiency, high requirement of working accuracy, inconveniency in repair and other problems during the working process, the running mechanism and lifting gear of the coil transporter have been improved, And the author analyze the structure of the improved body by FEA. The results of the analysis of car body show that strength and stiffness meet the requirements. The general property of the improved coil transporter has been, in a good condition, effectively bettered. It can meet the production requirement and enhance the economic benefits.

In the environment of the high speed development of industrial production, how to optimize the manufacture process, improve efficiency of the industrial step according to the modern industrial technology, is a key problem about industrial development. The traditional model of mass production way already can not adapt to development needs .Because of this, embedded configuration technology just puts forward in the history background. The technology, with its mature and stable control effect, is widely used in the automatic production line. In this paper, the research background come from PLC automatic production lines' project in the National Electrical Automation Contest, simulating a quite complicated series of mixture, stirring steps about several kinds of materials which are used in industries. Practice proves that this system can ensure the product quality and needs to produce in large quantities and fulfill complex production requirement and raise production efficiency.

With the development of science and technology, the degree of agricultural mechanization is getting higher and higher. Agricultural machinery is an important support for the development of agricultural modernization. Optimizing the allocation of agricultural machinery is conducive to improving agricultural production efficiency and economic benefits. In this paper, mathematical modelling method is mainly used in the analysis and optimization of agricultural machinery configuration. By determining the objective function and constraint equation, combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the linear programming model and workload model of agricultural machinery and equipment optimization are established. Finally, the actual number of agricultural machinery and equipment and the number of optimal allocations of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps farm were compared. The effectiveness of the optimization model is verified by comparing the optimized agricultural machinery equipment with the actual equipment. The results show that the optimized equipment model has good optimization effect. On the basis of reducing the number of agricultural machinery and equipment, the matching rate of agricultural machinery is improved, and the operation cost of agricultural machinery is effectively reduced. It is hoped that this study can provide certain reference and reference for the optimization analysis of agricultural machinery and equipment based on mathematical modelling.

Open graded friction course (OGFC) is a high permeable mixture used to reduce noise, improve friction. However, limitations with the use of OGFC are due to the relatively low strength and stiffness. Therefore, investigating environmental and economic benefits, as well as service life of OGFC technology is the future of the pavement. In this study, a new modified OGFC (SM-OGFC) was prepared by replacing the fine aggregate below 4.75 mm in OGFC with the oil shale waste (OSW), and the silane coupling agent modifier was used to assist modification. The preparation process of SM-OGFC was optimized by central composite design, to obtain an SM-OGFC with the best mechanical properties. The Marshall test, rutting test, −15 °C splitting test, −10 °C beam bending test, immersion Marshall test, spring-thawing stability test, Cantabro test and permeability test were conducted to evaluate the properties of SM-OGFC. The results prove that SM-OGFC has excellent overall performance in comparison with OGFC and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified OGFC. Furthermore, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) observation illustrates that the unique laminar columnar connected structure and cell-like structure antennae of OSW could be the main reasons why SM-OGFC obtained excellent performance. Furthermore, economic analysis indicated that the SM-OGFC mixture had higher cost effectiveness.

AbstractWe examine whether engagement in rent-seeking improves firm value in China. Rent-seeking is defined as a firm's use of resources to establish a relationship with the government to obtain government-controlled resources. We incorporate political rents and associated costs into an analytical framework to examine the relationship between rent-seeking and firm value. Using a sample of non-state-owned firms listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2013, we find evidence of the presence of political rents in the form of government subsidies and evidence of associated costs in the forms of corporate philanthropy and excess management remuneration, which largely explains the insignificant relationship found between rent-seeking and firm value. Our further analysis shows that rent-seeking behavior of firms reduces production efficiency, providing additional evidence to support our thesis that engagement in rent-seeking does not enhance firm value in the Chinese context. In an economy with weak institutions, in particular with weak protection for shareholders, managers and politicians can become rent-seekers and take a considerable share of the economic benefits derived from rent-seeking.

In this paper, the aim is to achieve safe, rapid excavation of an extra-long, large-cross-section highway tunnel in Eastern Tianshan, as well as to reduce production costs, simplify production processes, reduce cycle time, and improve production efficiency. In this study, we explored a new technology for smooth blasting without a detonating cord. A series of sympathetic detonation experiments were conducted in the tunnel face to determine critical distances. The critical distance for No. 2 rock emulsion explosive under blasthole constraints was successfully measured to be approximately 1.0–1.1 m. Based on the critical distance, a new charging structure was designed for tunnel excavation. To assess the influence of the new charging structure on blasting performance, its economic benefits, and its feasibility, full-section tests were performed in the East Tianshan Tunnel. The application of the new charging structure produced good smooth blasting results. It not only simplified the charging process and produced smooth blasting without detonating cord in peripheral holes, but also guaranteed normal excavation, an appropriate tunnel profile, and reasonable overbreak and underbreak volumes. This had remarkable economic benefits and possesses better promotional value.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology provides a wireless way to detect and recognize objects. By using the RFID reader as a sensor, development of RFID helper object tracking system to track the production situation of a flexible assembly line make tracking application. At the same time, based on the range and without scope of cooperation tracking algorithm, we analysis the system. And in order to achieve the balance of density and cost among the read write device, this paper considers only simple reader and omnidirectional scattering antenna. In order to further improve the production efficiency, we use a particle filter model, in order to further processing tracking result of object, improve tracking precision. We suggest that the tracking system can also predict the operation state of product in assembly production line.

However, during the CAE R&D process, it has a serious impact on the labor costs due to the operation repeatability, that is to say, this work pattern drastically reduces the company's production efficiency and economic benefits, that is why it is very essential to develop the CAE automatic system. In this paper, how to develop the CAE automatic system is discussed in detail firstly, and then through the linear static analysis for a rear suspension to verify the feasibility and value of the CAE automatic system.

To solve the existing problems in the NC machining process, the optimization design of cutting parameters in NC milling machine with genetic algorithm. With the maximum production efficiency as the optimization objective, the spindle speed, feed speed, milling width, depth and other parameters as optimal variables, establishes the optimization mathematical model of machine tool. The optimization results show that: parameters optimization can significantly improve the processing efficiency, and bring economic benefits for enterprises

Intertwined automobile generator stator core is made from twisted Strip steel with teeth. This winding process is different from the method of traditional laminated machining. Intertwined technique is a new method that for the manufacturing of stator cores in automotive alternators. The productive process include such key steps: Leveling of the bar-typed materials, stamping, enwinding, soldering and plastic. This methods has raised the production efficiency and used ratio of the materials, and even make a cost reduction compared with the traditional ways of strap-typed stator core manufacturing. They are able to make a substitution to the imported products by most automotive alternator enterprises as well as complete the blanks of domestic market and have a large extent of social and economic benefits.
