PELATIHAN PENERAPAN SISTEM “APARTEMENT” BAGI BUDIDAYA CACING SUTRA PADA KELOMPOK PEMBUDIDAYA IKAN CUPANG DI DESA KAMPUNG BARU, KECAMATAN LANGSA LAMA, KOTA LANGSA

ABSTRAKCacing sutra merupakan pakan hidup yang disukai ikan khususnya larva ikan. Hal ini karena ukurannya yang kecil sehingga mudah dimakan. Kesesuaian pakan hidup yang diberikan akan semakin membuat besar larva ikan hidup dan tumbuh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu membantu mitra untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi ikan cupang dengan pemberian cacing sutra yang dibudidayakan dengan sistem apartement. Metode yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih jelas tentang maksud dan tujuan tim mengadakan pelatihan penerapan sistem Apartement. Pendampingan dilakukan berupa pembuatan sistem apartemen dan pembuatan pakan cacing sutra dengan menggunakan ampas tahu yang difermentasikan menggunakan larutan EM 4 dan molase selama 3 hari, kemudian pakan siap digunakan. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi mitra mampu serta terampil membuat wadah sistem apartemen serta pakan cacing sutra dari ampas tahu. Selanjutnya mitra juga sudah sangat faham bagaimana pola kerja dalam melakukan budidaya cacing serta dengan menggunakan sistem apartemen. Kata kunci: cacing sutra; sistem apartement; ikan cupang; desa kampung baru. ABSTRACTTubifex sp. are live food that is preferred by fish, especially fish larvae. This is because of its small size so it is easy to eat. The suitability of the live feed given will make the larger fish larvae live and grow. The purpose of this community service activity is to help partners to increase the production of betta fish by giving silk worms that are cultivated with the apartment system. The method used goes through several stages, namely socialization, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The socialization was carried out to provide clearer information about the goals and objectives of the team holding training on the application of the Apartment system. Assistance is provided in the form of building an apartment system and making feed for Tubifex sp. by using tofu dregs which was fermented using EM 4 solution and molasses for 3 days, then the feed was ready for use. The results of monitoring and evaluation of partners are capable and skilled in making apartment system containers and tubifex sp. feed. from tofu dregs. Furthermore, partners also understand very well how the work pattern in cultivating Tubifex sp. using the apartment system. EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN MEDIA E-LEARNING DENGAN MOODLE DALAM MENJAGA MUTU PEMBELAJARAN SAAT BELAJAR DARI RUMAH

<em>Education is an effort to gain knowledge, expertise and competence. The journey of education cannot stop. The presence of Covid-19 has resulted in transformations in the education sector. Learning activities have to be done at home. The parameters of each component used in learning activities are expected to produce good results. Thus, the use of e-learning with Moodle. The target is for students to gain knowledge and good results. E-learning with Moodle is an option based on its internet-based work pattern. No place limit and no time limit. A vital evaluation step is carried out. Higher education institutions are required to be professionals. Higher education institutions also face evaluation from LLDIKTI. Internal evaluation is mandatory. All existing elements must be committed to carrying out these obligations. Accommodating agreed targets. Making students understand teaching material. Opening students' insights and thoughts. Students can complete it and get maximum results (sound). The research conducted will look at the effectiveness of using e-learning media with Moodle in maintaining the quality of learning when learning from home. The method used to conduct research is an experiment. The subjects of the Politeknik Unggul LP3M Medan students, the Informatics Management study program are 32 students. Found that the functional level and value accumulation using moodle-based e-learning media with the dynamics of learning from home can maintain and maintain quality. All learning activities go well as expected and targeted.</em>

The Morning Commute Problem with Ridesharing When Meet Stochastic Bottleneck

This paper extends Vickrey’s point-queue model to study ridesharing behavior during a morning commute with uncertain bottleneck location. Unlike other ridesharing cost analysis models, there are two congestion cases and four dynamic departure patterns in our model: pre-pickup congestion case and post-pickup congestion case; both early pattern, both late pattern, late for pickup but early for work pattern, and early for pickup but late for work pattern. Analytical results indicate that the dynamic property of the mixed commuters equilibrium varies with the endogenous penetration rates associated with ridesharing commutes, as well as the schedule difference between pickup and work. This work is expected to promote the development of ridesharing to mitigate the traffic congestion and motivate related research of schedule coordination for regulating the ridesharing travel behavior in terms of the morning commute problem.

LIFE INSURANCE IN POSITIVE LAW AND ISLAMIC LAW IN INDONESIA

Life insurance is an agreement made by an insurance company to its customers that if the customer experiences a risk of death in his life whether in the form of an accident or due to illness, then the insurance company will provide compensation with a certain amount of money in accordance with the premiums paid for being a customer of the insurance company to heirs of the customer. Conventional Insurance and Syariah Insurance are both tasked to manage and cope with risk, it's just that in Syariah Insurance the management concept is carried out using a pattern of mutual risk between managers and participants (risk sharing) or called at takaful and at tadhamun. While in conventional insurance the work pattern is to transfer risk from the customer (participant) to the company (manager), which is called risk transfer. So that the risks regarding the participants will be fully borne by the manager.

Reflection of Cultural Crisis in Bhutanese Nepali Diasporic Poetry

This article has discussed how Bhutanese Nepali diasporic poetry has depicted cultural crises of the community settled in Europe, America and Oceania. Twenty one poems composed by Bhutanese Nepali diasporic poets from 2009 to 2019 have been selected through purposive sampling and their content analysis has been conducted with the focus on their themes. The study has found that the Bhutanese Nepali culture has been in crisis in the diaspora. The community is working to preserve it; but many socio-economic conditions do not favour them. They find problems in celebrating their festivals, eating their food, observing the rituals, using language, wearing traditional Nepali dress, and following their work pattern. With these difficulties and being in the minority marginal position in the host land, they find their identity in crisis resulting into emotional insecurity. It is believed that this article will contribute to the study of diasporic culture and the problems of the transnational migrant communities.
