With the construction of "The 12th Five-year Plan" put BIM (building information model)On the agenda,the development of construction industry is more and more inseparable from the BIM high-end talent.Based on the analysis of the development of BIM at home and abroad and applications in the construction industry and the present situation of fostering BIM high-end talent, on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP is established. Discuss the bottleneck of BIM high-end talent cultivation, and find out the key factors ,meanwhile put forward countermeasures,which provides scientific basis for fostering BIM high-end talents.

The dangerous events often happen in coal-fired power plant and its influence is very serious. Use entropy weigh method to determine the weight of index is very popular, it not only consider the key factors but also make a quantitative analysis for the interaction and coordination among different index. It is about how to make the function of system security greater than the sum of each single subsystem. The case study shows that the comprehensive safety evaluation model can integrate the safety factor and analyze the nonlinear effect of each index so as to make the evaluation result more reasonable, then, it can supply the scientific basis for safety production management of enterprise.

<p>The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to not move to the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, and stressed the concept of the "new". This paper analyzed the new type of urbanization in our country development present situation and discussed the new urbanization development bottleneck. By establishing the gray comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP, find out the key factors hindering the development of the new type of urbanization in our country and put forward the corresponding strategy owning to the size of the bottleneck influence and provided scientific basis for the development of new type of urbanization.</p>

This paper mainly studies the application of intelligent lighting control system in different sports events in large sports competition venues. We take the Xiantao Stadium, a large­scale sports competition venue in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example, to study its intelligent lighting control system. In this paper, the PID (proportion – integral – derivative) incremental control model and the Karatsuba multiplication model are used, and the intelligent lighting control system is designed and implemented by multi­level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual effect of the intelligent lighting control system. The research shows that the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper can accurately control the lighting of different sports in large stadiums. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the planning and design of large­scale sports competition venues.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

At present, various public emergencies occur frequently around the world, and the world has entered the stage of a “high-risk society”. Urban community as the carrier of all kinds of public emergencies, its role has become increasingly prominent and become the focus of the current research, but in the urban community emergency management capacity evaluation system, the related studies are still less. To more effectively identify the key internal and external factors that affect the emergency management ability of the urban community, and evaluate scientifically and effectively, on the basis of the existing studies, the evaluation index system of community emergency management capability was established according to the emergency management cycle theory. In view of the complexity and fuzziness of the emergency management capability of the urban community, a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight was established, and the emergency management capability evaluation of community was carried out under the background of the public emergency event of COVID-19 epidemic. The results show that the evaluation results and improvement suggestions of the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight are consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the index system and the selected method are reasonable and effective. This study provides a new decision-making idea and method for the evaluation of urban community emergency management capability, and has high application value.
