During an extremely competitive infrastructure sector such as irrigation projects, quality time (QT) must be determined to can recognize probable quality crisis parts and to direct mind on schedule enhancement chances. The consciousness of planners on the significance of QT could be reflected in their project schedule. This study appears a measurement of planned QT in five infrastructure irrigation projects performed by different five contractors in Egypt. The aim is to aid the contractors to develop their QT preparation and thus enhance their project time based on the results. QT is fundamental classified into two classes: conformance time (CT), and nonconformance time (NCT). Based on many studies, a register of quality proceedings that would be enclosed in every QT groups are then generated. The QT records for every group are recognized and gathered via questions and questionnaire designs. QT is calculated as a proportion of the project duration. It is uncovered that while enormous companies previously have clear information on QT in construction sector, these times are not scheduled in a defined method during a study of regular QT details. During time classification it is also appeared that greater conformance time (CT) lead to lesser nonconformance time (NCT). It is then ended that a lot of effort is still to be made by the contractors to establish a QT documenting procedure which be able to act as a base for their project enhancement planning.

Double-constrained resources are limited both on entire project, and for every period of its performance. Thus a project schedule formation problem represents a problem related to finding a tripartite compromise between project duration, and also renewable and non-renewable resources. It is one of the most difficult classes of tasks with determined parameters in which already at number of works in the project more than 20 it is possible to find the optimum solution only incidentally. Even heuristic methods are difficult and demand automation of calculations. In this work an algorithm and a set of recommendations will be presented which allow find problem solution’s optional versions practically in the manual mode even for the project with small number of works. The algorithm is adapted for such tasks Goyal method which is in turn based on the CPM-COST method, therefore this algorithm can be used for training of project managers and other experts, and it will promote better understanding of interrelations between the project’s key parameters.

There is many aspects of uncertainty on the project has led to accuracy in the preparation of the project schedule, Leading to the need scheduling analysis with probability 3 duration so that the different as a supporter who affect in duration total settlement in a project can be controlled and are not too late .An arrangement of scheduling existing on the project mall laves proven cause place aside of uncertainties aspects, so with using cpm method and probability of 3 duration to find the end of the project total duration of the most effective and efficient, the existing of project duration is 500 days the project start on 7 july 2018 and end on 1 december 2019 change into 694 days total duration and project start on the same existing duration project is on 6 july 2018 and end on 26 september 2020 with the deviation time of the day or about 194 days or around 6,5 month. The activities thats on the critical line is structure installment activities (like concrete foundation, concrete beam, concrete column, slab and concrete emergency ladder), ground activities (like cutting of the head of pile),elevator installment activities.

There are many aspects of uncertainty on the project that affect accuracy in the process of the making project schedule, so it needs analysis of the probability of the scheduling and sensitivity of work that affects to completion total duration of the project. The existing schedule of the project Laves Mall proved was late because ignored the uncertainty aspects, by using monte Carlo crystal ball simulation will help to find completion duration of the project with the most efficiency duration, Existing completion duration project is 500 days started on 6 July 2018 to 1 December 2019, after simulation change into 604 days and the project started same as existing duration which is on 6 July 2018 to 15 March 2020 by the deviation of the duration is 104 days or about 3 months. And the highest sensitivity work activity that affects the entire duration completion of projects is cutting off of head pile cap work with sensitivity percentage is 18,8%.

Various factors affecting the construction progress are regarded as bottlenecks giving rise to the project duration overrun. The contractor should combine the project schedule with the plan in order to reduce the uncertainty of the project activities. The present research describes the method derived from the theory of constraints (TOC) attempts to enhance the relationship among activities, to revise and further reduce the uncertainty of construction activities to improve the reliability of project progress. The elements of drum, buffer and rope (DBR) in TOC are added to PERT network schedule; through the identification of schedule in the bottleneck process, the implementation plan of the bottleneck is obtained. By measuring buffer time and calculating network schedule buffer time as well as feeding time, the relationship among activities and uncertainty of duration are also improved. To illustrate the impact of DBR applications on improving project schedule reliability, a case of hydropower station as an example is illustrated to show enhanced reliability of scheduling. As compared to program evaluation and review technique network (PERT) simulation, the simulation results showed that the uncertainty of construction progress could be reduced if the DBR are well cooperated mutually.

In this article, a fuzzy activity network method is developed for project scheduling under resource constraints. Trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are used for estimating uncertain durations of activities, and then these fuzzy numbers are replaced by suitable crisp durations for project scheduling under resource constraints. In the next step, the critical chain is identified for determining the project duration, and uncertainties associated with activities are addressed by using feeding/project buffers to protect the project schedule from disturbances. For minimizing project duration, the proposed method considers both the suitable crisp durations and the start times of activities as decision variables. Hence, a new procedure based on genetic algorithm and priority heuristics is also developed for efficiently determining these decision variables. Furthermore, the method also considers selecting the best possible relationships between activities to minimize project duration. The proposed method using buffers makes it possible to improve project scheduling under resource constraints.

The issues of determining the estimated cost of capital construction projects with the involvement of Federal budget funds at the stage of development of project documentation, during verification of the accuracy of determining the estimated cost and the initial (maximum) contract price are considered. On the basis of the assessment of amendments to urban planning legislation for the purpose of implementing a state contract by the contractor ( based on the results of competitive procedures or without competitive procedures by decision of state authorities), the procedure for forming the estimate as part of a state (municipal) contract, the price of which is firm, is presented. For the purpose of mutual settlements between the customer and the contractor for the work performed, the formation of primary accounting documentation, as well as for checking the work performed by regulatory authorities, an example of drawing up an estimate of the state (municipal) contract on the basis of grouping costs according to structural elements and complexes of work is given. The result of the research conducted was the development of regulations and the formation of criteria for their practical application by state bodies, institutions, organizations and other participants in the investment-construction process, as well as recipients of budget funds, who perform the functions of the state (municipal) customer, developer and technical customer.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to give understanding and clear explanation about teaching students’ listening skill by English video. Commonly, teaching listening through tape recorder, but in this research teacher shows different way, video is collaboration between pictures and sound components, and it contains a recording of a movie or television program. Students can be able to know the activity or a topic being discussion through visual aid and knowing the pictures expression clearly, this way can help students to get clear information both pronunciations and expression. Grade VIII of SMPN 15 Tangerang with total number is 20 students and 10 English teachersas the subject of the research.  Qualitative descriptive method is applied in this research to explain teaching process through video clearly, however, literature and questionnaere with close answer form is given to get the data. The result of this research are: firstly, teaching listening skill through video can be used by the teacher to make a listening class is more enjoyable and understandable, because audio visual aid can cover students various learning style, finally at the end of teaching and listening process the objectives of study can be gained. Secondly; teaching listening through video is very useful way to encourage and foster students’ listening skill and their interest.      Keywords: Using Video, Listening skill, teaching listening
