To effectively realize the business integration and collaboration in manufacturing enterprises, this paper provides an e-Enterprise framework for manufacturing enterprises and has a deep study on the application system integration mode and implementation technologies based on flexible information integration approach for e-Enterprise. With the flexible information technology, the integration between information systems transformed into the integration between adapters which dependent on the data itself and unrelated to the concrete information system, which helps the information systems to integrate with each other agilely on demand. Furthermore, the integrated operation mode of e-Enterprise in manufacturing enterprises is deeply studied. Finally, the e-Enterprise framework and operation mode is applied in an electric appliance set manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and achieves well application effects.

The traditional mode of the automobile manufacturing enterprise (ECL) integration is reviewed firstly. Relying on distribution center and its information platform and according to the development trend of the automobile manufacturing, a new integration mode——supply chain logistics intensive operation mode is put forward. The process and characteristics of this mode are analyzed; its logical model is established. At the end, this article analyzes the significance of the new mode to the car industry.

According to the existing problems and shortcomings of the manufacturing enterprise quality management, integrating with enterprises’ new needs of quality management in the recent implementation of QHSE( Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) system, this paper built an EII( Enterprise Information Integration)- Oriented QMS( Quality Management System) model, discussed the integrating problems involved in the system, then proposed the overall EII model. By analyzing the information integration relations between QMS and other enterprise applications, this paper put forward some practical ideas and principles of system integration, then built the framework of EII- Oriented QMS solutions. The aim of this paper is making full use of quality information, improving the quality of management and control, and helping manufacturing enterprises to better understand what EII- Oriented QMS is and how to make it a successful project.

Intense competition drives the need for dynamic and flexible integration of dispersed and heterogeneous information systems. This paper proposes a semantic gateway architecture for system integration in networked manufacturing to solve the semantic heterogeneity problems. The system integration mode based on semantic gateway is set up to enable unified expression and analysis of the information to be integrated, so that the flexibility and transparency of integration between heterogeneous systems are significantly improved.

This paper presents the effect of project and programme reference models in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) system development. The trend towards AEC projects becoming more globalized, with multiple projects and processes being conducted concurrently, requires information systems to be widely implemented in the industry. However, current information systems tend to be specific and individually-centred offerings. Also, the existing knowledge for the implementation of information system integration is not helpful because different organizations have different characteristics regarding work, information, processes, culture, and ideas. To address these issues, research was conducted to review the existing information system models which can be apply to construction project and programme management and their effects on developing an information reference model for an AEC information system. The reference model can be used as guidelines for developing a standardized information system for enterprise project management with information integration practice for various organizations. The model can also be used to outline software requirements in the process of selecting a project and programme management software system in the market. Thus, adoption of this reference model as an essential foundation will affect the data management, knowledge management, information analysis and sustainability aspects in AEC system development.

With the rapid development of market economy, enterprises face more intense market competition, especially manufacturing enterprises face huge challenges. How to shorten product time to market, improve product quality, reduce costs and provide high quality service is the enterprise in competition at the core of the problem. The development of CIMS conform to the trend of the development of manufacturing and computer today. In this paper, the information integration system based on CIMS application prospect in small and medium enterprises are analyzed and predicted, and the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises as an example of application in the enterprise information integration system based on CIMS problems are analyzed.

The traditional integration scheme has some disadvantages, such as complexity, high coupling degree of each system and large modification to the original system. The system integration platform is the combination of software and hardware, and it is the bridge and intermediary between various systems. Application system integration is realized through the integration platform, which forms a topology between the integration platform and each application system. Information interaction between systems is achieved through messaging. The medical supervision system should be set up. Development of a medical information management system includes integrated framework of medical security management system, dispute assessment system and protocol disposal system.

An increasing number of manufacturing enterprises commence to adopt flexible assembly line to meet the demands of the rapidly changing market. RFID technology is employed to collect the real-time production information in workshop and overcome difficulty to identify key production objects. In this paper, based on the RFID tag data model of smart objects, an RFID application solution on flexible assembly line is proposed, and an RFID-enabled manufacturing executing system is designed, which is integrated with the RFID-enabled real-time data capture system for flexible assembly line. In addition, the framework and integrated operation mode of corresponding RFID-enabled MES are established. The results of application in a motorcycle assembly line show obvious improvement in both production efficiency and quality.

Traditional data modelling techniques of DSS and modern knowledge representation methodologies of ES are inconsistent. A new unifying model is needed for integrating the two systems into a unified whole. After a brief review of data modelling techniques and knowledge representation methodologies, the unifying model will be described and integrated systems will be used to exemplify the usefulness of the unifying model.

Accounting information systems (AISs), the core module of any enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, are usually designed as centralised systems. Nowadays, the continuous development and applications of blockchain, or more broadly—distributed ledger technology (DLT), can change the architecture, overcome and improve some limitations of centralised systems, most notably security and privacy. An increasing number of authors are suggesting the application of blockchain technologies in management, accounting and ERPs. This paper aims to examine the emerging literature on this field, and an immediate result is that blockchain applications can have significant benefits. The paper’s innovative contribution and considerable objective are to examine if blockchain can be successfully integrated with AIS and ERPs. We find that blockchain can facilitate integration at multiple levels and better serve various purposes as auditing compliance. To demonstrate that, we analyse e-procurement systems and operations using case study research methodology. The findings suggest that DLT, decentralised finance (DeFI), and financial technology (FinTech) applications can facilitate integrating AISs and ERP systems and yield significant benefits for efficiency, productivity and security.
