BACKGROUND: With the gradual improvement of market economy, people' s consumption level is constantly improving, and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher. OBJECTIVES: In order to study the management accounting information analysis platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and realize the goal of accounting computerization, the application of AI in expert system is applied to the field of accounting information analysis. METHODS: The combination of subsystems is applied to the construction of AI accounting information Web system, and the feasibility analysis of its theory and technology is carried out. RESULTS: The results show that its effect is obvious: accelerating the flow of all information and promoting the change of enterprise management mode. Moreover, compared with the traditional system algorithm, the accuracy of the system model is improved by 6% and the time delay is reduced by 9ms, which makes the overall management level of the enterprise further improved, the scope of enterprise competition further expanded, the cost of enterprise saved

Given the results of years of research information on the properties of electrocardiosignals, set their properties, characteristic of the impulse nature, the proposed methods of information analysis of electrocardiosignals to diagnose diseases of internal organs at any stage of development, protected by patents of the Russian Federation. The main stages of the technology of information analysis of electrocardiosignals for the purpose of diagnostics of diseases of internal organs are described. The rationale for the diagnosis of these diseases at any stage of their development is given. Data were obtained according to which targeted therapeutic and preventive measures at the initial stage of disease development can provide effective prevention of their final stage, which is dangerous for human life due to its complications.

The State of Guanajuato, located in the center of Mexico, is one of the regions of the country with a high rate of infections of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in relation to its population size, according to official data provided by the federal government. Motivated by this fact, we undertook to further analyze such data in order to identify correlations between a possible complication of the COVID-19 disease, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and some non-transmissible chronic diseases and other comorbidities. To carry out our study, we rely on the KDD methodology and specialized machine-learning tools, that allow to extract hidden knowledge in the data, which cannot usually be obtained using traditional information analysis techniques. In this way, initially, the cases infected by the SARS-CoV-2 virus were characterized in a general way and, later, classification models were built to identify some rules among the comorbidity variables.

The purpose of the article is related to the search for new means and methods of developing the musical memory of the pianist-performer. So far, this problem has not been thoroughly covered and developed. The methodology is to apply the method of information analysis. This methodological approach allows you to better understand the importance of professional musical memory in the life of a musician in order to find ways to overcome the fear of forgetting the lyrics before going on stage. The scientific novelty of the work is to expand the understanding of the work of musical memory, especially the work of the brain with new information. Analysis and understanding of this problem allow the performer to feel freer on stage and choose the most effective ways to work on musical works in preparation for the concert. Conclusions. Understanding the principles of professional musical memory provides new opportunities for the realization of a musician in professional activities, increases self-esteem, self-confidence. Key words: musical memory, general musical memory, professional musical memory, figurative musical memory, emotional musical memory, concert activity, pianist-performer.

The article summarizes the pedagogical experience of applying the techniques of technology for the development of critical thinking in informatics lessons at school. The purpose, structure, the tasks of the technology for the development of critical thinking are determined, the algorithm of its application in teaching is described. The features of the implementation of each phase of the technology for the development of critical thinking are described: challenge, comprehension, reflection. An example of the classification of methods for the development of critical thinking in students in accordance with the structural components of thinking is given. On the example of specific themes of the school course of informatics ("Information", "Social Informatics", "Algorithmization and Programming", etc.), the possibilities of using the technology of developing critical thinking to activate and develop the thinking abilities of students are shown. The use of the technology of critical thinking in informatics lessons at school  allows students to master the methods of information analysis, the basics of semantic reading, that is important for the successful assimilation of subject knowledge

Abstract The ion channel TRPA1 is a promiscuous chemosensor, with reported response to a wide spectrum of noxious electrophilic irritants, as well as cold, heat, and mechanosensation. It is also implicated in the inception of itch and pain and has hence been investigated as a drug target for novel analgesics. The mechanism of electrophilic activation for TRPA1 is therefore of broad interest. TRPA1 structures with the pore in both open and closed states have recently been published as well as covalent binding modes for electrophile agonists. However, the detailed mechanism of coupling between electrophile binding sites and the pore remains speculative. In addition, while two different cysteine residues (C621 and C665) have been identified as critical for electrophile bonding and activation, the bound geometry has only been resolved at C621. Here, we use molecular dynamics simulations of TRPA1 in both pore-open and pore-closed states to explore the allosteric link between the electrophile binding sites and pore stability. Our simulations reveal that an open pore is structurally stable in the presence of open ‘pockets’ in the C621 / C665 region, but rapidly collapses and closes when these pockets are shut. Binding of electrophiles at either C621 or C665 provides stabilisation of the pore-open state, but molecules bound at C665 are shown to be able to rotate in and out of the pocket, allowing for immediate stabilisation of transient open states. Finally, mutual information analysis of trajectories reveals an informational path linking the electrophile binding site pocket to the pore via the voltage-sensing-like domain, giving a detailed insight into the how the pore is stabilized in the open state.

The problem of space music as a special cultural phenomenon requires scientific understanding. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the emergence and development of space rock as a specific trend in modern popular culture using the history of the “HAWKWIND” group as an example. The chronology of sound recordings of the “HAWKWIND” group as one of the founders of the “Space Rock Music” is established. The role of Dave Broсk, Bob Kalvert and other group participants in the creation of creative music programs is noted. It is proved that these musicians are the principles of the historical phenomenon, which received popularity as “Space Rock”. For the first time, the analysis of “HAWKWIND” sound documents through the prism of the history of space music development has been proposed.

This article presents the results of a theoretical study of the infl uence the outside air infi ltration through the enclosing structures of the walls on the amount the air’s exchange in low-rise residential buildings. Based on the information analysis from offi cial documents of state statistical and analytical bodies, the most frequently used external wall structures in modern low-rise residential construction have been determined. Based on the provisions analysis of modern regulatory documents in the construction’s fi eld, the minimum values the required air exchange were determined and the calculations of the values the infi ltration air fl ow through the outer walls for various premises of low-rise residential buildings were made. Based on the results of the analysis and calculations was made a generalizing conclusion that for the considered premises of modern low-rise residential buildings, at the expense of the infi ltration of outside air through the enclosing structures of the walls, it is impossible to provide even 20 % of the minimum air exchange.

One of the main objectives of today’s marketing strategy is to create holistic experiences that approach multisensory techniques, a goal that was accomplished due to the appearance of experiential marketing strategy. Despite its advantages, in Romania, this relatively new concept is not yet very popular among companies or marketing agencies. Therefore, qualitative marketing research was conducted to identify experiential marketing activities, the technology used, and marketing effectiveness metrics applied by six marketing agencies. The results have shown that experiential marketing is becoming quintessential as a modern-day communication arsenal, amplifying the customer's direct contact with a brand.
