Pharmaceutical is related to people's health and life safety directly, we can track and control pharmaceutical safety and quality by constructing the traceable system of pharmaceuticals whole life cycle, including raw materials, production, transportation and storage. This paper develops a pharmaceutical production management system based on RFID technology, the system realizes the drug security by RFID, puts forward a pharmaceutical coding method according to EPCgloble, constructs a scheduling method and a monitoring of the pharmaceutical production process, and then it will be traceable for the information of pharmaceutical production process.

With digital development of modern manufacturing enterprises, requirements for production process control, resource scheduling and cost analysis are increasing. Enterprises are therefore required to manage the information and process in order to reduce cost and production time and improve quality of products and services. Information for a enterprise concerns orders, raw materials, technology, manufacturing process and products, with huge amount of data and complex correlations among data. Accordingly, data model of integrated production management system is complicated and difficult to develop. This paper analyzes technological document, production plan, production task, production cost and process and control of business activities. Method of building a complete set of information model and process model for manufacturing enterprises is presented, which makes modeling more effective and standardized. As one common method, the model driven approach is introduced to set up the database structure and development strategy of integrated production management system, which may reduce the workload and difficulty of development. Development of a system is realized and verified in practice.

In a highly competitive environment among companies, standardization of processes has been one of the means to reduce errors, defects, and costs. Thus, the objective of this study is to investigate what is the best standard with parameters to be applied to the manufacture of corrugated cardboard in a company in the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM), aiming to reduce the number of wastes from this process. The data were collected from the production management system of company X and analyzed through brainstorming with the employees of the studied process. At the end of the research it was concluded that the parameters that most influence the generation of approximately 9 types of scrap are: (a) Temperature of the cover and core; b) Press pressure; c) Corrugate pressure; d) Glue crack; e) Pressure of the coil door brakes. To reduce factory waste, a standardized list was proposed containing the parameters for each composition, observing the peculiarities of this production process.

As an important tool of workshop information management, workshop production management system has improved the production efficiency, management level and market competitiveness greatly. Based on the characteristics of deep-water production facilities a related workshop management system has been developed in this paper. The way of workshop data acquisition is presented in detail, bar coding technology is applied in the system to facilitate the information collection of workshop. The workshop information model is probably analyzed, describing the flower of information and material in the workshop visually. In addition, the general structure and modules of the system that is divided into eight modules, such as the planning information management, production equipment management and workshop statistic is described. The structure of the software which is designed in Browser/Server model and information management database is also emphatically studied. The workshop production management system has become a bridge between the ERP at the higher level and the shop floor at the lower level, achieving the information exchanged and shared quickly, then making the workshop production process transparency. Through this system, director can track semi-finished parts in the production line, supervise the production equipment operation conditions, promise the worker in place timely and arrange production plan, manage the production process flexibly.

The art of chisel mask is developed in Tumpang Malang area as part of dance costume fairs, puppet show andcultural ritual, although in its development, this mask sculpture is also sold and become a tourism commodity. The potentialsales of mask sculptures is increasing, especially because of the demanders are foreign tourists, cultural enthusiasts andcomponent of tourism activities. That is, Topeng Malangan has the potential to be developed as an export commodity. Thesales system is still limited to cultural events or when there is a visit of education and tourism to the arts-padepokan. Thisprompted some people around the padepokan to start a home industry to meet the availability of the mask. In general, theproblems encountered by the craftsmen are (1) availability of raw materials, especially for suitable wood species, (2)production equipment, especially for pre-carving process and preservation of product, (3) there is no standard marketingscheme, (4) does not have a business management system, and (5) highly skilled craftsmen are still very limited. The solutionsoffered are divided into three stages: (1) technological strengthening, including strengthening production process technologyand increasing the number of craftsmen; (2) establishing business management; and (3) establishing trademarks, copyrightsand product marketing expansions

Based on the analyzing of the characteristics of a Body-In-White pressing production process a pressing workshop production management system has been given in order to make the ERP production scheduling more executable. The detailed function model of it such as task assignment, quality control, mold maintenance and production scheduling has been thoroughly discussed. In order to make the production line capability balance the task dispatching algorithm has been given and the dynamic dispatching and controlling process has been explained. This system can be integrated with the upper ERP/CAPP/PDM system which can improve the information level of a company.

In order to resolve problem of production plane and dispatch problem in manufacturing plant, a new production management system is proposed, and the key technology and application of system is discussed. Generation technology of dynamic structure tree is firstly introduced. More ever, dynamic report generation technology is also discussed and based data, and information management is realized based on JSP technology. Lastly, typical interface of workshop production management system is described.

The procedure of traceability of finished product, the regulating actions for tracking of products, beginning from the raw materials used for production of the single-part randomly chosen consumer package of a product and ending with shipment of this product to distributing facilities and also for tracking of processing of randomly chosen raw materials are offered. The traceability system does not guarantee a complete elimination of risk from arrival to the enterprise of improper raw and other materials, but allows tracking and identifying a source of nonconformance, after receiving of problem in quality of finished product. If a source of nonconformance is raw or other materials, then the manufacturer can allocate responsibilities for damage to property to the supplier of these raw or other materials. The procedure of traceability provides carrying out of training exercises at least once a year for determination of efficiency and working capacity of the current system of traceability, and also for identification and elimination of bottlenecks. For monitor and control over the stages of a process flow on the basis of the available database were proved the critical parameters of production process of confectionery, which control will allow to receive a safe product with the set technological and end-user performances.
