When the flexible deformation of composite materials directional pipe which influences the movement of rocket projectile is considered, the visual prototype is a good approach that calculates the course of rocket projectile launch. In this thesis, the mechanical model of bearing load of composite materials directional pipe is established, and the theory and arithmetic of calculation are expatiated. After the simulation model is established and simulation calculation is done, not only the needed data and results are gained, but also the movement principles of rocket projectile in directional pipe and the dynamic mechanical capabilities of FRP directional pipe are held.

This paper studies the experimental research on dynamic characteristics of the damping rubber in high elastic fastening by the electro-hydraulic servo movement tester. Based on a hypothesis superposition theory of nonlinear elastic restoring force and nonlinear damping force, a non-linear dynamic mechanical model is proposed. The dynamic stiffness and damping parameters of the rubber are obtained in different deformation conditions based on the dynamic mechanical model. The dynamic stiffness is analyzed, and the results show that dynamic stiffness is closely related to excitation frequency and amplitude. Furthermore the dynamic stiffness is analyzed under different free surface of rubber components by using FEM. That also reveals the changeable characteristics and affected factors of the damping rubber of the high elastic fastenings in large distortion condition.

This paper introduced a computer simulation model for composite materials which was reinforced by spherical particles. We introduced its algorithm and visualize the model with different particle volume fraction. In order to evaluate the uniformity of the particle distribution, we estimated Particle Center Density and standard deviation of minimal sphere distance.

Firstly mechanical model of hydraulic powerplant is established. Then mathematical model of hydraulic powerplant mount is established based on the analysis of mechanical model. And the simulation model is established in Matlab/Simulink. The results of simulation are attained by calculation. On the basis of aforementioned results, the analysis is made. Finally, this paper makes a summary and outlook.
