The development of information and communication technology has led to increasingly competitive competition among organizations. The management of the organization is required to build and develop a fast, precise and accurate information system (IS) to assist business activities in achieving organizational goals and providing services to stakeholders, especially in relation to data, information, technology and applications. ORACLE Architecture Development Process (OADP) is a method or frame of reference for building an information architecture oriented to business needs. This consists of the data architecture, applications, technology and implementation plans of the architectures that have been created to support business activities in achieving the organization mission. The OADP describes the data architecture, applications and technology required to support the organization business. Vocational High Schools cannot be separated from the needs of business and information architecture. A lot of information is generated from all processes that occur in the Vocational High School environment every day but the existing data management is not efficient because it has not been thoroughly connected. This may take a long time to process past data or calculate future needs because the data management process is still running separately. Because of these cases, the modeling information architecture in an organizational environment is required as a stage in supporting the running of business processes in the organization.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the Integrated Management Information System Model, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles and to analyze their implementation in improving educational services in Vocational High Schools, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely in three Vocational High Schools that had implemented an integrated management information system and research informants namely the principal, vice principal, head of governance business, teacher representatives and student representatives. The result of this research is an integrated management information system model in SMK Malang Regency using the Master-Web application which is implemented in the curriculum, student affairs, public relations, finance, workforce, and counseling sections. The information generated can be accessed by the principal and used as material for decision making to improve the quality of the school. The obstacles are some human resources who do not master IT, are not disciplined in inputting data, lack of care, lack of infrastructure, and weak system security. Keywords: Integrated management information system model; education services; SMK Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Model Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu, hambatan dan strategi mengatasi hambatan serta menganalisis implementasinya dalam meningkatkan layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yaitu di tiga SMK yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi manajemen terpadu dan informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, perwakilan guru dan perwakilan siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah Model sistem informasi manajemen terpadu di SMK Kabupaten Malang menggunakan aplikasi Master-Web yang diimplementasikan di bagian kurikulum, kesiswaan, hubungan masyarakat, keuangan, ketenagaan, dan bimbingan konseling. Informasi yang dihasilkan dapat diakses oleh kepala sekolah dan digunakan sebagai bahan pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Hambatannya adalah beberapa SDM yang tidak menguasai IT, tidak disiplin dalam menginput data, kurang peduli, kurangnya sarana prasarana, dan lemahnya keamanan sistem. An integrated information system is needed in an enterprise to support businessprocesses run by an enterprise. Therefore, to develop information system can use enterprisearchitecture approach which can define strategic planning of enterprise information system. SMPNegeri 1 Jambi can be viewed as an enterprise because there are entities that should be managedthrough an integrated information system. Since there has been no unification of different elementsin a unity yet, enterprise architecture model using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) isneeded which will obtain strategic planning of enterprise information system in SMP Negeri 1Jambi. The goal of strategic planning of information system with Enterprise Architecture Planning(EAP) is to define primary activities run by SMP Negeri 1 Jambi and support activities supportingprimary activities. They can be used as a basis for making data architecture which is the entities ofapplication architecture. At last, technology architecture is designed to describe technology neededto provide environment for data application. The plan of implementation is the activity plan madeto implemented architectures by enterprise.

This article analyzes the characteristics of complete sets of electrical appliances enterprise production and the current situation and the demand situation of enterprise information application, points out that the complete sets of electrical appliances enterprise information platform should be based on product data management, including CAX/CAPP/PDM/ERP integrated application platform. In this platform architecture, information integration of product data management is responsible for the management of design and process, generate BOM design and process of BOM, form the basis for ERP data, and ERP is responsible for the order of the original information input, logistics and cash flow. Using the corresponding interface design, PDM and ERP will keep database exchange of information. In the J2EE platform, establish the enterprise PDM and ERP system prototype. In system implementation, the phases of the modular structure, construct the enterprise information platform of the system. As to demonstrate the application, in a relatively short period of time, complete the implementation of a complete set of electric enterprise information system, and achieved remarkable results.

Alumni data is one example of an information system designed to be able to help the work of an agency or company both in processing data to provide complete data through the availability of information services. Similarly, SMP N 1 Dayun which has approximately 5800 alumni and forms a large family bond of alumni which has a vision of realizing the extended family ties of SMP N 1 Dayun as an alumni institution that can accommodate the aspirations of its members and can contribute to the development of the quality of education as school partners. But the alumni data management system that still uses printed documents, resulted in data management that cannot be done effectively and efficiently, and writing errors often occur, it is difficult to find alumni data that has been damaged, and the data is difficult to update because information about alumni can only be accessed through grupchat on social media, whatsapp. With this problem the researcher raised the title of the thesis that is Alumni Information System of SMP N 1 Dayun Using Laravel Framework in Kab. Siak The design of this information system uses usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams. Application of the waterfall method as a system development process. Using the programming language Framework Laravel, PHP and MySQL as a database. This information system is expected to help the school and alumni of SMP N 1 Dayun in managing data and as a bridge of hospitality.

With the development of technology, the data stored by humans is growing geometrically. Especially in the logistics industry, the rise of online e-commerce has created a huge data flow in the informatized logistics network. How to collect, analyze, and organize this information in time and analyze the meaning of this information from it is a difficult problem. The paper aims to learn the management of logistics systems from the perspective of statistics. This article uses random analysis of 1,000 customers’ logistics records from the logistics enterprise information system, uses mathematical analysis and matrix theory to analyze the correlation among them, and analyzes customer types and shopping. The information on habits, daily consumption patterns, and brand preferences is classified and summarized using mathematical statistics. The experimental results show that the results of the study can well reflect customers’ daily habits and consumption habits. The experimental data show that mining effective and accurate information from massive information can help companies to quickly make decisions, formulate scientific logistics management programs, improve operating efficiency, reduce operating costs, and obtain good benefits.

Student activity unit (UKM) STMIK KOMPUTAMA MAJENANG is a student organization outside the classroom that is engaged in various fields, such as Wanacetta, Racana Pramuka, Sports, Web Programing, etc. Information dissemination to UKM itself is not yet fully effective, it needs information media to publish information related to UKM. Among other things, to find out information related to the field of UKM, participate in UKM, and can also participate in managing UKM management. Therefore, this system was created to help students and lecturers to get information about UKM and facilitate data management that can be accessed via a Web browser. This information system was created using the Waterfall method, Boostrap Framework, Html, Css, PHP programming language and MYSQL database. This system is still in the form of a design or prototype that has not been fully completed, it is still in the development process. So that there is still a need for further processes in completing the Prototype of this System both from Design, Content of the website, Testing, and also maintenance.

Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise Sistem Informasi Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Sosial, dan Transmigrasi (Disnakersostrans) Kabupaten Purwakarta dirancang dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) dengan metode Architecture Development Method (ADM). Penggunaan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM digunakan sebagai acuan dalam merencanakan suatu arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi sehingga dapat dibangun suatu sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang saling terintegrasi dan selaras dengan kebutuhan aktivitas bisnis organisasi khususnya dalam pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap organisasi. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan metode Value Chain. Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan proses bisnis yang ada di Disnakersostrans Kabupaten Purwakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blue print arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi yang menghasilkan lima aplikasi lama yaitu IPK, SIMPKH, SIMDA, SISKOTKLN dan TKA online dan dua puluh tiga aplikasi baru. Serta menghasilkan arsitektur teknologi berupa arsitektur jaringan sebagai acuan dalam pembangunan sistem lebih lanjut, sehingga dapat menunjang proses bisnis yang ada di Disnakersostrans Kabupaten Purwakarta.      Kata kunci: TOGAF, ADM, arsitektur enterprise, sistem informasi, blue print The enterprise information system architecture planning of Manpower, Social and Transmigration Office (Disnakersostrans) of Purwakarta is designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). The TOGAF ADM framework is used as a reference in planning an enterprise information system architecture so that it can build an information system and information technology that is integrated and aligned with the needs of the organization's business activities especially in the service to the community. Data collection is done by interview and direct observation to the organization. Analytical tools used are Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Value Chain method. Enterprise architecture planning is aimed to build information systems and information technology in harmony with existing business processes in the Disnakersostrans Purwakarta. The results of this research are the blue print of business architecture, data architecture, application architecture that produces five old applications namely IPK, SIMPKH, SIMDA, SISKOTKLN and TKA online and twenty three new applications. As well as produce technology architecture in the form of network architecture as a reference in further development of the system, so it can support the existing business processes in the Office of Disnakersostrans Purwakarta.Keywords: TOGAF, ADM, enterprie architect, information system, blue print

Research conducted is the development of a campus information system planning model in the form of a blueprint which includes business architecture, data architecture, and application architecture to support the business activities of universities using TOGAF ADM. The results of this study are expected to provide practical contributions to decision makers in universities in planning the development of information systems architecture in the management of universities in accordance with the vision and mission set by conducting several stages of analysis to find gaps so as to produce a campus information system planning model in the form of bluprint which includes business architecture, data, applications and technology to support the business activities of universities
