Fenomena layanan digital yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini sangat menarik. Mobile Banking merupakan layanan digital di bidang perbankan. Layanan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah nasabah melakukan transaksi keuangan (perbankan) untuk penggunaan teknologi informasi (Mobile Banking). Mobile Banking diartikan sebagai fasilitas bagi nasabah bank untuk dapat melakukan aktifitas perbankan mereka secara lebih leluasa, dimana saja, kapan saja, dan tanpa harus secara fisik mengunjungi bank tersebut. Layanan yang disediakan menyesuaikan mobilitas konsumen. Guna memenuhi harapan konsumen, perbankan melakukan inovasi dengan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi dan memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi, diantaranya dengan fitur ATM, SMS banking, internet banking, phone banking dan mobile banking. Evaluasi sistem informasi merupakan aspek penting dalam menilai keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi. Tujuan utama evaluasi penerimaan Aplikasi Mobile Mandiri Online terhadap minat Nasabah menggunakan metode UTAUT II yaitu untuk menguji adanya pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, price value, dan habit terhadap minat nasabah menggunaan mobile banking pada nasabah Mandiri cabang Solo.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the UTAUT and Trust factors on the Behavioral Intention of BNI mobile banking users on Indonesian Migrant Workers. Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Trust as independent variables, Behavioral intention as the dependent variable, and Gender and Age as moderators in this study. The sampling technique used in this study is a side probability as a sampling method. Where probability sampling in this study provides equal opportunities for each element in the population to be selected. Researchers used simple random sampling where the distribution of samples was carried out randomly within the population and each member had the same opportunity. Data collection was carried out by distributing survey questionnaires which were filled in by 100 Indonesian Migrant Workers' participants. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS 3.3.2. The results showed that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Trust towards the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users to Indonesian Migrant Workers simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially there is an influence on the Facilitating conditions variable on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users for Indonesian Migrant Workers, but there is no influence on Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Trust on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users for Indonesian Migrant Workers. There is no influence of the Gender and Age variables in moderating the effect of the Facilitating conditions variable on the Behavioral intention of BNI Mobile banking users to Indonesian Migrant Workers.

M-banking is an innovative digital application that provides convenience in transactions and this technology benefits both customers and banks. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the customer's intention to use m-banking and the role of trust in influencing the UTAUT construct. The UTAUT model that is expanded with trust variables is used in this study. Data was collected through an empirical study based survey of 243 participants in Jakarta, using convenience sampling. The study results show that there is a significant relationship between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and trust with behavioral intention. Moreover, trust significantly influence performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence. The findings theoretically are able to prove the factors that influence the customer's mobile banking adoption, where the effort expectancy factor is the factor that most influences the intention to use m-banking in Indonesia.

Perkembangan pesat teknologi saat ini berdampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan, salah satunya pada sektor perbankan. Riset DBS Bank di Indonesia menunjukkan 41% frekuensi transaksi perbankan tahun 2018 adalah transaksi mobile banking. Kalimantan Timur sendiri sebagai salah satu provinsi dengan pendapatan perkapita dan pengeluaran konsumsi yang tinggi, penggunaan internet masih rendah, berdasarkan riset APJII 2018 tercatat berada di posisi kedua terendah dalam penggunaan internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan model UTAUT modifikasi budaya berdasarkan teori culture dimension Hoftstede menggunakan metode quota sampling dengan jumlah 300 responden non-pengguna mobile banking. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software WarpPLS 6.0 Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi minat nasabah di provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam mengadopsi layanan mobile banking secara berurutan adalah Effort expectancy, Performance expectancy, dan Social influence. Behavioral Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Usage Behavior. Variabel moderator budaya Individualism/Collectivitism (IDV) memperkuat hubungan Behavioral Intention (BI) dan Usage Behavior (UB).

Nasabah dapat melakukan transaksi dimana dan kapan saja tanpa batas waktu. Evaluasi sistem informasi merupakan aspek penting dalam menilai keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi. Tujuan utama evaluasi penerimaan Aplikasi Mobile Banking BNI terhadap minat Nasabah menggunakan UTAUT yaitu untuk menguji adanya pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expextancy, social influence dan facilitating condition terhadap minat nasabah menggunaan mobile banking pada nasabah BNI cabang UGM di Yogyakarta.

Recently, the using of mobile banking facilities are increasingly in demand because it considered effective for customers. This research used BCA mobile banking users as respondents. The aim of this research is to determine factors that affects Behavioral Intention of BCA mobile banking users. Sampling from 138 respondents among generation Y by probability sampling method. The researcher collected data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the data were analyzed by using software SPSS Statistics version 24. The results showed that Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating, Security, and Self Efficacy affected positively toward Behavioral Intention for BCA mobile banking users among generation Y. The study could contribute to BCA or other banks to analyze and improve their mobile banking services to increase mobile banking usage among generation Y. Akhir-akhir ini, fasilitas mobile banking semakin diminati karena penggunaannya dianggap efektif bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan nasabah BCA yang pengguna mobile banking sebagai responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh pada intensi perilaku pengguna mobile banking BCA. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 138 responden di kalangan generasi Y dengan metode probability sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan data dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS Statistics version 24. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating, Security, dan Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi perilaku pengguna mobile banking BCA di kalangan Gen Y. Hasil studi ini dapat membantu BCA ataupun industri perbankan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan layanan mobile banking untuk meningkatkan penggunaan mobile banking BCA dari generasi Y.

This study investigates some key determinants of the intention to use internet banking in Vietnam. The research model was developed based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The model was tested by a sample of 264 non users of internet banking in HCM city. The results show that performance expectancy, social influence, perceived credibility and anxiety significantly impact customers’ intention to adopt internet banking. In addition, results also show that effort expectancy and self-efficacy do not affect the intention to use internet banking.

Business simulation games (BSGs) are educational tools that help students develop business management knowledge and skills. However, to date, relatively little research has investigated the factors that influence students’ BSG usage intention. Grounded on the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, this study helped to fill this gap by exploring intention to use BSGs. Specifically, this study investigated the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price value on behavioral intention to use BSGs. Data collected from 141 useful respondents were tested against the research model using partial least square approach. The results of this study indicated that behavioral intention to use BSGs was influenced by facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price value. Unexpectedly, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were not predictive of students’ behavioral intention to use BSGs. These findings enhanced our understanding of students’ BSG usage behavior and provided several important theoretical and practical implications for the application of BSG in the context of business and management education.

Abstrak Objektif. Aplikasi Gojek merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang menjadi pintu masuk bagi pelanggan untuk mendapatkan layanan yang disediakan PT Gojek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Gojek menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan 4 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat yaitu ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi, dan niat perilaku. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Gojek  pada SMK MVP Ars Internasional. Material and Metode. Model UTAUT digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan penerimaan aplikasi Gojek agar dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil. Dari pengolahan data tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,867 terhadap niat perilaku, artinya antara variabel independen dan dependen dalam penelitian ini memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat, nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 75,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain. Kesimpulan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku aplikasi Gojek. Sedangkan secara parsial, hanya variabel ekspektasi kinerja dan faktor sosial yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku aplikasi Gojek. Sedangkan variabel ekspektasi usaha dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku dalam menggunakan aplikasi Gojek. Abstrack Objective. Gojek application is an android-based application that is the entrance for customers to get the services provided PT Gojek Indonesia. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of Gojek applications using the UTAU) method with 4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Behavioral Intention. This research was conducted on 100 respondents of the Gojek application SMK MVP Ars International. Materials and Methods. The UTAUT model is used to determine the level of success in accepting Gojek applications to be accepted by the community. The data processing method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 software. Results From the data processing, the results show that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a correlation value of 0,867 to behavioral intention, meaning between independent and dependent variables in this study has a strong relationship, the value of R Square (R2) of 75,2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Conclusion. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously, the variable performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions positively and significantly affect the behavioral intention of Gojek applications. While partially, only the performance expectancy and social influence variables that have a positive and significant influence on the behavioral intention of Gojek application. While the effort expectancy and facilitating conditions variable does not have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intentionin using the Gojek application.

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dan Arsip (SIPA) adalah sebuah website yang dikembangkan oleh perpustakaan daerah di kabupaten Buleleng sebagai alternative dalam mendukung pengelolaan dan mempermudah pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dan Arsip (SIPA) di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan berdasarkan menggunakan Model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) dengan menggunakan empat variabel bebas yakni  performance expectancy,  effort expectancy, social influence dan  facilitating conditions sebagai variable bebas dengan  behavioral intention dan use behavior sebagai variable terikat dan variable moderator Age, Gender dan experience. Variabel Ekpektansi Kinerja dan variabel Ekspektasi usaha tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap  minat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. Pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan, Kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan, Variabel moderator jenis kelamin tidak memperkuat hubungan antara ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha dan pengaruh sosial terhadap minat penggunaan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan. PurposeThe study analysed the factors influencing real estate firms' (REFs) decision to adopt virtual reality (VR) technology using the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method. This was done to enhance the practice of real estate agency in Nigeria.Design/methodology/approachData were elicited from eight real estate experts. These experts were heads of the agency department of firms that had been in existence for a minimum of five years in the Lagos property market. The data analysed in this study were collected with the aid of a questionnaire.FindingsThe result revealed that use intention was influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value and UB. Also, facilitating conditions, habit and use intention did not influence use behaviour. Overall, six constructs, which include price value (Ri − Cj value = 0.1284), use behaviour (Ri − Cj value = 0.0666), social influence (Ri − Cj value = 0.0583), facilitating conditions (Ri − Cj value = 0.0323), performance expectancy (Ri − Cj value = 0.0196) and effort expectancy (Ri − Cj value = 0.0116), were significant predictors of the factors influencing the decision of REFs to adopt VR. Of these constructs, the Ri − Cj values indicated that price value had the highest causative influence.Practical implicationsThe result of this study will bring REFs to the consciousness of the factors that could affect their adoption of VR technology. This study will also assist the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in appropriately enlightening REFs on the integration of VR technology into the agency practice especially at this time when all health protocols and guidelines need to be observed to help flatten the curve of the Covid-19 pandemic.Originality/valueThis study is the first to have an insight into the analysis of the factors influencing REFs' decision to adopt VR technology using the DEMATEL method.
