The research objective of this article is to determine (1) what leadership style does the principal apply? (2) What strategy did the principal use? (3) What affects the leadership style and strategy of the principal in carrying out inclusive education? Using the search and review method of articles, the review process begins with the search engine, Google scholar and DOAJ, to search for articles with keywords. The results of the review show that (1) principals adopt different leadership styles and (2) principals implement various strategies. (3) The factors that influence the various styles and strategies are diverse resources, government policies, and local values.

To find out the foundation of Islam, the soul of Pancasila to shape the character of the 2045 Golden Generation. The review process starts with a search engine (google scholar) to search for articles. Searches range from 2013-2020. Most of the research results show that Pancasila is the implementation of Islamic teachings so that practicing the values of Pancasila is part of worship in accordance with Islamic teachings and practicing Islam as a form of devotion and loyalty to the Indonesian nation Pancasila (Five Pillars) with values that able to build the character of youth in facing the challenges of the 2045 Golden Generation. The great hope is that in 2045 Indonesia will be filled with a generation that has noble character and has the spirit of Pancasila so that good character is formed, with the character instilled in the golden generation must be based on three aspects, namely the value of honesty, the value of truth and the value of justice. The character of the 2045 Golden Generation is the main force in building the nation’s future. So it is very important that the application of Pancasila values in the midst of society is synergized again with religious teachings in schools and further education institutions to students and the nation’s generation, in order to support the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), independence, sovereignty, and shape the character of the Generation. The objectives of this research were to examine the Influence of Principal Leadership toward Teacher Performance. This research consists of independent variables (Principal Leadership) and the dependent variable (Teacher performance). This research was used a qualitative descriptive method by Literature Review. Data collected by a search engine, google scholar, to search the articles with keywords. Principal’s leadership and teacher performance. Based on the results of the literature review we found that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance across various countries, in general, it can be concluded that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance.

The importance of participatory leadership practices in schools attracts researchers to research, and this article is used to test how participatory leadership practices in schools. The review process begins with a search engine, Google Scholar, to search for articles with keywords, participatory leadership. There are several articles on the review of participatory leadership practices especially in the Asian context, which can be found. The purpose of this review is to investigate participatory leadership practices at schools in the Asian context. Based on the results of literature reviews from various countries in Asia, we find that practice. Strong participatory leadership can create structures to facilitate the work of teachers by strengthening organizational belief systems and these factors together encourage student learning and leadership is carried out persuasively creating harmonious cooperation, fostering loyalty and participation of subordinates.

ABSTRAK Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa faktor risiko individu dan fisik mempengaruhi gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja (gotrak), namun hanya sedikit penelitian yang berfokus pada faktor risiko psikososial. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko psikososial terhadap terjadinya gotrak pada pekerja. Pencarian literatur dalam penelitian ini mengumpulkan data sekunder yang berasal dari artikel pada jurnal nasional dan internasional yang telah diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2020 yang diperoleh dari search engine “google scholar”. Hasil yang didapatkan sebanyak 1779 artikel pada jurnal nasional dan internasional kemudian disaring berdasarkan kesesuaian judul, abstrak, isi dan kriteria inklusi sehingga diperoleh sebanyak enam belas artikel (satu artikel pada jurnal nasional dan lima belas artikel pada jurnal internasional). Sebanyak enam belas artikel tersebut dianalisis dan diproses melalui tahapan organize, synthesize, identify, dan analisis lanjut untuk menemukan jawaban dari perumusan masalah. Dari enam belas artikel yang dianalisis, terdapat dua artikel dengan desain penelitian kohort dan empat belas artikel dengan desain potong lintang. Seluruh artikel menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor psikososial dengan gotrak, namun hal ini tergantung variabel psikososial yang diteliti. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor psikososial terhadap kurangnya kepuasan kerja, kurangnya kontrol kerja, gaji yang tidak memadai, kurangnya penghargaan, stres kerja, gangguan tidur, tuntutan kerja harus cepat selesai, kerja yang monoton dan konflik keluarga terhadap terjadinya gotrak. Namun belum ada penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan interpersonal dengan rekan kerja/atasan, dukungan rekan kerja, keputusan yang bertentangan dan komitmen berlebih di tempat kerja terhadap terjadinya gotrak.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tingginya prevalansi pruritus pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pruritus uremik pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa berdasarkan telaah literatur review. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan mengumpulkan beberapa artikel jurnal yang populasinya terdiri dari 169 artikel yang terdiri dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang berkaitan dengan karakteristik pruritus pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 Jurnal yang terdiri dari 3 jurnal nasional dan 11 jurnal internasional. Teknik pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian yaitu dengan cara mengakses jurnal dari internet dengan search engine Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) dan PubMed. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan Introduction, Methods, Result, Discussion (IMRD). Hasil penelitian melalui telaah literature menunjukan bahwa pruritus lebih sering pada usia di atas 55 tahun; lebih sering muncul pada jenis kelamin laki-laki; rata-rata pasien yang menderita pruritus yakni pendidikan menengah dan sering dirasakan pada pasien yang tidak bekerja dibandingkan dengan yang bekerja; skala pruritus rata-rata dirasakan pada skala sedang; pruritus sering muncul pada malam hari; rata-rata durasi pruritus terjadi kurang dari 6 jam perhari; area tubuh yang sering terkena pruritus yaitu dada, punggung dan bokong. Tetapi hal tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan juga dapat muncul di seluruh tubuh serta berdampak mempengaruhi kualitas hidup terutama kualitas tidur. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk dilakukannya penelitian selanjutnya mengenai karakteristik pruritus pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa khususnya pengaruh lama hemodialisa terhadap munculnya pruritus.

The performance of organization can be seen to the extent of work productivity has been produced. Generally, productivity is defined as the influence between real  and physical  results with actual input. This study  discusses the influence of leadership style and intensive on motivation and its impact on performance in the Bungo District Livestock and Fisheries Office. Data were obtained using questionnaire and literature review methods, with 54 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and statistical methods through path analysis. This study resulted in a leadership style, incentives, motivation and performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office, both for the leadership style with a score of 1930, for incentives with a score of 1438, for motivation with a score of 804 and performance at a score of 2342 in the very high category. Leadership style towards the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office has a direct or indirect influence with a value of 20.35%. The incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 0.205%.  The  leadership  style  and incentives for the  motivation  of the Bungo Regency  Animal  Husbandry  and  Fisheries  Office  have  a  direct  or  indirect influence with a value of 2.86%. There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 1.43%. There is an incentive effect on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 2.65%. The leadership style and incentives for the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an influence of 2.471%. The influence of motivation  on  the  performance  of  the Bungo  District  Animal  Husbandry  and Fisheries Office is at 4.057%. Leadership styles and incentives through motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an effect of 1.478%.

Background: In the current era of globalization, the Indonesian government's problem today is the weakening of nationalism and patriotism among the millennial generation. The large number of foreign cultures that have entered Indonesia has caused a sense of nationalism and patriotism. In addition, Indonesia is also facing the problem of spreading the Covid-19 virus. During the pandemic, various policies set by the government received protests from some circles because they felt their freedom was restricted. Therefore, the awareness of millennial generation nationalism is needed, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like today. This research aims to make millennials aware of nationalism sense, which mainly to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This research is used to answer the questions of what the problems that arise due to the waning of the spirit of nationalism during the pandemic are? and what efforts should be made to maintain the spirit of nationalism? Methods: This research is a qualitative study using the literature review method. The articles used are research published in 2019 to 2021 in Google Scholar, with keywords that match the topic of millennial generation nationalism in the Covid-19 pandemic. Results and Discussion: The results of the study found that the spirit of Indonesian nationalism during the Covid-19 pandemic was decreasing. The decline in the sense of nationalism is due to several government policies that impact the psychology of society and the Indonesian economy. As a result, society, particularly the millennial generation, must play a role in breaking the chain of the Covid-19 virus's propagation by following the government's health standards. Conclusion: The government and society need to work together to understand nationalism in the millennial generation, especially in dealing with problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, various efforts need to be made to foster the spirit of nationalism and overcome the Covid-19 pandemic. So that later, it can produce a generation that upholds the value of nationalism in everyday life.

Jerawat adalah penyakit kulit yang tidak mematikan dan umum terjadi yang bisa dialami oleh 80% masyarakat yang berusia 12 – 14 tahun. Kemunculan jerawat umumnya akan terjadi di usia pubertas (8-9 tahun) dimana pada usia ini produksi hormon androgen meningkat drastis dan mempengaruhi sekresi keratin dan sebum(florentinus, 2014).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri remaja akhir berhubungan dengan adanya jerawat berdasarkan literature riview. Metode penelitian ini merupakan literature review dengan menggunakan search engine Google Scholar dengan jumlah populasi 1.640 artikel dan sampel sebanyak 6 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil dari penelitian literature review didapatkan ada hubungan tingkat kepercayaan diri dengan tumbuhnya jerawat pada remaja. Kesimpulannya tingkat kepercayaan diri remaja dapat terpengaruhi dengan adanya jerawat, semakin tinggi tingkat keparahan maka semakin kurang dalam kepercayaan diri.

The style or way of a principal in leading an organization greatly determines teachers' performance under his leadership. This study aims to assess the principal's leadership style, which can improve teacher performance. This research uses literature review research. The writings reviewed in this study are articles with the keywords of principal leadership, leadership best practices and teacher performance. This study uses 15 articles published in the 2010-2020 period. In the data analysis process, we conducted an analysis of leadership styles that have succeeded in increasing teacher competence based on the results of previous studies. This study shows that (1) principals who apply a leadership style that can provide motivation and provide change for their subordinates are proven to improve an educator's performance. (2) principals who apply democratic, responsible and managerial leadership styles can improve teacher performance (3) principals who apply leadership styles that are comfortable, conducive and skilled at work can improve teacher performance. (4) principals who apply a leadership style that is skilled in solving problems and influencing their subordinates in terms of kindness are proven to increase educators' performance. (5) Leaders who have a clear vision and mission that are strong, have hope, protect, encourage, and guide their subordinates to do work according to their duties and functions, this leadership style can improve educators' performance.

Literature review ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingginya angka kejadian hipertensi yang merupakan penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas di berbagai kalangan. Hipertensi juga merupakan faktor risiko dari penyakit jantung iskemik dan stroke yang termasuk lima posisi tertinggi dalam penyebab kematian terbanyak di dunia. Upaya dalam menurunkan angka kejadian dan komplikasi hipertensi salah satunya dengan terapi SEFT. SEFT memberikan efek relaksasi sehingga mampu menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh SEFT terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dimana pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan mengakses internet menggunakan search engine Google Scholar dan Portal Garuda, terdiri dari 230 populasi dan didapatkan 11 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan SEFT terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. SEFT memberikan efek relakasasi terhadap tubuh sehingga menekan pengeluaran hormon-hormon pemicu meningkatnya tekanan darah seperti adrenalin, kortisol dan neropinefrin. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya yakni literature review ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk peneliti selanjutnya dalam melakukan literature review dengan perbaikan metedologi.
