To find out the foundation of Islam, the soul of Pancasila to shape the character of the 2045 Golden Generation. The review process starts with a search engine (google scholar) to search for articles. Searches range from 2013-2020. Most of the research results show that Pancasila is the implementation of Islamic teachings so that practicing the values of Pancasila is part of worship in accordance with Islamic teachings and practicing Islam as a form of devotion and loyalty to the Indonesian nation Pancasila (Five Pillars) with values that able to build the character of youth in facing the challenges of the 2045 Golden Generation. The great hope is that in 2045 Indonesia will be filled with a generation that has noble character and has the spirit of Pancasila so that good character is formed, with the character instilled in the golden generation must be based on three aspects, namely the value of honesty, the value of truth and the value of justice. The character of the 2045 Golden Generation is the main force in building the nation’s future. So it is very important that the application of Pancasila values in the midst of society is synergized again with religious teachings in schools and further education institutions to students and the nation’s generation, in order to support the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), independence, sovereignty, and shape the character of the Generation. Gold 2045.

The politics of math are of newfound concern today, due to the outsize influence of algorithms and code in contemporary life. While only a few years ago, tech authors were still hawking Silicon Valley as the great hope for humanity, today one is more likely to hear how Big Tech increases social inequality, how algorithms are racist, and how math is a weapon. Do algorithms discriminate along gendered lines? Do mathematical systems harbor an essential bias? This essay shows that mathematics has long been defined through an elemental gendering, that within such typing there exists a prohibition on mixing the types, and that the two core types themselves (geometry and arithmetic) are mutually intertwined using notions of hierarchy, foreignness, and priority. The author concludes that whatever incidental biases it may display, mathematics also contains an essential bias.

Sidotopo Village, Kedungsari Village, North Magelang, Magelang City is a densely populated area and a wide variety of people live in the area. The characteristics of the people who live in the area are diverse in their occupations and education, some residents do not receive formal education and some residents also work odd jobs, ranging from garbage collectors, food sellers and others. Awareness of a clean, healthy and characterized life seems to be lacking in local residents, as evidenced by the fact that there are still people who throw garbage in the river, do not recognize the importance of exercise and food intake with good nutrition, and lack of understanding of national character in terms of defending the country. Mentoring/socialization about clean, healthy and character living is a solution in forming a healthy and characterized society. The assistance provided to the community is an understanding of clean living, an understanding of the importance of maintaining health by exercising, and the importance of having a strong national character. So there is great hope to add insight to the community to be able to live healthy and have character in Sidotopo Village. Keywords: Clean Living, Healthy Exercise, Love for the Motherland.

Abstract Background Strategies to control coronavirus 2019 disease (COVID-19) have often been based on preliminary and limited data and have tended to be slow to evolve as new evidence emerges. Yet knowledge about COVID-19 has grown exponentially, and the expanding rollout of vaccines presents further opportunity to reassess the response to the pandemic more broadly. Main text We review the latest evidence concerning 10 key COVID-19 policy and strategic areas, specifically addressing: 1) the expansion of equitable vaccine distribution, 2) the need to ease restrictions as hospitalization and mortality rates eventually fall, 3) the advantages of emphasizing educational and harm reduction approaches over coercive and punitive measures, 4) the need to encourage outdoor activities, 5) the imperative to reopen schools, 6) the far-reaching and long-term economic and psychosocial consequences of sustained lockdowns, 7) the excessive focus on surface disinfection and other ineffective measures, 8) the importance of reassessing testing policies and practices, 9) the need for increasing access to outpatient therapies and prophylactics, and 10) the necessity to better prepare for future pandemics. Conclusions While remarkably effective vaccines have engendered great hope, some widely held assumptions underlying current policy approaches call for an evidence-based reassessment. COVID-19 will require ongoing mitigation for the foreseeable future as it transforms from a pandemic into an endemic infection, but maintaining a constant state of emergency is not viable. A more realistic public health approach is to adjust current mitigation goals to be more data-driven and to minimize unintended harms associated with unfocused or ineffective control efforts. Based on the latest evidence, we therefore present recommendations for refining 10 key policy areas, and for applying lessons learned from COVID-19 to prevent and prepare for future pandemics.

With the increasing number of elderly people, of course, there will be more and more complex problems that must be faced by these elderly people. Elderly people are no longer independent or dependent on others, unable to carry out activities on their own, need caregivers, have cognitive and functional decline, have complex psychosocial problems, and have multiple diseases. This study aims to provide an overview of the form of support and its impact on the health of the elderly by providing an overview through literature review research. Research data was obtained through literature study and hermeneutics. Family support can provide great hope for elderly people to continue to instill many positive things and reduce the negative possibilities experienced by them. Ways to provide support to the elderly can be: taking family members for walks, hanging out with friends, being with them throughout the day, and respecting one another. The benefits of providing the above are that there is an increasingly close family relationship, trusted by elderly parents, to be asked for any help, not awkward in expressing any opinion. This has an impact on the emotional stability of the elderly in living their lives.

Due to its simple gain selection and implementation procedures high-gain sliding mode control idea was introduced. Apart from achieving robustness features, the aim was to reduce product-design cycle time. To overcome its basic chattering issues, it was replaced by complex super twisting control (STC). Subsequently, the research in this field has been extensive, intense and persistent. The idea has been validated in several applications generating great hope in minds of industry experts. Its real success, however, would depend on its adoption and diffusion into industry domain, where an analysis of validating STC based products is due. In STC, selection of gains is based on worst-case values of disturbance and/or its derivative. Can such procedure ensure controller’s reliable functioning? This article proposes that such simplistic procedure of gain selection may not work for power electronics controllers where, particularly, the actuation or controlled power transfer to load is through magnetically-coupled system. Using practical approach, this article elaborates that optimally designed transformer, driven by high-gain super twisting controller, invites problem of core saturation leading to higher switching losses, poor operating duty cycle of the system and there could be problem of reliability. It further details an alternate high-gain controller that generates superior efficacy.

Regenerative medicine, using cells as therapeutic agents for the repair or regeneration of tissues and organs, offers great hope for the future of medicine. Cell therapy for treating defects in articular cartilage has been an exemplar of translating this technology to the clinic, but it is not without its challenges. These include applying regulations, which were designed for pharmaceutical agents, to living cells. In addition, using autologous cells as the therapeutic agent brings additional costs and logistical challenges compared with using allogeneic cells. The main cell types used in treating chondral or osteochondral defects in joints to date are chondrocytes and mesenchymal stromal cells derived from various sources such as bone marrow, adipose tissue or umbilical cord. This review discusses some of their biology and pre-clinical studies before describing the most pertinent clinical trials in this area.
