The integrity of financial statements is related to one of the characteristics required by IFRS, namely faithful representation. The financial statements that are presented must contain information that is relevant and reliable so that it has high integrity and can be used by stakeholders in making decisions. In reality, realizing the integrity of financial statements is a difficult thing. There have been several cases that cast doubt on the level of integrity of financial statements. One of them happened to PT Jiwasraya (Persero) recently. This research is aimed to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms proxied by (institutional ownership, proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committee meetings) and leverage on the integrity of financial statements using a conservatism index approach in the market book value. Firm size as a control variable. The population is BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018 with a sample of 22 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The results of the common effect model test that only the audit committee meeting variable has a significant influence on the integrity of the financial statements, while the variable institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners and leverage has an effect but is not significant on the integrity of the financial statement

<p>The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of good corporate governance (Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership), Leverage and Company Size on the integrity of financial statements. The sample used in the study was 33 companies listed in the LQ45 category on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, institutional ownership has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. However, the audit committee, managerial ownership, leverage and company size have no influence on the integrity of financial statements.</p>

The influence of Corporate Governance Structure  on Integrity Corporate Financial Statements of the LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014. (Under the guidance of Dr. H. Ardi Paminto, MS and Herry Ramadhani, SE., MM). The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance Structure on Integrity Corporate Financial Statements of the LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014. The data used in this study is 18 companies using criteria through purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression SPSS 19.0. The results of this study indicate that the institutional ownership has a negative and significant influence on integrity corporate financial statements, Managerial Ownership is positive but no significant effect on integrity corporate financial statements, Audit Committee is positive and has a significane effect on integrity corporate financial statements, Independent Commissioner is negative and no significant effect on integrity corporate financial statements.Keywords:  Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee and Independent Commissioner.

All information in a company's financial statements is useful for investors and users of financial statements because the information contained in financial statements can be used by interested parties or users of financial statements for consideration in making economic decisions, but sometimes the attention of financial statement users or investors is only focused on earnings information. The purpose of this research is to find out. Effect of Good Corporate Governance managerial ownership of institutional ownership and the Audit Committee on Company Value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The companies that became the population in this study were 24 manufacturing companies. The variables in this study were managerial ownership, institutional ownership and an audit committee on Company Value. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the managerial ownership regression coefficient is 0.304, t count (3.847)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.000), <(0.05), institutional ownership is 0.337, t count (3.375)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.001) <(0.05) and audit committee 0.341, t count (4.110)>ttable (1.66) and sign (0.000) <(0.05) based on the coefficient test results R2 determination of 62.8%. This means managerial ownership of institutional ownership and audition committee. Together - they have a positive and significant effect on Company Value. This can be proven in the F test of 38,231 in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. Company value calculation using PBV (price book value) proxy. However, the calculation of company value can be done using other methods such as Tobin's Q because the calculation of company value does not only use PBV. Given the results of this study indicate that a positive effect on a corporate value of good corporate governance

This study aims to verify the correlation between corporate governance mechanisms, reflected independent commissioners, audit committee and audit tenure to audit report lag, and the audit complexity has able to moderate the relationship between corporate governance mechanisms to audit report lag. This study uses a population of manufacturing companies that publish their financial statements on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The samples are selected with a purposive sampling method. There is 100 manufacturing company selected as the sample for the period of 2015-2017. This study was tested by using the Moderate Regression Analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee and audit tenure have a negative effect on audit report lag, but the independent commissioner has an insignificant effect on audit report lag. Audit complexity is proven to increase audit report lag as an increase audit committee. This research provides the capital market authority (OJK) to issue policies and strict sanctions, thus encouraging companies to publish audited financial statements more time.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh penerapan mekanisme good corporate governance terhadap manajemen laba. Mekanisme good corporate governance dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan ukuran komite audit, ukuran dewan komisaris, dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional. Manajemen laba dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan conditional revenue model yang dikembangkan oleh Stubben (2010). Penerapan ukuran komite audit, dan kepemilikan manajerial diukur menggunakan variabel dummy. Adapun kepemilikan Institusional diukur menggunakan persentase kepemilikan saham, ukuran dewan komisaris diukur menggunakan indikator jumlah anggota dewan komisaris baik yang berasal dari internal perusahaan maupun jumlah dari eksternal perusahaan, sedangkan dewan komisaris independen diukur dengan membagi jumlah dewan komisaris independen dengan total anggota dewan komisaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2014-2015. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus (sampling jenuh) dan diperoleh 151 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Kata kunci: ukuran komite audit, ukuran dewan komisaris, dewan komisaris independen,  kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, manajemen laba. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the influence of mechanisms application of good corporate governance toward profit management. Good corporate governance mechanisms in this research are proxied with audit committee standard, commissioners board standard, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and institutional ownership. The profit management in this research is measured by the conditional revenue model developed by Stubben (2010). The Implementation of audit committee standard and managerial ownership is measured by using dummy variables. The institutional ownership is measured by using the percentage of share ownership, the board of commissioners standard is measured by using the total indicators of the board commissioners members , both internal and external, while the independent board commissioner is measured by dividing the number of independent board commissioners with total members of the board of commissioners. This research uses samples from all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2015. The sampling in this research by using census method (saturated sampling) and obtained 151 companies used as samples. This research was conducted to test and find out the role of corporate governance in reducing financial statement fraud. The variables used in this study are the performance of the board of commissioners, audit committee financial expertise, and institutional ownership as an independent variable and for the dependent variable using fraudulence financial statements with the Beneish M-Score proxy. The sample used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used uses SPSS with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study are the performance of the board of commissioners, audit committee financial expertise and institutional ownership does not affect reducing fraudulence financial statements.   Keywords: the performance of the board of commissioners, audit committee financial expertise, institutional ownership, fraudulence financial statements, beneish m-score.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the board of commissioners, audit committee, institutional ownership, company size and leverage on tax avoidance on food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The factors tested in this study are tax avoidance as the dependent variable while the size of the board of commissioners, audit committee, institutional ownership, firm size and leverage as independent variables. The sample of this study consisted of 15 food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and submitted financial statements consistently in the period 2012-2015. The data used in this study is secondary data and the selection of samples using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of the size of the board of commissioners, audit committee, institutional ownership, company size and leverage on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance measured by Earning Tax Rate (ETR) is considered to be able to describe the real activities of tax avoidance carried out by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Corporation Risk and Good Corporate Governance on Tax Avoidance with Institutional Ownership as a Moderating Variable. This study uses a sample of non-banking and financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014-2016. The analysis in this study uses the common effect method. The results of this study indicate that corporate risk does not significantly influence tax avoidance, but with institutional ownership as a moderating variable, corporate risk has a significant effect on corporate tax avoidance. Corporate governance as measured by institutional ownership, board of commissioners and audit quality has a significant effect on tax company avoidance.Tax avoidance yang diukur berdasarkan Earning Tax Rate (ETR) dianggap mampu menggambarkan aktivitas nyata dari tax avoidance yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporation Risk dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Tax Avoidance dengan  Kepemilikan Institusional  Sebagai Variable pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan non perbankan dan keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2016. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode common effect.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate risk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tax avoidance, namun dengan kepemilikan institusional sebagai variabel pemoderasi, corporate risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tax avoidance perusahaan.Corporate governance yang diukur dengan kepemilikan institusional, dewan komisaris dan kualitas audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tax avoidance perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.
